After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

The atmosphere at the post-match press conference was harmonious.

After adjusting the microphone, Wenger smiled and said, ”Today’s match was extremely exciting, a top-level tactical showdown in Europe, and I learned a lot from it. You always ask me, Maradona or Pele, I don’t want to judge. However, if I were to choose the number one active player, I would not hesitate to tell you that Arsenal faced him today. Kevin is the most outstanding among active players, capable of making any move with both feet, imitating anyone’s playing style, and effortlessly scoring as he pleases. Facing such an opponent, a draw is also a favorable result. I am very satisfied with the team’s performance, Cesc, Thierry, Salukhia (Alexander’s Russian nickname)... The whole team’s effort earned us this draw, and Arsenal is the only team in this season’s UEFA Champions League that hasn’t lost to AC Milan. I have complimented the lads, told them they can be happy for a day, and then to come back and get into form, as there is another tough match to play in Italy.”

Henry playfully blinked and said with a smile, ”AC Milan is one of Europe’s best teams, and today’s result is not too bad. I scored two goals, Kevin scored three, today Kevin performed a bit better. But as Kevin was imitating my playing style, obviously Henry won, since there were five Henry-style goals today.”

The reporters also smiled with them.

The match between Arsenal and AC Milan was indeed splendid.

As sports journalists, they also felt it was a great match.

Of course, this was not what they hoped to see.

How could they write their reports when both sides were in such good spirits?

The journalists could only look towards Ancelotti.

”The style of football played by Arsenal is beautiful, and I like them a lot. They can defeat any enemy with their gorgeous football. The next round back at San Siro will be a stern test for the Milan players; I will remind them to prepare well. For the fans, seeing a high-level match between two teams is certainly a good thing, and I will remind the players not to sell their complimentary tickets (laughs).”

Ancelotti said animatedly.

He spoke the truth in a joking manner.

At home matches, players and club staff have a certain allocation of complimentary tickets to share with friends and family.

Yet some players sell these tickets instead.

Many players have been caught by the media selling complimentary tickets, including some big stars.

A match between AC Milan and Arsenal, even with the nearly 80,000 capacity of San Siro, might not satisfy the fans’ demand.

The journalists, unable to dig up any news from Ancelotti.

Could only hope for Huang Kaiwen.

”Daily Mail” reporter immediately asked, ”Kevin, how do you evaluate Arsenal?”

”Very strong. They have stars like Thierry Henry and Dennis Bergkamp, as well as a lot of excellent youngsters. They are outstanding. Arsenal play the most beautiful football in Europe, and I also watch them on TV when I’m not playing myself.”

Huang Kaiwen said with a smile.

This wasn’t just flattery.

Wenger’s Arsenal did indeed play football that was a delight to watch.

”So, will you transfer to the Premier League in the future, perhaps to Arsenal or Manchester United?”

Huang Kaiwen replied, ”No one can tell the future, but I am a Milan player, and I have a long contract with AC Milan. I don’t want to discuss other clubs; it would be disrespectful to Milan.”

”Kevin, can you explain the meaning behind imitating Henry, as well as his celebration moves?”

Another reporter asked.

”I apologize if Arsenal fans felt offended. Actually, I was just enjoying football. Imitating Henry’s play is a tribute to a great player, and copying Henry’s celebration is to better experience Henry’s emotions,” said Huang Kaiwen with a laugh.

Henry took the microphone and said, ”I assure you he didn’t mean to provoke the fans, the fans are just too sensitive. Kevin is a nice lad.”

Aware of Ancelotti’s reminder, Huang Kaiwen said, ”One last question, we need to go rest.”

”Kevin, who do you think will win the World Cup?”

Huang Kaiwen shrugged and said with a smile, ”Right now, there’s an Italian, two Frenchmen, and a Chinese sitting here. The Chinese Team didn’t make it to the finals, so I guess the World Cup will be France against Italy. As for who can win, you’ll know when the match is over. Okay, let’s end the press conference here for today.”

Wenger, Henry, and Ancelotti were all pleased with Huang Kaiwen’s statement.

Even for a European powerhouse, making it to the World Cup finals was a commendable achievement.

Of course, they did not take it seriously.

They just regarded it as Huang Kaiwen being savvy with some pleasantries.

When the AC Milan team returned to the hotel.

It was nearly 11 p.m.

Whether they returned to Milan City on match day or stayed longer in the away city,

depended entirely on the tightness of the schedule, the players’ wishes, and the local security situation.

For games like the one against (?) chicken, where they normally leave immediately no matter the time,

In a big city like London, they could stay an extra night, take a relaxed stroll around during the day, and head back in the afternoon or evening.

The choice of The Grove Hotel by Milan was not bad.

The hotel staff specially extended the restaurant’s closing hours for the players.

Otherwise, they would only have room service available after the match’s end.

Nearby the hotel is also the ”Harry Potter” film set.

Kaka planned to get some sleep and visit it the next day.

Because he expended a lot during the match.
