Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 14: Hiring The Maid

Julia sees the way Adam is leering at her breast, and her frown deepens. Before, Adam was never this bold in his actions when it came to him leering at her, but now things look completely different.

Itʼs as if someone has flipped the personality switch inside Adam, even though he is the same person, he is so much different, so much bolder, so much more confident.

But this also seems to have made him a bigger pervert, as he is openly ogling her without shame.

”Stop staring at my breasts,” she says, and covers her cleavage with her hand very poorly.

”Itʼs not my fault that you have your breasts out for display for me to see,” Adam says.

”You are such a fucking pervert, I am going to have a word with Jack about this,” she threatens to tell his father, but he is not worried.

”Do tell, but what about you? Staring at my massive cock this morning?” Adam asks.

”Please, itʼs just a dick. Donʼt think too highly of it,” Julia scoffs.

”But itʼs definitely the biggest one you have ever seen. I know for a fact you must have wondered how it must feel, didnʼt you?” Adam teases her.

Julia gives him a fierce glare, but canʼt deny him because he is right. As a woman, how can she not be curious? She has seen porn in which women get railed by such massive cocks, but coming across one in real life is very rare, especially one as big as the one she saw between Adamʼs legs.

”Fine, I am done teasing you. I want to emphasize that hiring Xu Lin is a superior option compared to the other two alternatives.

First, she is obedient, which means you can boss her around more easily.

Second, she is poor and desperate because of her fatherʼs poor health, so she can be enticed through small bonuses, which will make her loyal as well.

Third, she is young, so she has much more energy, so you can work her more than the other two.

Fourth, since she is young and considered inexperienced, she costs way less to hire.

Fifth, she has a pretty face. I should at least get something out of it, right?” Adam finishes his list of reasons to hire Xu Lin over the other two.

And as Julia goes over those points, she realizes that Adam is right about Xu Lin, well, Julia doesnʼt care about the last part, but whatever. The other four points make sense.

She looks at the smug smile on Adamʼs face and wants to deny it, but she decides not to.

Julia can see that Adam has changed, so she shouldnʼt provoke him unnecessarily. Her standing in this house is still not equal to Adamʼs, so she needs to tread carefully.

”Fine,” she says.

”I knew you were smart. You should call them now,” Adam says as he rests his back on the couch and takes a sigh of satisfaction.

Though annoyed, Julia does as he says. She calls the four ladies back.

”We have decided to hire Xu Lin,” Julia says.

”Great choice, madam. She can start tomorrow itself,” the glasses-wearing woman says.

”That works for me.” Julia says.

”Great, letʼs get the paperwork done,” the glasses-wearing woman says after she sends the two other maid candidates away.

Adam continues to sit on the couch and watch as Julia and the woman discuss the contract. Since Xu Lin is an employee at this maid service company, most of the legal things are done by them.

For a small percentage of Xu Linʼs salary, they provide her with protection from potential clients who can cause her harm, or help her through any legal cases that might arise.

As the two women discuss the contract, Adamʼs eyes Xu Lin, who has been shyly standing behind the glasses-wearing woman.

Feeling his gaze, Xu Lin lifts her head and meets his eyes. Adam smiles at her.

Xu Lin blushes, turning red, and immediately puts her head back down.

Adam chuckles inwardly as he thinks of corrupting this cute Asian girl.

Xu Lin has no clue about Adamʼs intentions towards her.

As a beautiful young girl who has only been considered an adult for a year, how can she not look at Adamʼs handsome face and not be influenced by it?

Xu Lin finds Adam incredibly handsome, but that is it. She has no other intentions. How can a poor girl like her have thoughts about someone rich and handsome like Adam?

They live in two completely different worlds, and Adam must have many better options than her. This is what she thinks.

Julia is done signing the contract.

”I want her here early in the morning,” Julia says.

”You do not have to worry, Madam. She is very punctual.”

”Good, you may leave,” Julia says.

”Thank you, madam. Thank you, sir, for choosing me.” Xu Lin finally speaks up, thanking them. She has a very soft, pleasant voice. Adam likes it.

”Youʼre welcome,” Adam says with a smile.

Done with everything, they leave.

Once they are gone, Julia closes the door and looks at Adam.

”Happy?” she questions while still frowning.

”Whatʼs with the face? Itʼs just as much your decision as it is mine. We are a team in this,” Adam says while smirking.

Julia scoffs and leaves. She doesnʼt want to entertain Adam anymore.

Adam watches Juliaʼs sexy departing figure and licks his lips.

ʼOh, Julia, this is just the beginning. You have no idea what I am about to do to you,ʼ Adam thinks to himself and heads back to his room.
