Star Martial Era: The Way of Star Light Cultivation

Chapter 345: Chapter 161 Full Confidence (Two-in-One 9K Extra)_4

”Secondly, slay or repel the disciples from the corresponding Star Hall who pursue you, then safely survive until the end of the five-day selection battle, and you can return victoriously.”

”With these two methods, when you successfully return, you will still be disciples of the Da Chen National Taoist School and will receive corresponding rewards.”

”Let me now explain the specific operational methods,” said Chief Instructor Yu Da.

This lecture lasted for about an hour.

One important point is location.

All disciples participating in the selection battle will not be able to find a place to hide for five days.

Because each disciple from the Star Hall has a target from the Da Chen National Taoist School, their position will be pinpointed by a special method before the battle and updated every two hours to the disciples from the Star Hall.

This is the most crucial aspect of the selection battle.

Chief Instructor Yu Da’s plan was to avoid staying in one place for too long and keep moving to different locations.

Of course, the best strategy is to defeat or repel the disciple from the Star Hall when they attack.

The disciples from Star Hall, however, aren’t allowed to simply go after the disciples from the Da Chen National Taoist School.

They must slay two aliens of the Ninth Layer from the current Star Domain, using the alien’s blood and Star Core to activate a device that allows the positioning of Daoist School disciples.

It sounds complex, but in reality, it is very straightforward.

Under normal circumstances in this special situation, there is only one way to survive.

Don’t get captured or killed by the disciples from the Star Hall; returning alive is the victory.

”May I ask the Chief Instructor, what should we do if we are captured by a disciple from the Star Hall?” asked Niu Ju from the Third Layer Refining Star of Jing State.

This question made Chief Instructor Yu Da’s expression turn extremely solemn.

”If you are captured by a disciple from the Star Hall, you can choose to surrender or try to return alive; if you do return, you will then leave the Da Chen National Daoist School and become a disciple of the respective Star Hall,” said Chief Instructor Yu Da.

When the disciples appeared contemplative, Chief Instructor Yu Da added, ”But typically, the disciples from the Star Hall won’t capture you; if they have the ability, they will generally choose to kill you!”

”Throughout the history of the selection battles, disciples who have been captured and returned alive are rarely seen.

I want to remind you that even if you are fortunate enough to encounter a disciple from the Star Hall who is willing to capture you, joining a Star Hall after returning alive is only the beginning of humiliation!

To put it into perspective, imagine if your child, after gaining awareness, was adopted by your sworn enemy. What treatment would your sworn enemy give them?”

This analogy sent chills down the spines of all the disciples!

It instantly dispelled any lingering fantasies in their minds.

”Alright, there’s still an hour left before the battle; check your equipment and supplies. In the backpacks we prepared for you, each person has one bottle of top-grade Rejuvenation Pill, one bottle of Four Mysterious Star Recovery Pill, two bottles of Three Elements Star Returning Pill, and each person has two Top-grade Third-tier Chasing Moon Emblems in case you encounter a Fourth Tier alien to save your life.

Each person has three Low-level Star Healing Emblems to quickly heal some injuries,” said Left Libationer Meng Yanhui.

”As instructed by the State Preceptor, with the remaining time, it’s up to you to freely communicate and strategize! After you enter, your drop points are random; though the Third Tier Star Domain is vast, there’s still a possibility of encountering each other.

If you do meet, try to stick together in battle; this will greatly increase your chances of survival,” said Meng Yanhui before he and Yu Da left.

Only Xu Jin, Ji Hongli, Ying Ge, Bu Xutui, Niu Ju, Yin Mingzhang, and Wang Jiugao remained.

The seven glanced at each other. Xu Jin first started to organize the equipment issued by the Taoist Institute, sorting the emblems, Pills, and dry food separately.

The Top-grade Third-tier Chasing Moon Emblem: after use, it makes the user’s movements as light as the moon, increasing speed by nearly forty percent for the duration of 100 breaths.

After quietly packing their backpacks, Bu Xutui from Thunder State was the first to speak, ”Senior Brother, Senior Sister Ji, since sticking together increases our survival rates, do you have any good strategies or tips?

Or maybe we could all head toward a mountain in one direction and try our luck.”

”There are two methods from what I see,” Ji Hongli was the first to respond, ”After determining our position, we can head towards the highest point in the south, lighting smoke signals at each...”

”Sister Ji, let me interrupt for a moment.”

Xu Jin suddenly spoke, rudely interrupting Ji Hongli, which seemed to upset her, although she did not show it.

”Everyone, I have a secret technique that will allow us to make contact in the shortest time after entering the Third-tier Star Domain; it is real-time contact!” said Xu Jin.

At this, everyone was dumbfounded, and Bu Xutui was especially surprised, ”Senior Brother Xu, real-time contact, are you serious?”

”This isn’t a joking matter. It is real-time contact, but it’s conditional real-time contact.

To be precise, I can make real-time contact with you.

When the time comes, as long as your luck isn’t too bad, I should be able to make contact with you, and then we can team up with those who are closest, ultimately aiming to regroup,” said Xu Jin.

”That’s incredible, what is this method?” asked the fellow disciples, intrigued.

”I cannot hide it from you all; this method involves my safety and life!

If this were to leak, it would pose a great threat to me!”
