Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1784: Grandson or Son or Nephew or… Brother-in-law, which is it?

“Arrh!”

When Kai woke, his entire body jerked violently.

A blurred silhouette stood before him. His instincts screamed before his mind had even caught up.

He blinked repeatedly, his vision slowly sharpening until the hazy outline dissolved into a crystal-clear figure clad in a red-black helmet and a battle-scarred mech-suit riddled with dents, scorched plating, and jagged holes.

His face twisted crimson with rage, veins bulging beneath his skin.

*I will kill you all!*

He roared, thrashing violently against the restraints like a fish hanging helplessly from a butcher’s hook.

*How dare you…! This Mighty Arcane King will show you who I am!!*

He bellowed, his blood-red eyes burning with murderous fury.

*Release me and face me like a man, you coward!*

He remembered the overwhelming force of those damned mech-suits, the deafening explosions, the merciless ambush, and the moment he was torn away from his beloved and his brothers, powerless to stop it.

These mech-suits didn’t even have the guts to confront a warrior like him head-on.

Utterly pathetic.

At least, in his eyes.

Meanwhile, Young Aether stood silently before the capsule, studying the furious prisoner with an expression that hovered somewhere between boredom and… mild disappointment.

Honestly… he had genuinely intended to use this loud bastard as his meat shield. The idiot certainly looked durable enough to soak up bullets.

Hell, he’d probably be more useful than his own wife.

The problem was…

He was somehow even more irritating than she was.

Frankly, just looking at his face made Aether want to punch him. You know those faces that instantly irritated every nerve in your body for absolutely no logical reason?

The kind that practically begged for a fist?

Kai possessed that rare and remarkable talent.

“Hmm… this is a predicament… I don’t think I can tolerate his face anywhere near me 24/7,” Young Aether muttered while the captive continued screaming about honour and demanding a fair fight.

Yeah…

The dumb fuck wanted a fair fight after getting captured by the enemy.

What a bitch~

After giving it another few seconds of genuine consideration, Young Aether concluded it wasn’t even worth thinking about anymore. Honestly, the guy wasn’t valuable enough to serve as a meat shield either.

The nonstop yelling alone made the idea unbearable.

So yeah…

Throw him back.

He let out a quiet sigh, unfolded his arms, and gave a small nod as though arriving at the most reasonable conclusion imaginable.

*Oh? Yeah, that’s it, Cowards! Come and fight me! I’ll show you what real swordsmanship is! My grandfather is the saviour of millions of lives, and as his grandson, I will save billions of liv—*

Kai continued inflating his own ego without a shred of shame, each boast growing grander than the last.

Then the figure stepped forward.

Before stopping directly in front of the capsule. The figure leaned closer, its dark visor reflecting Kai’s furious face through the glass.

A calm, icy voice emerged within,

*Oh yeah? Here I thought you hated that fucker who sided with a slave when he popped like a balloon.*

!!!

Every muscle in Kai’s body froze.

His pupils contracted.

A chill far colder than the capsule’s preservation systems crawled slowly down his spine.

He hadn’t expected a mech-suit to speak his language so flawlessly.

There was no metallic distortion, no robotic cadence, no synthetic pauses. Every syllable flowed naturally, almost perfectly.

And somehow… It sounded strangely familiar?

His confidence faltered for the first time.

He frowned, confusion replacing fury.

*W-Who are you?*

*Hmm… Who am I? That’s kind of hard, you know,* the figure replied casually as he leaned even closer to the capsule, tilting his head from side to side with exaggerated thoughtfulness.

The black visor reflected Kai’s own bewildered expression back at him, making it feel as though he were staring into a dark, bottomless abyss.

*Your… stepfather??*

A brief silence followed.

*YUCK! Fuck! Please don’t call me that! I almost puked just saying it myself!*

He grabbed his stomach dramatically, bending forward as though genuinely nauseated.

His exaggerated disgust somehow felt painfully real.

It looked less like acting…

…and more like his body was violently rejecting the very idea!!

He didn’t know why. Kaelen was technically his stepson too, yet calling him “father” had never bothered him. But Kai? Calling that insufferable bastard his stepson felt revolting.

There was something uniquely nauseating about it, as though the words themselves left a bitter taste in his mouth.

Kai frowned.

*Stepfather?*

What the fuck was this thing talking about?

*Uh… let’s see… You have an aunt, right?*

*…Yeah? Bastard if you done something to he—*

*I’m her husband.*

*…*

Kai’s eyes widened.

For a brief second, disbelief completely eclipsed his anger.

His aunt… Married?

To this lunatic?

His gaze instinctively wandered around the chamber. Only now did he truly notice his surroundings.

The metallic floor was painted crimson, pools of blood collecting beneath shattered bodies. Mangled corpses of soldiers and broken mech-suits lay strewn across the chamber like discarded toys.

His breathing caught.

His eyes gradually watered.

*Y-You… you came to save me…? My aunt sent you to save me?*

Kai was almost touched by it—

*No way, bitch.*

Young Aether answered so quickly it almost sounded offended.

Save this asshole?

Hell fucking no!

*…?*

Visible confusion spread across Kai’s face before he could even process the answer.

Before he could speak again, Young Aether casually raised a finger.

*Let me finish first… You have a mother, right?*

Since Kai and his mother were not on good terms, he rejected the very idea, *…No! I have no mothe…*

*I’m her husband as well.*

*…*

Silence.

Absolute silence.

Kai’s mind felt as though someone had ripped out every wire and jammed them together.

His thoughts simply… Stopped.

But Young Aether wasn’t remotely finished.

Nah, he’s going to break that fish brain of his!

*You have… a grandmother, right?*

*…*

This time, Kai didn’t even answer.

He simply stared.

*Hehe… I’m her husband too. So yeah… technically you’re my grandson, son, nephew… and even my brother-in-law… Heheh~*

Young Aether chuckled to himself, thoroughly entertained. Honestly, he wasn’t even trying to insult Kai anymore.

He was simply stating the absurd truth.

The Frostblade family tree wasn’t just tangled.

It had been completely fucked into a knot~

Kai, however, wasn’t laughing.

Not even a little.

This had to be a joke.

It had to be.

There was absolutely no universe where his dignified aunt would willingly marry a shameless, vulgar degenerate like this.

*YOU LYING PIECE OF SHIT! FACE ME LIKE A MAN! I’LL FUCKING KILL YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY IF YOU SPEAK THOSE DISGUSTING WORDS AGAIN!*

His furious roar reverberated throughout the capsule. Veins bulged around his temples as murderous intent flooded his eyes.

Young Aether merely scoffed and shrugged.

As though Kai’s opinion held less value than dust beneath his boots.

Whether the idiot believed him or not changed absolutely nothing.

His women belonged to him.

That was reality.

And he didn’t need anyone’s approval to begin with!

Still…

Watching Kai continue acting high and mighty somehow irritated him.

His fingers lightly tapped the side of the Encapsular.

A deep mechanical hum resonated as luminous circuits ignited beneath the capsule’s surface. Rings of red energy spiralled around its cylindrical base while anti-gravity stabilisers came online, lifting the massive containment pod several centimetres above the blood-soaked floor.

Kai immediately felt the movement.

His brows furrowed.

*What are you going to do?*

His voice already carried traces of panic despite nothing actually happening yet.

Young Aether rested one hand against the floating capsule and effortlessly guided it back toward the portal.

Before sending him through, Young Aether looked directly into Kai’s eyes.

The amusement had vanished.

Only cold indifference remained.

*You don’t believe me… isn’t that right?*

Kai snorted.

*Do you seriously think I’m enough of an idiot to believe your bullshit? Huh? My aunt would never marry a degenerate like you! And she definitely wouldn’t get married without asking for my permission!!*

Young Aether raised an eyebrow.

*Oh? She needs your permission to marry me?*

*Of course! As a man of the Frostblade household, she must inform me! And only after I agree should she marry!*

Young Aether slowly shook his head.

Once.

Twice.

Three times.

Each motion carried exaggerated disappointment, as though he were watching the world’s biggest idiot proudly prove himself right.

*Kai… Kai… Kai…*

He sighed.

*It seems you’ve really forgotten who I am.*

A faint chuckle escaped from beneath the helmet.

*Maybe I should give you a hint…*

He leaned forward until the dark visor nearly touched the transparent capsule.

His distorted reflection completely swallowed Kai’s face.

*I’m the person you hated the most… I’m the person you wanted to kill… I’m the one who took everything from you… I’m the person you stole… I’m the person you lied… I’m the person you rejected to acknowledge… and yet I’M YOUR EMPEROR… I’m your Nightmare, and… you couldn’t do a single fucking thing about it.*

A brief silence settled over the blood-drenched chamber before the voice spoke again, lower than before.

*Now… who am I?*

In that instant, Kai’s eyes widened.

Without even thinking, the name slipped from his lips.

*Ae… Aether?*

*Not bad… At least you acknowledge that much, you fucking asshole. How are you?* Young Aether replied, a wicked grin spreading beneath the dark visor.

Kai’s face instantly turned pale.

*W-Why are you here? W-What are you doing here?*

Young Aether slowly tilted his head from side to side before he answered in an icy voice.

*Since your aunt and your mother begged me to save you… I came. Yeah… I came to save your fucking weak ass, the one who couldn’t do a damn thing your entire pathetic life.*

Kai’s expression trembled between humiliation and fury.

*F-F-Fuck you.*

A low chuckle escaped from Young Aether.

*Hehe… Of course. I’m going to fuck your mother and your aunt… after all, they were both so desperate to save their precious little pussy-boy that they practically threw their cunts at me.

Ohhh, your mother… the way she moaned when I first rammed into that tight, wet pussy of hers. You should’ve heard her, Kai. She begged so prettily—whimpering, sobbing, grinding back against me until her cunt had memorised the exact shape of every thick vein on my cock. Slurrrp… fuck, what a lovely, greedy little hole she had. Soft, hot, and so eager once I got her legs spread.

And now? You’re going to have a little brother soon, my dear stepson. Hehehe~*

Every word was deliberately venomous, each sentence sharpened like a blade meant to carve deeper into Kai’s sanity.

Young Aether wasn’t trying to convince him.

He was trying to break him.

Kai’s entire face twisted with murderous rage.

*Aether… How dare you…? YOU LYING PIECE OF SHIT!! I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU!!*

The sheer hatred radiating from his blood-red eyes was enough to make the capsule vibrate beneath the violent pounding of his restraints. If fury alone could ignite the world, the chamber would already have been reduced to an ocean of hellfire.

Young Aether casually stepped closer until the dark visor nearly touched the transparent glass.

His voice became colder.

Far colder.

*And your aunt… fuck, that woman. She loves my cock so much she treats it like her favourite lollipop. Every single day—even when she first showed up pretending she was only here to save you—she dropped to her knees and sucked me balls-dry without hesitation.

She’d look up at me with those glassy eyes and pant, ‘Please… save this cock instead of him…’ Hehe. Poor thing completely forgot I was supposed to be rescuing her nephew. She got so addicted she couldn’t stand being separated from me for even a few hours. Kept clinging, whining, offering that wet little mouth whenever I so much as twitched.*

He let out an exaggerated sigh.

*Sigh… I already miss that greedy, soft mouth-pussy of hers…*

*I’LL FUCKING KILL YOU, FUCKER!! DON’T YOU DARE TOUCH MY AUNT!!

SHE BELONGS TO ME!!*
