“Miss, we have launched an all-out attack. I believe that we will be able to compress them to the vicinity of the City Hall soon!”Varian reported to Lina.

“Yes, everyone has been working hard recently. We are about to win. Do not relax. This victory is not easy to come by!”Lina said to Varian and the others.

“Yes! Miss!”All the rebel generals nodded.

“Miss, we will soon win. Why are you not happy at all?”After the other generals left, Varian asked Lina beside him. He was not only Lina’s right-hand man.., he was also madly in love with Lina, so he paid special attention to Lina.

“It’s nothing…”Lina shook her head. Victory was almost within her grasp. However, she was not happy at all because she knew that the man would soon appear..

Deep down, Lina did not want to have a conflict with Jiang Fei. In her heart, Jiang Fei had an extremely special status. He was like a mentor, an idol, and a partner.

During the time they lived together, although nothing happened between Lina and Jiang Fei, Lina was deeply impressed by Jiang Fei’s personal charm. Once a woman began to worship a man.., then, the relationship would become unclear.

Even if Lina knew that Jiang Fei was only using her and there was no real relationship between them, as a woman, it was still difficult for her to completely jump out of this relationship.

Even now, although Lina had repeatedly told herself that Jiang Fei was her father’s murderer and that she had to pay him back and defeat Jiang Fei, subconsciously.., she still did not want to meet Jiang Fei as an enemy. Every time she thought about how Jiang Fei would jump out and become her enemy, she was terrified.

This fear was not entirely due to her fear of Jiang Fei. She was afraid that she would be defeated by Jiang Fei. Instead, it was purely because she did not want to become Jiang Fei’s enemy.

Under the influence of this subconscious, although the uprising army had already captured 60% of the city and was still advancing rapidly, Lina was still not happy.

..

As the days passed, the area under Colonel Kono’s control became smaller and smaller. At this time, the military and police under him were already left with only die-hard loyalists. No one continued to defect, but there were only about a thousand people left.

Relying on these more than a thousand elite soldiers, Colonel Kono relied on the city hall to defend the central area. Although there was not much food and ammunition, he had no intention of breaking out of the encirclement.

“Everyone! Today we are destined to fail, but as soldiers, we have to show those rioters what it means to be iron-willed!”Colonel Kono was carrying out his final mobilization.

“We will defend the dignity of soldiers to the death!”The soldiers below shouted in unison. However, at this moment, these soldiers were somewhat sallow and emaciated. Their military rations were no longer guaranteed. As for the civilians.., that was a situation where they would starve to death long ago.

“Men! Bring out the meat mince. Today, we will have a full meal and fight those rioters to the death!”Colonel Kono waved his hand, below, officers and soldiers brought out buckets and buckets of meat porridge. There was very little food in these meat porridge, and most of it was minced meat. From a distance, one could smell the alluring fragrance!

“It smells so good…”after smelling the fragrance, the more than one thousand soldiers below almost drooled. They had been drinking vegetable soup porridge for a few days, and when they saw the thick, delicious minced meat.., they were all stunned.

“Let’s Eat!”Following Colonel Kono’s order, all the soldiers received rice bowls from the cooks at the side. Then, they came over to eat the meat porridge. Only the cooks’faces were ashen, they didn’t even want to look at the porridge pot.

At a small school 2,000 meters away from the drill ground where the soldiers were eating, the smell of blood was everywhere. Blood was flowing on the ground. The scene was like an Asura purgatory, at this moment, the military police of the gendarmerie were sending the corpses of the civilians to a meat grinder at the side, crushing them into minced meat. On the other side of the small school was a kitchen, where a large pot was cooking porridge.

An hour ago, these civilians were all living people who had been lured here to receive food.

At this moment, Colonel Kono and his gendarmerie had gone completely mad. They knew that they were doomed to die, so they had completely lost their humanity. Each and every one of them was crazier and crueler than the devil!

In the core area of the city that was still under Colonel Kono’s control, there were no living civilians outside of the military and police forces. Colonel Kono had issued a massacre order, he wanted to bury these innocent civilians with him!

After eating their fill, some of these soldiers knew what they were eating, while others did not. However, this was no longer important, because their lives had also come to an end, next, they would welcome the last shining point of their lives!

“Everyone gather!”Following the order, the soldiers who had eaten their fill gathered again. They checked their guns and ammunition. Although on average, each of them did not have more than two spare magazines in their hands.., however, these weapons and equipment were still their most trustworthy partners on the battlefield.

“Have you found the enemy’s command center?”Colonel Kono’s eyes were filled with madness.

“Colonel, someone just threw this over.”An officer came to Colonel Kono’s side with a note.

“Northeast, three kilometers? Good! Good! Good!”Colonel Kono laughed loudly three times, then waved his arm, “Target northeast! Attack!”

“Yes!”All the soldiers roared in unison. Then, they began to move toward the Northeast District.

“Ralph, Ralph! Who Are You? You actually calculated everything! If that’s the case, then I’ll help you! I want to see what tricks you can play!”As he watched his army charge toward the Northeast District, colonel Kono muttered to himself.

..

At that moment, Jiang Fei was standing on top of an abandoned building. He looked at the tragic scene below him and could not bear to see it happen

“Is it cruel… perhaps…”Jiang Fei sighed. He had something that he had to protect. For the sake of the people and things that he loved, he would not hesitate to turn the other world into an Asura purgatory!

“Kono… Do your best. Although you are destined to fail, before you die, you should be able to complete the mission that I need you to complete!”Jiang Fei muttered to himself as he watched the army of soldiers and police from the rooftop.
