Lackey's Seducing Survival Odyssey

Chapter 1279: First Miracle: Part-2

Xara Seraphine’s POV

’What the fuck?!!!’ I screamed, my legs trembling violently as I glanced at Morgana and Mary striding inside without even the faintest trace of fear.

Their footsteps echoed with a confidence that made my skin crawl.

The fuck... I could feel the killing intent even from here. It pressed against me like an invisible blade. It was obvious... he was furious, so furious that even his feeding earlier had done nothing to calm him.

I swallowed hard, my throat turned dry.

”What are you so scared of, Xara? Me... or this pathetic, useless man?” Mary’s voice rang out.

O-Okay, girl... don’t make it obvious... act calm... I... shit!!!

My legs shook harder, that fucking man’s eyes drilling into me. He stared as though he had already chosen a hundred ways to kill me, to peel me apart until nothing remained.

Fuck, this was exactly why I preferred staying hidden in the underground, far away from this kind of madness!!

”Answer her.” Morgana’s command snapped me out of my spiraling thoughts.

My voice cracked as I forced words out, ”I-I mean... well, M-Mary?”

Morgana nodded in grim satisfaction. Mary smirked, raising her pale fingers with mocking elegance.

”See? Even a weakling fears me more than you, Alucard. That’s how far you’ve fallen... it’s so fucked up... hahaha.”

That’s definitely... not a compliment, right?

The fuck does this bitch want now!!

Alucard slowly rose from the bed, his movements deliberate, filled with killing intent. His chiselled body stood bare, blood sliding down his naked torso in thick crimson streaks.

I froze... staring.

My stomach twisted, but another hunger tugged at me... damn it, man, look at that blood... fuck, I wanted to plunge my hard syringe into his flesh, pierce deep, and draw every drop of it out and drink-

Slap!

I slapped myself softly across the cheek.

’What the hell are you thinking, bitch!!!’

”What is the meaning of this... Mary?” His voice was low and deadly, each word carrying a weight that chilled the air. His crimson eyes blazed with fury. ”Morgana?” His gaze snapped toward me, piercing and merciless.

”Did you bring me food?”

A shiver tore down my spine... That’s it!

I didn’t sign up for this shit!!

”Morgana!” Mary shouted, her voice like a whip cracking through the chamber. In an instant, Morgana vanished and reappeared behind Alucard, her speed terrifying. Her arms snared his hands and legs in a matter of seconds, binding him tight in an unbreakable hold.

The women around him... his wives, perhaps. I had only seen one before, but the way they reacted, it had to be them.

Their faces twisted with fury!

”What the hell is this?” one hissed.

”I knew this bitch was up to something!!” another spat.

”I told you, ever since she became the chosen one, she’s been acting strange! I knew this bitch was getting haughty!!”

”Let’s kill her!!”

They flew toward Mary in a surge of rage, but before they could even reach her, a single glance from Mary froze them in midair. It was like an invisible chain snapped around their throats. Their bodies locked, suspended, their eyes dulled and glassy, their expressions drained of all emotion.

As if Controlled and Broken?

I swallowed again.

Mary’s gaze slid to me like a blade. ”Inject those things into everyone here,” she ordered, her tone cold and murderous.

There was no jest in her voice this time. One mistake, and she would slit my throat without hesitation.

This time, she wasn’t even playing or teasing around.

I nodded frantically, muttering under my breath as I scrambled for my equipment. My trembling hands pulled free two vials of golden liquid, shimmering with light, and I began injecting everyone in the room... even Alucard himself.

”Arrh! Do you think you can hold me down, bitch?!” Alucard roared, his voice shaking the walls as he thrashed violently, struggling to tear free from Morgana’s iron grip.

Damn... was she stronger than Alucard?

Morgana muttered in a cold, ”I remember how you held my mother down, fucker... when she begged for her life... I fucking remember everything.”

Alucard’s face twisted with fury, his crimson eyes blazing.

”That fucking slut! Let me go!!” he roared, his body surging with violent strength as he nearly broke free of Morgana’s iron hold. But before he could tear her grip apart, Mary’s hand shot forward. She caught him like a toy,

”Inject him... and add both of the liquids.”

I blinked, startled. ”Are you sure?”

For a split second, her face curved into something monstrous... a smile that looked devilish, hungry. Even though I couldn’t see it, I feel like... I really feel it.

”I am more than sure, dear,” she whispered wickedly.

I swallowed hard as I stepped closer.

”You bitch... get the fuck away from me! I’ll show you mercy!” Alucard shouted, spittle spraying, some of it landing on my cheek.

YUCK!

”Don’t you dare touch me with your filthy hands, bitch!” he roared again.

”I’m telling you, I’ll fucking spare you if you leave now! Otherwise, I’ll throw you into incubus territory... you know what they do to bitches like you.” Alucard spat, his eyes flashing with vile intent.

”So get the fuck out of here!!”

I stared at him blankly... just look at him.

Even in this situation, he was still a fucking asshole.

Shouldn’t you shut your fucking mouth?

Here I was, trying to be gentle... too bad for him.

A wicked grin spread across my face, my lips curling as I raised the syringes, holding them with a haughty, almost gleeful expression.

”And do you know what this will do to an asshole like you?~”

Without hesitation, I plunged the first syringe straight into his chest.

”ARRHHH!!”

And then the next one followed.

My hands lowered, as my eyes narrowed into a wicked smile, watching his trembling, horrified face twist with pain.... Ahh~ it’s getting exciting!

Now understand why Mary got excited!!

Aweee! Look at his horrified face.... hehehe~

As the syringe got closer to his lower... his eyes went wide with horror.

”D-Don’t—AARRHHHH!!!” he howled.

The second plunged straight into his crotch.

”Hehehe~” A giggle slipped from my lips, twisted with satisfaction, and... again, I plunged the syringe, ”Opss~ I didn’t inject first, sorry~ hehehe~”

”ARRRHH!!”

”Ophs~ I missed the correct place... Sorry~ Hehe~”

”ARRRHHHHH!!!”

”...Sis, I like this woman. Can I take her as my pet?” Mary muttered, her tone dripping with excitement.

Her words made me flinch back to reality. My eyes widened at the horror of what I had just done.

I slapped my face hard, ”Oh my... FUCK!”

Without a second thought, I bolted.... running from the scene of my own madness.

Behind me, Mary and Morgana giggled darkly as they released him. Alucard staggered, his eyes shaking, his body trembling as his mind seemed to collapse into numbness.

”O-Oi... b-bitch... wher... ar... you...” His voice slurred, his words dragging like a drunken man’s, even though Mary and Morgana stood directly before him. His gaze roamed, unfocused, desperate.

Of course, I ran straight back to the door... the only safe zone left.

I pressed my back against it, breathing hard, my eyes fixed on them with a mixture of caution and a serious, unblinking expression.

The women, too, were released from whatever control bound them. As they blinked, their bodies began to twist and move unnaturally... staggering, swaying, like drunk men stumbling through a nightmare.

I frowned. ...What’s happening here?

Shouldn’t they just turn into monsters outright?

I waited... Mary and Morgana waited too, their faces sharpened with curiosity.

And just as I suspected...

Their bodies convulsed violently, spasms shaking them apart. Their eyes rolled, glowing with the unmistakable crimson burn of monsterization.

”Shit!” I screamed, spinning on my heel and bolting from the room.

Behind me, a blinding red light exploded outward, swallowing the chamber as pillars and roofs cracked and rained down stone.

I dove, slid, and leapt through the chaos, dodging collapsing rubble.

”I haven’t even run in years... arrh!!” Pain seared through my knees, each step like daggers stabbing bone. ”That’s why they say you should keep exercising!” I shouted, grimacing, half in agony, half in rage.

Oh god... if I live through this, I swear I’ll exercise, I’ll keep this damn body perfect!!

I slid under a fallen pillar and peeked out.

My eyes widened.

The people injected... they had all turned into monsters, ravenous, insane. They clawed at each other, devouring flesh, tearing walls apart and... destroying everything in their path.

”Hmm... looks like it still becomes monsters,” Mary muttered coldly as she landed beside me, dust rising with her arrival.

I blinked, nodding slowly. ”I guess... it failed again—”

But Morgana descended on the other side of me, her voice low and calm. ”Let’s wait.”

Her words made me freeze.

Wait?

For what?

The Emperor had turned into a hulking beast. His wives, his concubines... even his daughters twisted into grotesque shapes, their bodies warping into blood-hungry abominations.

They rampaged without mercy, tearing, devouring, and fucking in grotesque frenzy, their screams echoing like a chorus of the damned.

If they didn’t care... why should I?!

I crouched, watching the Empire collapse in on itself, consumed by its own brood. The once... proud halls turned into slaughterhouses. And then...

The sky itself shifted.

The red glow faded. Slowly, the heavens turned back to grey.

When that happened... most of the women convulsed once more and burst apart into countless pieces of gore.... Others remained twisted, lingering as monsters.

A heavy sigh escaped my lips. Even though we just fucked up the entire Emperor’s family... sigh...

”That’s it, guys... we failed again—”

But my words choked in my throat when I saw him.

Alucard.

He was changing again. His convulsed, monsterised form... was returning to normal?

Flesh knitting back... blood settling down... His eyes focused?

Our eyes widened together in horror and disbelief.

The man who should have stayed broken... was regaining his rationality.

He blinked once, slowly, as though testing his own body. His fists clenched, knuckles cracking, and I could feel it.

Something new pulsed within him... I don’t know why, but he looks different now... completely different... His eyes snapped straight toward us.

HIK!

Of course!!

I ducked back under the pillar, my face twisted with both terror and disbelief. Excitement fluttered in my chest even as panic clawed at my throat.

Did that damned liquid actually work?

The fuck?

I’m so fucking happy... that we’re all about to die right now?

”Awee...” Tears stung at my eyes, torn between joy and despair.

I wasn’t even finished my project... and haven’t tested many bloods... Oh god!

I love bloods...awee... please!!

I wanted to cry in happiness and... in sadness both!!

Mary chuckled darkly. ”No need to worry...” Her voice was cold, edged with delight. She cracked her neck slowly, her crimson eyes locked on him. ”The one who’s going to die... is him.”

And then—she disappeared.
