What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

“So… I suppose I should hold up my end of the bargain. What kind of Monster Girl do you want?”

I scratched my cheek, “There’s a problem though… I’m not sure what kind of Monster Girl I actually want. It’s not like I’m really familiar with them nor do I have a specific one in mind anyway…”

“Hmm… Well what do you want to do then?”

“I was thinking that I might just tell you my tastes and you can just decide what Monster Girl would fit the requirements for me and make it?”

“You trust me that much huh?”

I tiled my head at him, “Aren’t you supposed to be the Monster Girl Connoisseur? You should be able to think of something right?”

“Well… That’s different, you know? I appreciate Monster Girls and fancy myself to love them more than others but I definitely wouldn’t claim myself to be a walking encyclopedia for them…”

Well that’s a let down…

And here I thought I could just list off some stuff and then he’ll be able to come up with the perfect Monster Girl for me…

Verdam scratched his head, “Is there any Monster Girl that you know that you might be interested in? I could possibly just edit the Monster Girl to change to what you prefer from there which I believe would be easier for both of us?”

I grimaced, “That’s the thing… I don’t actually have a particular one that I like specifically…”

He seemed to eye Mother, “Really? Because I think that’s your type right there? Probably the mature and mommy types who would spoil you and take care of–“

“No,” Mother interrupted him immediately.

Both Verdam and I turned to look at Mother, surprised at her interjection.

“My little one only needs one Mama and that shall be me.”

Right. You heard her, Verdam. I only need one Mother. Not that I was even considering having another one in the first place anyway so it didn’t matter.

But that brought me back to the same problem since I don’t know what Monster Girl I might want him to make.

Do I want another companion that I would simply add to my harem or should I prioritise someone with more practical skills or abilities?

Even if it’s the latter, I’m not sure what I can choose to fulfill that role though?

Thinking about it from my party’s perspective, I have Odeta who is our vanguard and tank, Emilia and Delmare who are our magic swordswomen, Lisa as our mage, Katsuki as our assassin and myself as the support.

Hmm… I suppose we could use an archer?

I still have the Tornado Bow which right now has no owner since we don’t exactly have a dedicated archer in our party.

The only problem is that I don’t really think we even need an archer in the first place since Lisa and I could fulfil our sharpshooting requirements with our magic spells especially when we are able to cast [Laser].

As I was still wrecking my brains over what I could ask from him, a thought suddenly came into my mind.

“Hey… Are you able to transform someone into a Monster Girl instead?”

He paused and then adopted a serious thinking pose.

“That’s possible actually… I never actually tried it but… Right now that Absolute Monster Stone you have can only work on Monsters and not non-Monster entities… But if I were to do some trials and maybe a little bit of experimenting… Hmm… There’s already Monster Girls who can transform others to Monster Girls so maybe I could… I think it’s possible… But I will need some time to confirm it. Would you like to transform yourself or do you have someone in mind?”

“I was just curious to be honest. But maybe I can ask around and see if someone I know wants to transform themselves.”

“That sounds good. Although if you figure out what Monster Girl you want, you can just come back anytime and I’ll just create them for you, how about that?”

“That’s an agreement then.”

He stuck out his hand and I shook it, cementing the agreement.

After that, he helped me recall all of my Shadow Guards so that I could return them to my shadow before we gave our farewells and left the Dungeon behind.

The moment Mother and I stepped outside the Dungeon, I found Katsuki waiting outside and she immediately bowed when she saw me.

“Welcome back Mistress. Would you like a bath, dinner or some sweets first?”

“Sweets!” I answered instinctively and my most precious Inugami maid immediately pulled out a cookie which she presented to me.

Mmmm!! So sweet! So good!! Om nom nom nom~

Oh right! Might as well just start with her!

“Hey Katsuki?”

“Yes, Mistress?”

“How do you feel about transforming into a Monster Girl?”

She tilted her head slightly, “Would that help me serve Mistress better?”

“Err… I dunno actually.”

“Then unless Mistress wishes for me to change, I do not see a need for me to transform myself, Mistress.”

As expected of Katsuki.

“So what if there’s a Monster Girl that would help you serve me better?”

“In that case, I will not hesitate and accept the change immediately, Mistress.”

“Eh? Really? You’ll become kind of a monster though?”

Katsuki gave me a serious look, “Mistress, this life of mine was saved by you and belongs to you. I have decided to dedicate my life to serving you and only you. If I am able to serve you better, even if it means throwing away this current body, I will do it without question.”

“But… I like to fluff your tail though…”

“In that case, if becoming a Monster Girl means that I will lose this tail that you adore, then I will not take it. But if it allows me to retain it, please permit me to accept the change, Mistress.”

I kind of understood what she was insinuating.

“Do you feel you’re currently being… Well… Restricted in your body?”

“Yes, Mistress.”

That’s actually surprising to hear from her.

“Why? I think you’re doing a really good job though?”

Katsuki hesitated, which was rare for her to do.

As a side note, I could see Mother smirking at us from the side which told me that she might know about Katsuki’s predicament but decided not to say anything about it.

Katsuki averted her gaze to the side, “There are some things that I find myself being unable to do because of this body… If it meant that I could get rid of those urge– Ahem… Those limitations, I would be able to wholeheartedly serve Mistress instead of being held back by them.”

I blinked at her, “What… What are the limitations?”

“Under certain circumstances… I might move slower than normal and be more distracted…”

I blinked again.

Certain circumstances? Like what?

The fact that she wasn’t telling me about it directly made me think that it must be a really sensitive topic and she doesn’t want to tell me about it.

“Is it something related to you being an Inugami?” I asked.

She nodded, “That is correct, Mistress.”

Ah… So some kind of biological thing related to her race then… But I wonder what?

Maybe something like… Oh! Of course! She already told me that she has sensitive smell and hearing so I guess if she’s exposed to really loud sounds or really bad smells, she would be distracted by them and end up being slowed down because of that?

I believe she’s been comparing herself to Mary this entire time who doesn’t have this problem or, most likely, found ways to circumvent any limitations she might have while serving Mother for all those years and Katsuki feels that she was lacking.

I know that she works hard everyday and even strives to improve herself in hopes of reaching Mary’s level one day.

Ugh… I should also strive to be on Mother’s level one day to live up to Katsuki’s devotion to me as well!

Huh… In that case… Should I transform myself into a Monster Girl instead?

I wonder what I would be able to transform myself into, though?

“What if I decide to transform myself into a Monster Girl?” I asked, floating the idea to Katsuki and Mother.

“Nothing will change in my eyes, Mistress,” Katsuki answered immediately. “You will still be my Mistress and I will serve you with my life.”

Mother giggled, “Ufufufu~ Then you will be the cutest and most beautiful Monster Girl to ever exist in this World my little one~”

Hnnggh… The both of you are making me melt right now… I think I’m going to get diabetes and that’s not just because I eat sweets all the time… Not that I can even get diabetes in the first place in this World anyway.

“Mistress, more cookies?”

Ahhhhh!! I wuv you Katsukiiiii!! Gimme, gimme! Om nom nom nom~

Err… Where was I? Oh right, the Monster girl thing…

Well, before I decide on that… Maybe I should ask the other girls as well to see what they think…
