After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

The big screen played the candidates for Ms. World Football and Mr. World Football.

In women’s football, the most competitive ones are still Brazil’s Marta and Germany’s Prinz. The candidates for Mr. World Football are Huang Kaiwen, Kaka, Torres, and the twin stars.

With the candidates announced, the atmosphere at the scene became noticeably tense.

But the female host Charlotte Jackson changed her tone, introducing: ”Today we have added a new award, called the Kevin & Puskas Award, to honor the most spectacular goal of the year. FIFA specially chose a current player and a retired legend to name this award together. Next, let’s welcome the award presenters...”

Many people at the Zurich Opera House cast their gaze toward Huang Kaiwen.

This is the first time an award has been named after a current player’s name, and Huang Kaiwen’s name is placed before Puskas, which is already the highest honor.

Usually, to honor deceased players, their names are ranked first on such occasions.

During the selection of the Century’s Best Player, Pele and Maradona caused a commotion over the order of their names.

But this time Huang Kaiwen’s name is actually before Puskas’s.

It can be said that FIFA’s recognition of Huang Kaiwen has reached a very high level.

Puskás’ widow Elizabeth, supported by George Weah, tremblingly walked onto the stage, stood in front of the microphone, and said tearfully: ”Thank you all for recognizing him (Puskas). I have talked to his teammates, and I believe even if he were here, he wouldn’t mind having his name alongside Kevin...”

Huang Kaiwen smiled and applauded on stage.

Weah took out the card from the envelope and played 10 candidate goals.

The dragon-like move by that Brazilian League player was very impressive.

But Huang Kaiwen felt since the award was named after him, this year’s best goal couldn’t possibly go to someone else.

Sure enough, after the highlights were played, George Weah looked down at the card and said: ”Kevin, congratulations!”

The system immediately prompted that Huang Kaiwen successfully intercepted.

The award went to Huang Kaiwen for his midfield goal during the UEFA Champions League group match against Real Madrid.

Huang Kaiwen got up from beside Kaka and went to the stage to embrace Elizabeth and Weah.

Weah held Huang Kaiwen’s hand and said: ”You are the pride of Asia, and also the pride of the world. Of course, AC Milan will forever be proud of you.”

”Thank you.”

Standing on the stage, Huang Kaiwen said: ”I’m extremely excited to win this award, and also very thrilled. Every time I receive a trophy, it’s a form of motivation for me, especially during the season. It will give me more power to perform better in the upcoming matches.”

The Zurich Opera House was filled with applause.

The camera deliberately focused on Florentino, whose face didn’t look good.

As the big screen with ”2008 FIFA Awards Ceremony” rose, behind the screen appeared 11 players dressed in suits, whose faces were completely obscured by the lighting.

The president of the National Players’ Union Gerardo Movilia and FIFA’s rotating president Beckenbauer read out the 11 names together.

Goalkeeper: Casillas,

Defenders: Ramos, Terry, Puyol, Lahm,

Midfielders: Huang Kaiwen, Kaka, Gerrard, Ribery,

Forwards: Ronaldo, Messi.

[Lampard] probably.

”Huang Kaiwen, this counts as a slap in the face, doesn’t it?”

”It’s acceptable, at least Puskas is a Real Madrid legend, Huang Kaiwen also played at Real Madrid, Florentino can shamelessly promote this as Real Madrid’s victory.”

”Wow, this year’s best lineup is even more impressive than last year’s, star-studded.”

”Huang Kaiwen has once again become the biggest winner, I have a feeling that Mr. World Football will still be him.”

”Nonsense, who else performed better than him, even Federer won’t be able to beat Huang Kaiwen for the Laureus Award next year, his performance at the Olympics was unbeatable.”

”Taking a break even during the award ceremony, I remember Laura as Nine’s ex-girlfriend, right?”

”Yes, she got dumped by Nine, her singing genuinely wasn’t as good as last year’s Britney, I don’t like this style.”

”As expected, Marta is once again Ms. World Football, her style of play truly doesn’t fall short of male footballers.”

”Oh, Marta keeps praising Huang Kaiwen every time she receives an award, I’m tired of hearing it.”

”No choice, even Pele said Huang Kaiwen represents Samba football best, other Brazilian players can only set him as their target.”

”Damn, Aragonés for Coach of the Year, I thought it was Master Ka.”

”Master Ka probably doesn’t care about this, he came to the ceremony wearing a Taoist robe, completely unrecognizable as the coach of the England national team.”

With one award after another being presented.

Laura Pausini performed another segment.

Next host Pinto interviewed the five candidates for Mr. World Football individually.

Huang Kaiwen sat on the sofa, Pedro Pinto didn’t ask the same football-related questions as before. He looked at Huang Kaiwen and asked: ”Because of many factors, you are viewed as a role model by many. Does this put pressure on you?”

Huang Kaiwen held the microphone and said: ”There will be some pressure, but more motivation. Knowing that many kids will imitate my behavior, I try to restrain myself on the field.”

”Did you feel okay about getting a red card earlier?” Pinto continued to ask.

”During today’s best lineup selection, you said football is a team sport...”

Huang Kaiwen said.
