Invincibility Begins with a Super Fairy Manny

Chapter 1964: Chapter 1960: How About Cultivating With Me?

The one blocking the path was exactly Xiao Sha.

She was waiting here under An Yan’s order and naturally wouldn’t allow Maitreya to pass.

Upon seeing Xiao Sha, Maitreya Bodhisattva’s eyes flashed with brilliance, and he then clasped his palms together, exclaiming joyfully and admiringly.

”Good, good! Such a new, unseen breed of Dragon Clan, perfectly fitting to be a protector Heavenly Dragon under my seat.”

Saying this, Maitreya looked at Xiao Sha, smiling as he spoke, ”Dragon Clan, would you be willing to surrender to me?”

Xiao Sha’s dragon eyes gradually widened, and she snorted a white breath from her nostrils, ”Monk, you must be daydreaming, asking me to surrender to you? Do you even know who my master is? Cut the crap and back off, or I’ll show no mercy!”

Maitreya’s smile did not fade in the slightest; instead, he spoke with interest, ”Interesting, such a spirited and assertive Dragon Clan member is rare indeed! But since I desire your surrender, your consent or refusal is all the same outcome!”

Having said that, Maitreya stepped forward.

Xiao Sha was already growing impatient, so upon seeing Maitreya dare to proceed, she spiraled around and then spewed a torrent of dragon breath at Maitreya.

Since undergoing refinement at the Dragon Sacred Land, Xiao Sha had fused several Dragon Clan bloodlines within her, including Demon Dragon and Jiaolong, making her dragon breath incredibly powerful.

Yet Maitreya did not even raise an eyelid; he casually waved his hand, and a giant palm appeared mid-air, effortlessly clasping and dissipating the dragon’s breath into nothingness.

But that was far from over; immediately afterward, the giant palm descended mightily upon Xiao Sha’s head.

The immense force came crashing down, yet Xiao Sha showed no fear; instead, she roared angrily, charging straight up.

Seeing this, the admiration in Maitreya’s eyes deepened, though the motion of his palm did not diminish in the slightest.

Soon enough, Xiao Sha collided with the giant palm in mid-air.

Boom!

After a loud crash.

Xiao Sha’s body plummeted downward, clearly bearing tremendous pressure.

The pressure was so immense that her entire dragon scales pried open, and her body rang with bone-crunching sounds from within.

Even so, Xiao Sha did not back down in the slightest, letting out a roar of utter fury.

”Ahhhhh, no matter who you are, get lost!”

Saying so, Xiao Sha mustered all her strength and pushed desperately against the giant palm, slowly rising upward.

Maitreya’s face turned solemn.

For he never anticipated Xiao Sha to be so fierce and resilient, even able to challenge his Great Hand Seal.

Such mental willpower was dreadfully formidable.

But that was the extent of it.

Maitreya sighed lightly, pressing his palm down with increased force.

Xiao Sha was unable to resist further, being forcibly pressed down a hundred meters or more.

But just then, a loud shout was heard, ”Lord Xiao Sha, I’m here to help you!”

With that, an octopus soared into the sky, hurling its tentacles forward, rapidly entwining the giant palm.

The newcomer was naturally Zhang Xiao Yu, who exerted all her strength, every tentacle pulled taut, trying to lift the giant palm to give Xiao Sha some breathing room.

Yet with her level of power, how could she possibly sway the might of the Great Hand Seal?

In just a few breaths.

Xiao Sha and Zhang Xiao Yu let out terrified cries, then were both forcibly pressed from the sky to the ground.

At the moment the giant palm hit the ground, it transformed into chains, binding the two tightly.

Even as Xiao Sha struggled mightily, she could not budge these chains in the slightest.

The strength of this Maitreya Bodhisattva was thus made evident.

At this moment, Xiao Sha glared at Maitreya with eyes about to pop, roaring angrily, ”Release me, you bald donkey!”

Maitreya didn’t take offense; instead, he smiled slightly, ”Don’t be nervous, I won’t hurt you, but you’ll have to lie here a while first!”

With those words, Maitreya stepped forward.

Seeing this, Xiao Sha trembled all over, her eyes boiling with fury, dragon blood boiling, seemingly about to ignite herself to break free.

But just then, Wu Nengsheng, walking past her, suddenly patted her shoulder.

”Young girl, don’t act too rashly!”

These two seemingly casual slaps easily scattered the qi and blood Xiao Sha had painstakingly gathered, even rendering her entire body rigid, unable to move.

”Take a rest for now, what do you think?”

Wu Nengsheng said with a squinting smile, then got up and left.

Meanwhile.

Maitreya also halted his footsteps, for in front of him stood a stunning woman as beautiful as if she could topple a nation.

The woman wielded an oddly-shaped, pot-like weapon, staring at him sombrely.

It was An Yan.

An Yan had witnessed everything that had just transpired.

Even Yue Ji and all the people of the Pure Land Buddhist Country couldn’t stop this Maitreya Bodhisattva.

Even Xiao Sha was easily defeated, which showed his formidable power.

Yet An Yan didn’t back down in the slightest, instead blocking the way with a calm face, saying blandly, ”This road is blocked, monk, please return!”

Upon seeing An Yan, Maitreya showed a look of surprise, but soon he took a step back, clasping his hands together and averting his gaze, saying, ”Lady benefactor, please step aside.”

”Step aside?” An Yan let out a cold laugh, ”Fine, then step over my corpse!”

As she spoke, the two little girls, Xiang Xiang and Nian Nian, peeked out from behind An Yan.

”That’s right, our father is in seclusion, and no one is allowed to approach. Come closer, and we’ll beat you up!” Nian Nian said, waving her little fists.

Xiang Xiang was much calmer, her big eyes rolling around, searching for weaknesses on Maitreya’s body.

Upon spotting Xiang Xiang and Nian Nian, Maitreya’s entire body trembled slightly, his eyes filled with amazement.

But he soon exclaimed in utter delight, ”Good, good! Such individuals with profound Buddhist affinity amidst the Multiverse, truly praiseworthy!”

Saying this, Maitreya nodded smilingly towards Xiang Xiang and Nian Nian, ”Two little benefactors, how old are you?”

”Hmph, we’re not telling you! You’re a big bad guy!” Nian Nian snorted coldly.

Maitreya wasn’t angry, instead looking up at An Yan, ”Lady benefactor, are these two your precious daughters?”

”So what if they are?”

”Good, good! I observe that the two young ladies possess innate wisdom and evidently have a predestined connection with Buddha. Why not let them train with me, what do you think?”

”Absolutely not!” An Yan decisively shook her head.

The two little girls were even more enraged, shouting loudly.

”Who wants to train with you, you villain?”

”I don’t want to shave my head either!”

Hearing An Yan’s refusal and the two little girls’ clamoring, Maitreya still didn’t give up.

”I guarantee that if the two young ladies train with me, they will surely achieve great heights!”
