After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

”Let’s try theirs.”

Joe Cole said ingratiatingly.

He was caught cheating earlier, so now he’s in the redemption phase.

Looking at the works of the Drogba family, he curiously asked: ”What is this?”

”Paper-wrapped meat, a traditional food of Côte d’Ivoire.”

Drogba replied.

He noticed that his teammates had no desire to try it.

Huang Kaiwen was the first to pick up a piece, carefully tearing open the outer greaseproof paper, cutting off a piece with a small knife, and putting it into his mouth. He then gave a thumbs up and said: ”Onion, carrot, all have the taste of natural ingredients. The beef is well cleaned of blood, which is not easy.”

In Europe, slaughtering also involves bleeding.

However, in the United Kingdom, it’s electrocuting before bleeding.

This so-called humane slaughter, after which the weight is about four percent heavier than live slaughter, is the weight of the residual blood.

To deal with this kind of meat, heavy seasoning must be used. The Drogba family didn’t use much seasoning, not sure how they handled it.

After hearing Huang Kaiwen’s evaluation, the teammates began trying the dish.

Next was Cheryl’s turkey, bacon rolls, and green beans.

This is a traditional dish, but the turkey itself is a drawback.

Huang Kaiwen very much disliked this somewhat coarse meat, plus there was too much honey smeared on the outside, making it taste greasy.

Poole, Terry’s wife, served roast meat with Yorkshire pudding that was quite popular.

Chelsea is primarily composed of people from the United Kingdom, and with Poole being a full-time housewife, she’s proficient in cooking.

When it was Ramos’s turn, he presented something that made Ashley Cole protest directly.

”Hey, sweet and sour meat is Chinese cuisine, you should be making paella.”

Ashley Cole said.

”There’s no rule that you have to make your country’s dish. Besides, this dish is called pineapple sweet and sour pork, not that kind of sweet and sour meat!” Ramos replied disdainfully.

He discovered this dish while watching a Chinese movie.

To make this dish well, he practiced using hundreds of pounds of pork.

”Exactly, there’s no rule,” Carvalho chimed in, recently partnering with Ramos on the right side.

”Alright, alright, I’ll try it. I don’t believe he can make anything good.”

Ashley Cole said.

”Count me in,” Cassano said.

Ashley Cole glanced at Cassano without saying a word.

In his mind, Cassano, like him, loves having fun and can’t cook properly.

Ashley Cole grabbed a piece directly with his hand and put it into his mouth. It didn’t taste as strange as he imagined it might. After chewing a few times, he found it surprisingly suited his taste.

Huang Kaiwen shook his head with a smile.

This sweet and sour dish is among the Chinese dishes that are more suitable for foreign tastes.

Ramos’s dish had a good appearance, catered to European tastes, and was quite novel. Unsurprisingly, it was today’s champion.

This was quite a clever approach.

Today, apart from Cheryl’s dish, no dish was sweet.

Cheryl’s dish hadn’t chosen the right ingredients.

”Sergio, I didn’t expect you had this skill.”

”Indeed, it’s made well; some sweet and sour pork ketchup is too thick; this is tastier.”

”I think you can open a Chinese restaurant after you retire.”

”Pineapple cuisine turns out unexpectedly delicious. It’s better than roasted and not so tart.”

As expected, Ramos’s dish received unanimous praise.

Each family participating in the competition paid a registration fee of 1,000 pounds, and Ramos won 4,000 pounds as the prize.

Huang Kaiwen handwrote two certificates and gave them to Cassano and Ramos.

Cassano pulled Ramos for a photo together, proudly displaying the ”London Players & Families Cooking Competition Champion” certificate on their chest, taking several pictures.

He planned to upload them to the internet upon returning.

The evening after dinner was another round of revelry. It was Huang Kaiwen who arranged for bodyguards to send Cassano back to Manchester, or else this guy would be kicked to the reserve team by Sir Ferguson tomorrow.

Driving so far to London late at night, luckily no media captured it.

Consider him fortunate.

After sending everyone away, Huang Kaiwen sat in front of his computer browsing the web and saw some bad news.

The FA website announced: ”Howard Webb had issues with his officiating compass during Manchester United’s match against Chelsea. After our unanimous decision, Kevin’s red card and suspension have been revoked, and Howard Webb will not officiate any Chelsea matches for the rest of the season.”

Damn!

The Premier League doesn’t have a winter break, making it harder than playing in other leagues.

Finally getting a red card, and now it’s fucking canceled.

Making money in the United Kingdom is really not easy; no wonder it’s the former overlord of India.
