“Oh right, there’s something else I need to tell you,”said Lina to Jiang Fei.

“What is it?”Asked Jiang Fei.

“It’s like this. The market outside is starting to resell our orders. Moreover, the price is very expensive. It’s even more than double our current price!”Said Lina.

“HMM, that’s very normal. Our products are constantly increasing in price. Meanwhile, our production capacity is limited. It’s too long for us to directly speculate on the spot. It’s the same for Futures,”said Jiang Fei with a smile.

“Then, aren’t we going to do something?”Asked Lina.

“What do you want to Do?”Asked Jiang Fei.

“Of course, we want to increase the price. Since they can accept that price, why do we have to sell our products at a low price?”Asked Lina.

“If you want to go up, go ahead. Don’t worry. Someone will take over,”Jiang Fei said with a smile.

“HMM, I’ll double the price of the next batch of orders Tomorrow!”Lina said.

“You’re really sneaky!”Jiang Fei laughed. If the price of the original orders had gone up by several times, the futures prices would have gone up as well. That was because those orders were freely circulated. One could make money just by flipping them, on the other hand, there were only one or two orders on Lina’s side every day. Those who were not capable could not even dream of snatching them.

..

The next day, Jiang Fei went to work as usual after eating breakfast. At this time, the Life Extension Center project was already running normally. Even after the new batch of funding was in place, the construction period had been sped up a little, based on the current speed, it should be able to complete the construction of the infrastructure in two days. Large-scale equipment was about to enter the venue.

“Two days! Just in Time!”Jiang Fei nodded to himself. Then, he suddenly realized that the pendant around Anita’s neck was actually the lunar crystal handicraft that he had designed.

“Anita, is your pendant a gift from your boyfriend?”Jiang Fei asked with a smile.

“Yes! Boss!”When Anita answered, her face was full of smiles. The price of this pendant was not cheap. It was enough to show that her boyfriend valued her.

“This thing is not cheap, is it?”Jiang Fei asked deliberately.

“Yes! The market has already sold it for more than 8,000 dollars,”Anita said proudly. This item was not only expensive, but it was also rare. It was very difficult to buy.

“More than 8,000 dollars… okay…”Jiang Fei nodded. The basic value of the Moon Spirit Crystal artwork was the Moon Spirit Crystal that was originally worth 1,000 dollars. Although the price of the Moon Spirit Crystal had increased by several times now.., it had reached about 3,000 dollars. However, the price of an art piece was 8,000 dollars. It was still beyond Jiang Fei’s expectations.

However, Jiang Fei knew that this was far from its limit. This kind of art piece still had a lot of room for appreciation. Especially after he had initiated a new plan, the price of this item would increase exponentially.

“Boss, aren’t you going to collect some? The value of this item will increase very quickly!”Anita said.

“What do I need so much money for? I just need enough to eat and drink,”Jiang Fei smiled and said.

“Boss, your state of mind has reached a certain level. I have no hope in this life,”Anita complimented.

“Hehe, alright, stop flattering me. Go back to work.”Jiang Fei waved his hand.

“Oh right, boss, there are a few bankers who want to meet you. I wonder when you will be free?”Anita asked.

“HMM… this afternoon,”Jiang Fei said after thinking for a moment.

“Yes, Boss!”Anita turned around and left.

“They are finally here. I thought that you guys would be able to keep your cool!”Jiang Fei thought to himself. He had been waiting for these bankers for a few days. These bankers were able to keep their cool, this was something that Jiang Fei did not expect.

However, today, these guys finally could not sit still anymore.

..

In the afternoon, in a huge meeting room, Jiang Fei met these bankers. There were a total of twenty banks in the entire gamma dimension. All the bosses of these banks had come today.

“Everyone, is there a reason you’re looking for me?”Jiang Fei asked despite knowing the answer.

“My lord, it’s like this. Previously, we took your advice and prepared to increase the leverage according to the relevant laws. However, the problem is that no one came to us for a loan. Our leverage is useless!”Said Notz on behalf of the bankers.

“Just for this?”Jiang Fei asked.

“Yes, Sir Ralph!”Notz and the others nodded. They had all seen Jiang Fei’s plan. However, after waiting for a few days, the plan was still on paper. Although they were prepared to increase the leverage.., jiang Fei had also approved the increase of the leverage by 30 times on behalf of the government. However, no one came to lend them the money. Therefore, the money was just a number. If it stayed on the accounts of every bank, it would not bring them any profit at all.

It was not that these bankers had not discussed it before. They had also considered investing the money themselves. However, the problem was that if they did not invest the money in the form of loans, they would have to bear the risks themselves, ballack was only responsible for bearing the risks of the loans for them. He did not care about the risks of investing on their own.

If they did not increase the leverage, these bankers could still try investing on their own. Even if they lost some money, they could still treat it as tuition fees. However, the problem was that under the leverage of 30 times.., a loss of 5% was enough to make them jump off a building.

Therefore, without a guarantee, none of them dared to take such a big risk.

Seeing that the money was right in front of their mouths, but they could not earn it no matter what, these bankers struggled for a few days. Finally, they gathered together and came to Jiang Fei to find a way, after all, the idea of increasing the leverage was his idea.

“Are you all for this?”Jiang Fei looked at the others again.

“Yes! Master Ralph!”

“Master Ralph, please show us the way!”

..

The other bankers nodded one after another.

“That’s easy. Don’t you just want to release the money? You just need to get a credit line,”Jiang Fei said.

“What do you mean?”The few bankers were confused. The banks in the gamma space were still relatively primitive. There were many things that the bankers had not come into contact with yet.

“Aren’t your loans all mortgages now? You can determine the amount of the loans and the interest rate based on the value of the other party’s collateral, right?”Jiang Fei asked.

“Yes, that’s right!”The bankers nodded.

“So, you can just change it to a credit loan. You Don’t need to use items as collateral. As long as the other party’s credit is good, it’s fine. As for the amount of money, you only need to set a certain limit. In the beginning, the interest rate is higher if you lend less. When the other party has established a sufficient credit guarantee with you, you can adjust the amount of the credit loan and the interest rate discount appropriately,”Jiang Fei said.

“That’s a good idea!”

“Yeah, this way, many people who want to borrow money will be able to get loans!”

..

The bankers’eyes lit up. Although they had previously relaxed the loan approval, because it was a mortgage loan, the lender had to have enough collateral to get money from the bank. Otherwise, even if they wanted to borrow money.., the bank could not give it without reason.
