America, Washington.

”Yes, just like this. Next, we will be more active in protecting our investors, whether they are in the Far East, North Africa, or Antarctica. The great America will be their strong support!”

In front of the president’s mansion, the spirited John was giving an impassioned speech, surrounded by a crowd of reporters. The sunlight shone on his face, which was radiant, and his eyes held a strange excitement.

As the twenty-fourth president of America, he considered himself qualified. Because the upper class had a high opinion of him, and his approval rating was soaring.

If things continued this way, his re-election next term was almost a certainty. With such a bright future, how could he not be excited and enthusiastic?

Just then, a very jarring voice suddenly came from outside the nearby fence. ”Shit, you damn butcher!”

Including John, everyone’s expression froze, and their eyes turned to the source of the sound.

What appeared before their eyes was an old white-haired man, looking weathered and wearing a military uniform. He stared fixedly at John, spewing insults, ”You recklessly launched foreign wars, slaughtering people from other countries and your own soldiers to gain your own glory! You are a complete demon!”

Click, click, click.

Hearing this, the reporters quickly turned off their recording and video equipment. These media people knew what they were doing. They were very clear that this kind of scene and sound absolutely could not appear in formal settings.

John maintained his superficial smile and quietly said to the assistant beside him, ”Take him down, and do it cleanly.”

”I understand, sir.” The assistant nodded, and made a few strange gestures to the right.

Instantly.

The two agents disguised as ordinary people, who were hiding nearby, quickly stepped forward, tied the old American veteran’s hands behind his back, and dragged him towards a nearby alley.

”Heaven will punish you!” The old soldier struggled, shouting sharply. ”You demon, one day you will go to hell!”

”Shut up!” Hearing that this subdued old man dared to keep blabbering, the agents were furious. They raised their fists, ready to give him a lesson he would never forget.

Bang.

A dull sound.

The old soldier was not hurt. Instead, the two agents, with blood gushing from their noses, flew backward.

”Whoa, fellas!” A strange man wearing a black and red tight suit, with two Japanese swords on his back, appeared in front of the old soldier. ”Your nose must be made of tough stuff!”

The old soldier was stunned, his face blank.

”Hey, buddy! Is my handsome figure stunning you?” Deadpool waved to the old soldier and said, ”Of course, if that’s the case, it’s normal. After all, a handsome guy like me is one of a kind in all of America!”

”Enemy attack, enemy attack!”

”Protect the president, take him down!”

Before the words could finish, the other agents, seeing their companions attacked, rushed in from all directions to provide support.

”Ooh, ooh, so many sweethearts!” Deadpool made a peace sign at the incoming agents and said smugly, ”Everyone see that? These sweethearts are all my fans!”

Damn it, idiot!

The old soldier cursed him silently in his heart, and was about to turn and run away without hesitation.

Although he hated John, he had no intention of facing these well-equipped agents head-on. That would be no different from seeking death.

”Hey, wait a moment.” However, Deadpool stopped him at this moment, striking a pose that he thought was very cool. ”I need to correct what you just said.”

”Damn it, what do you want to say?” The old soldier was anxious and his face flushed red.

”Heaven won’t punish anyone, so the only ones who can truly punish evildoers are handsome guys like me!” As he spoke, Deadpool took out an old parchment scroll from his leather belt.

Unfolding the scroll on the ground, Deadpool drew his long sword and lightly cut his palm.

Splat.

Blood poured out, instantly turning his entire palm red.

The old soldier next to him was completely dumbfounded, not knowing what this madman was doing. He just watched as Deadpool pressed his bloody palm onto the parchment scroll.

”Alright, my dear little partners are about to appear.”

Looking at the blood handprint being gradually absorbed by the parchment scroll, Deadpool was very satisfied. He turned his head and looked at the old soldier standing there blankly. ”You should go. Remember to watch the Fox News program tonight.”

Bang.

As soon as he finished speaking, a hail of bullets came at them. At the same time, a cloud of dark red mist suddenly burst out from the ancient parchment scroll.

Ding, ding, ding.

The bullets hit the mist as if they had hit the steel plate of an armored car, creating a series of crisp sounds.

The agents were stunned, watching this scene in front of them in disbelief.

Crack, crack.

The thick dark red mist gradually spread, and a dark red skeleton with no flesh and holding a steel sword broke through the mist and came out. Then a second, and a third.

After these skeletons appeared, they rushed towards the agents in front of them without hesitation. The bullets clearly could not cause them any damage, and their speed was far beyond human comprehension.

The distance of fifteen or twenty feet was covered almost instantly. They raised the steel swords in their hands and slashed at the agents in front.

Splat.

Blood splattered, staining the streets red.

”Ah! Damn it!”

”Monsters, these are undying monsters!”

”Need support, we need support!”

Faced with these unnatural creatures, the agents were clearly no match and had to flee for their lives.

”Ho, ho, ho, did you see that?” Deadpool whistled and shouted loudly, ”How awesome my dear little partners are, they are simply the scourge of evil... Hey, wait! That’s not our target!”

Halfway through his sentence, Deadpool suddenly saw a skeleton soldier heading towards the crowd of ordinary people. He was shocked and was about to stop it, but suddenly felt a dizzy spell.

Fuck, what’s going on?

Looking down, Deadpool found that his bleeding wound had not healed. Bright red blood was still flowing into the parchment scroll like a spring. Moreover, even his body was starting to visibly break down.

”Hey, fellas! This... isn’t cool at all!”
