Supreme Star Card Master

Chapter 84: Chapter 72: The First Day of School Chapter 84: Chapter 72: The First Day of School September 1st.

The nationwide start of the semester for all colleges in Great Flame.

Around eight in the morning, the flight Su Yuan was on landed at Demon Capital Airport.

As soon as he got off the plane, the signal was back.

Su Yuan turned on his phone and found an official email from Demon Capital Academy.

“Is this about the mentor pre-selection that Director Wang mentioned?”

Su Yuan opened the email and saw a single line table.

His mentor was…

“Yang Yifeng?”

Su Yuan was taken aback.

Wasn’t that Wang Haiping’s mentor?

Moreover, it turned out he was indeed Burning Sun Level!

Seeing the golden sun symbol after the name “Yang Yifeng,” Su Yuan couldn’t help but furrow his brow slightly.

Although Su Yuan hadn’t seen Yang Yifeng during the special recruitment exam, he had vaguely guessed from the few words of Tan Songlin and Qi Tian that Wang Haiping’s mentor, Yang Yifeng, held a significant position at Demon Capital Academy.

It turned out he really was a super expert in the Burning Sun Realm!

Su Yuan opened the phone’s contacts.

He initially wanted to call Wang Haiping directly but thought better of it and put the phone away.

In any case, he decided to go to the academy first and see.

This week was the pre-selection period, and there should be plenty of information about the mentors in the academy for him to explore.

“Wow…

Fangfang, Demon Capital is really grand and beautiful!”

“Yeah, I was also shocked last time I came here for a trip.

Little Yuan, let’s hurry; our other two roommates have already arrived at school.”

“Alright!”

Su Yuan looked up.

It was two fashionable and energetic girls of his age, each carrying a backpack and a large suitcase.

These days, the Demon Capital Airport was very crowded, especially with a considerable number of young faces.

It wasn’t just Demon Capital Star Power College that was starting today; other prestigious schools like Demon Capital University of Geology, Demon Capital Wen Hua University, and Southeast Media University were also starting their new semester.

Su Yuan left the airport, hailed a cab, and headed directly to Demon Capital Academy.

By near noon, Su Yuan once again stood before the Dragon Bone Gate of Demon Capital Academy.

The previously quiet gate was now bustling, filled with new students and their accompanying parents.

Some members of the Demon Capital Academy student council were scattered in front of the Dragon Bone Gate, responsible for welcoming new students.

One senior in a white shirt stood in the middle, forming a seal with his hands, and continuously called out:

“Parents are not allowed inside!

Students are almost adults now; there’s no need for parents to escort them into the academy!

After entering, turn right and go straight; you’ll see the registration office.

Register to get your student ID, which is also your access card.

You can then go directly to your assigned dormitory area!”

Although the voice of the senior in the white shirt wasn’t loud, it was clear enough to be heard by everyone within a few dozen meters.

“Son, I’ll head off now.

Remember to share this expensive yellow tea with your roommates.

Listen to your father and make sure to get along with them!”

“Don’t worry, Dad.

I understand!”

Su Yuan glanced to the side and saw a chubby boy around 5’3″ with a buzz cut.

After a close examination, Su Yuan sensed that the star power fluctuations on this chubby boy weren’t weak.

He might even be Bronze Level!

Truly, you can’t judge a book by its cover…

Many students had parents accompanying them, not because the students needed the company, but because most parents wanted to see the top-tier academy their children would be attending.

Therefore, students like Su Yuan, who came alone, were in the minority.

Su Yuan made his way through the crowd and approached a senior with short brown hair.

“Hello, I’m here to register.”

The brown-haired senior looked at Su Yuan, with restrained star power and empty-handed, and was somewhat surprised, asking, “Are you also a new student?”

Before Su Yuan could respond, a slightly indifferent voice came from ahead: “Although the star power fluctuation isn’t that obvious, it’s not completely concealed either.

Of course, he is a new student.”

Su Yuan turned to see a tall, stern-looking young man walking out from the gate.

“Vice President Qin, why are you here?” The brown-haired senior quickly stepped aside and greeted the tall youth.

Upon hearing this, Su Yuan’s heart stirred.

Vice president?

Vice president of the student council?

“I’ve arranged manpower in other areas, so I came to check here.”

Qin Jia responded casually and then scrutinized Su Yuan, finally focusing on the purple special recruitment ring on Su Yuan’s right hand, giving him a few more looks.

“Please present your acceptance letter.”

“Sure.” Su Yuan flicked his wrist, producing an acceptance letter mailed by Demon Capital Academy.

Demon Capital Academy’s theme color was purple.

This acceptance letter also had a purple seal with golden text and a deep red stamp.

Qin Jia took a quick look and handed it back to Su Yuan: “After going in, turn right, and you’ll see the registration office.”

Su Yuan took back the letter, thanked him, then walked past the two and into the Dragon Bone Gate, heading toward the registration office.

“So, this is the top new student for special recruitment…”

Qin Jia thought for a moment, regained his focus, and resumed assisting the student council members with the registration tasks.

The registration office was about 100 to 200 meters to the right after entering.

There were eight windows lined up horizontally, mostly managed by student council members, with only one female teacher handling statistics and verification.

“It seems like the student council has a significant role in Demon Capital Academy and perhaps substantial influence too,” Su Yuan speculated.

It was around nine to ten in the morning, the peak time for new students to register, with each window front lined with many students.

Su Yuan joined one of the shorter lines.

“Zhou Cheng, South Third Garden, Room 3-303.”

“Wang Jin, South Third Garden, Room 11-604.”

“Han Peiyao, South Second Garden, Room 24-1.”

…

“South Second Garden, South Third Garden?”

Su Yuan pondered, unsure how these garden areas were divided.

Hearing Su Yuan’s mutter, a yellow-haired youth in front of him turned around and said, “South Second Garden has two people per room, South Third Garden has four people per room.

Buddy, you didn’t know that?”

The yellow-haired youth looked a bit puzzled.

“I didn’t look into it much.” Su Yuan smiled.

“You seem well-informed, could you tell me more?”

The yellow-haired youth chuckled and began to explain: “I’m not good at cultivation, but I really know a lot about this stuff.

You asked the right person!

The dorms at Demon Capital Academy are divided into four main districts: east, south, west, and north.

Each district is centered around the middle and divided into three gardens from the inside out: First Garden, Second Garden, and Third Garden.

First Garden has single rooms, with 100 spots.

Second Garden has double rooms, with 400 spots.

Third Garden has quadruple rooms, and the rest will stay here.

Every year, graduating seniors will move out of a specific district, and new students will move into that district.

This year, it’s the South District’s turn, right across from the main gate.

We’re pretty lucky this year!”
