Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 529  Mom... Is Your Period Over?

”Mmm!” Ariana had a little bit of semen in her mouth. She thought about spitting it out, but after hesitating for a moment, she swallowed it down.

Her mind was foggy at that moment, and her agreement was completely subconscious. She hadnʼt even realized that she hadnʼt offered to help keep it a secret; anyway, everything was simply proceeding according to Luisʼs rhythm.

When a man who usually wasnʼt chauvinistic suddenly became assertive, she actually found it perfectly normal. Besides, she didnʼt have the courage, nor was there any need, to go tattling to her second sister.

”Go on!”

Although it was a bit awkward, they had grown up together and had a great relationship, so Luis was confident nothing would go wrong.

Picking up his phone, he saw several missed calls and immediately called back.

”Lily, I was just sleeping. I left my phone downstairs and forgot about it. Whatʼs up?”

”Your dad is coming over in a little while. You should come over too!”

Luis immediately understood what was happening. Whenever his father-in-law came over, he was always met with cold stares. Especially now that his son-in-law was doing well, Ruthʼs temper had only grown sharper with the wind.

He figured his wife was anxious for him to come because she was afraid they might start arguing.

Luis quickly put on his clothes and headed out, going straight to the clubhouse. The large door leading to the second floor was wide open, with people still moving things inside.

His wife, Lily, was helping with the inventory, while Eloise was keeping track of the accounts. His mother-in-law sat at the counter, fuming silently, looking every bit like a sorrowful, resentful widow.

Seeing that they were all busy, Luis walked over to the counter. With a lecherous grin, he placed his hand directly on his mother-in-lawʼs thigh and began to caress it.

Ruth was wearing a skirt, which made it easy to touch. Seeing that no one else was around, she merely shot Luis a glare and allowed her son-in-law to continue his stealthy fondling.

”Mom, whatʼs going on?”

”Itʼs your father. He told me not to rush into buying anything, that heʼd come by to see what we were missing because he has some things ready-made.”

Ruth snorted coldly, gritting her teeth. ”He also said he brought some things for Lily. I call it a weasel paying New Yearʼs respects to a chicken.”

Luis asked curiously, ”How did he find out?”

His father-in-law was practically a figurehead in this family. Luis was the real man of the house now. Most importantly, his mother-in-law had instructed everyone not to tell him anything; at most, theyʼd invite him for the opening.

It was clear his mother-in-lawʼs long-standing grudge remained, which was why both Luis and Lily kept quiet.

”Your eldest sister, that traitor. Just wait until I give her a piece of my mind.” Ruth said angrily, then suddenly pressed down on her son-in-lawʼs hand as it tried to slip further under her skirt. She glared at him. ”Donʼt touch me there. Mom will get uncomfortable.”

”Mom... is your period over?” Luis asked, his eyes lighting up.

Ruth shot him another glare, neither confirming nor denying. She simply said, ”Son-in-law, letʼs see what heʼs up to in a bit. Donʼt you go being foolishly filial and end up directing that filial piety towards some other woman.”

”Mom, I understand!”

Around ten oʼclock, Arthur arrived, dressed quite sharply and smiling. ”Iʼm here! Let me have a look around first.”

Ruth couldnʼt be bothered with him and didnʼt even want to speak. Lily quickly ran out, called out ”Dad,” and gave him a tour.

After looking around, Arthur smiled and said, ”Itʼs late, everyone must be tired. Letʼs get some supper together.”

”Alright!” Ruth, who usually ignored him, agreed immediately. It seemed she was suspicious of Arthurʼs sudden and wanted to see what he was really up to.

”Brother-in-law, sis, Iʼm going home to sleep. The two kids are still at home.”

”Honey, Iʼm sleepy. You guys go eat. I have to get up early tomorrow.”

Downstairs, Arthur quickly took out two bags and said earnestly, ”Lily, your grandmother specifically asked some relatives in the mountains to save these free-range eggs for you. You said they were especially delicious last time, so sheʼs been thinking about it.”

”And this old hen, it weighed a full eight pounds after being butchered. The meat is tough and not great, but itʼs very nutritious for soup.”

”Your grandmother even specially asked someone to go into the mountains to cut wild radix fici simplicissimae for you, to stew with it...”

Hearing about her mother-in-law, who was stubborn but supportive of her, Ruthʼs expression softened considerably. She said, ”Lily, Luis, make time to go back and visit Grandma more often.”

”Dad, Mom, weʼre heading up now.” They took the things and went upstairs.

Ruth still didnʼt give him a good look. After closing the door, she said, ”Iʼm tired these days. Letʼs just grab something simple nearby. If you want to drink, we can do it another time.”

”Well, Iʼll have a drink with Dad!” Luis knew his father-in-law couldnʼt enjoy an evening without alcohol, so he quickly tried to smooth things over.

”Then you two go. I donʼt need to go!” Ruth said stiffly.

”Well, I have something to talk to you about too. Donʼt be angry.” Arthurʼs attitude was quite good this time. He explained, ”The eldest was just happy for you. Donʼt scold her later and start a fight.”

”Itʼs none of your business!” Ruth glared at him.

Seeing that Arthur really did have something to discuss, Luis quickly said, ”Dad, letʼs just eat at the little stir-fry place downstairs!”

”Mom, youʼve been tired lately. Come have a drink with us tonight and relax a bit.”

Luis had that much face. They went to a Sichuan stir-fry place at the entrance of the community. People once they reach a certain age seem to dislike barbecue and crayfish, thinking theyʼre not very healthy.

But Ruth, the mother-in-law, did it on purpose. Knowing that her father-in-law didnʼt like spicy food, and that he also suffered from hemorrhoids and had a sensitive stomach, she deliberately chose this restaurant.

”Boiled sliced pork in chili oil, spicy chicken, and this twice-cooked pork, son-in-law, you have to try it. Itʼs not spicy but especially fragrant.”

”One serving of assorted skewers for the hot pot, with tripe and beef aorta.”

The targeting was very obvious, but Arthur didnʼt say anything.

He turned and bought some boiled edamame and boiled peanuts from the shop next door, along with non-spicy dishes like spiced beef. The silent rivalry between this outwardly harmonious but inwardly estranged couple wasnʼt something that started just today or yesterday.

Arthur took out a bottle of XO, and Ruth promptly said, ”Drinking that with spicy food is so uncomfortable. Son-in-law, listen to me, itʼs much better to have some draft beer with Mom.”

”Okay!” Luis naturally sided with his mother-in-law, given their affair.

As Ruth spoke, she secretly reached under the table and stroked his cock through his pants. Who could resist such temptation?

”Alright, Iʼll have some beer too.” Arthur was surprisingly agreeable this time, putting the bottle aside.

Actually, a small-time contractor like him could drink anything. Over the years, heʼd even developed an addiction. Even if he had nothing to do at night, he liked to have a little drink before bed. His mother-in-lawʼs little tricks were rather childish in front of him.

The food arrived quickly, and so did the drinks.
