Chapter 848: Galaxy Vs Galaxy

In a burst of cosmic screaming velocity, everyone tore forward, pouncing upon one another with an almost instinctual ferocity. The void itself became a blur to the eyes of countless warriors as they streaked forward, weapons drawn in a deadly display of intent, spears, swords, axes, hammers, whips, all brandished with a reflexive precision that spoke of centuries of honed skill.

In a cataclysmic, apocalyptic explosion of force, the two sides collided, madness brimming in their eyes, the air crackling with anticipation of destruction.

Words had become redundant; silence was the prelude to annihilation. Both sides understood implicitly that only one would emerge alive. Each combatant was prepared to lay down their life for their Galaxy in that singular, irrevocable moment.

Mana burst forth in blinding brilliance, faith energy erupted in waves of unrelenting radiance, and the blue met golden light in a cataclysmic clash of energies. These energies, each the lifeblood of their respective Galaxies, seemed to possess sentience of their own, twisting and rebelling in the void as though they were living entities intent on devouring one another.

The symphony of weapons striking against one another echoed across the cosmic expanse, vibrating through the void like the primordial heartbeat of creation itself. The air thickened with energy, a tangible, almost suffocating presence that periodically detonated outward in bursts of uncontainable power. Elemental energy flared from both sides, each combatant fueled by the deepest reserves of their innate abilities.

Fire imbued with faith scorched the air, while ice enriched with mana crystallized everything it touched, freezing even the currents of time around it. The elements collided like two maddened rams locking horns, each strike sending ripples across the fabric of space. Lightning streaked like jagged veins of pure energy through the void, water cascaded from the heavens as if the stars themselves had turned to liquid, flames burned brighter than suns, and earth erupted violently in defense, tearing entire moons asunder in its wake.

The Galaxy became a theater of otherworldly madness, a frenzy that left only blood and ruin in its wake. Screams and cries echoed endlessly, merging with the sounds of clashing steel, rupturing energy, and the shattering of celestial bodies. This was a madness that recognized nothing but corpses and chaos, consuming everything in its path.

War cries erupted from every throat, reverberating across the heavens. Blood splattered across the surfaces of distant suns and orbiting planets, a macabre display of motivation and sacrifice. Each side fought with the unshakable conviction of defending what they held dear: one side for the preservation of their God’s words, the other for the defense of their homeworld.

No one stepped back. No one faltered. Hesitation had no place here. There existed only annihilation. There would be only one victor. No compromises, no draws, no negotiations, only the living and the dead, only the winner and the vanquished.

Space itself shattered under the sheer force of their impact, reality struggling to keep pace with the apocalyptic torrent unleashed upon it. The battlefield expanded infinitely, spreading in every direction as celestial debris filled the void. Millions of streaking entities tore across the heavens; planets were obliterated merely for occupying a dangerous orbit, and stars, once brilliant, were reduced to ash by sheer power alone. Nothing remained untouched by the cataclysmic force of this confrontation.

The moment sang a singular dirge of blood and madness.

Innate abilities awakened in spectacular fashion, emanating from the top ten races of the Arcanis Galaxy. Though these races were being invaded, they were far from weak. Their reputations were not unwarranted; they had earned their titles as the strongest among countless civilizations, and they demonstrated it with overwhelming might.

Riven Darkheart exemplified the terror of his name, the Calamity Demon, the Annihilator.

From the heavens above, the cosmos itself seemed to answer his call. The very air burned with the raw intensity of his madness as torrents of mana surged outward from his core. A wide, predatory grin spread across his face as he brought his palm down, and the heavens responded instantaneously.

A galactic, apocalyptical force descended, blinding pillars of lightning streaking downward with an intensity that mirrored Riven’s own unbridled madness. He did not attack in conventional fashion; instead, the storm of energy slammed into hundreds of Divinora Galaxy forces simultaneously, annihilating them with a single, indiscriminate strike.

But Riven’s assault did not cease. His mana flared uncontrollably as he rained down a thunderous cascade of destruction from above, indifferent to expenditure or consequence to his mana.

Those who observed closely would recognize the source of Lucian’s inherited love for war and battle.

From behind, Riven sensed an attack closing in. Without turning, he raised a hand. As the oncoming force struck, he merely swept it aside with the casual motion of swatting a fly. The devastation from the deflected attack obliterated an entire solar system, leaving nothing but void in its wake.

With unhesitating strength, Riven closed his palm into a fist and punched the cosmic air. No mana, no augmentation, no intent, only pure, raw physical power.

An ear-splitting boom erupted, resonating like the simultaneous shattering of a thousand colossal war drums. A cannon of air surged outward, clashing with his attacker’s force and reducing it to pulverized fragments. The head of the assailant crumpled, exploded outward, and vanished without trace.

Riven did not turn toward the remnants of his foe. He drew his spear with a grin, his legs coiling like a spring before he propelled himself forward in a thunderous blur of motion, a living storm of destruction.

Elsewhere, Akira laid upon a moon, watching the battle with an almost casual indifference. She awaited Aura Nova to complete whatever task kept her occupied, impatient for the kibble from the second Tear. A violent impact suddenly shattered the moon beneath her, leaving a fissure across its surface.

Akira’s eyes, untroubled and bored, shifted to the new presence as lunar dust settled. A colossal, three-headed dog emerged, its gaze locked on her. It growled with a menacing ferocity, yet Akira did not flinch. She regarded the monstrous creature with detached curiosity for a moment, then turned her black eyes away in utter indifference.

With a sudden burst of motion, the beast lunged. In less than a heartbeat, it closed the distance between itself and Akira. Each head snapped forward, fangs bared, aiming to tear her limb from limb.

Akira’s claws extended from a single, pristine white paw and retracted instantly, as if they had never appeared. Simultaneously, hundreds of massive claw-shaped energies materialized around her and the monstrous dog. Before the creature could react, it was obliterated, reduced to shreds and minced flesh.

As the blood threatened to splatter across Akira’s black and white fur, it vanished along with the corpse of the dog. Akira erased every trace, refusing to allow even a single drop to stain her. She would not be sullied, nor would she remain where the stench of gore lingered, tainting the air around her presence.
