Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 293: Negotiations

Just as she was in a daze, a phone call came in.

Dominic. Bella hesitated for a moment before answering, laughing sarcastically, ”The hospital is too careless. They should have turned off the lights by this time.”

”There’s no need for such formality between husband and wife. Waller warned me. Those methods we used before can no longer be used between us.”

”Methods used before??”

Bella smiled gently and said, ”You mean the dirty tactics where I colluded from the inside to have my eldest brother and younger brother sent to prison, and then cooperated with you to have your second and third brothers imprisoned as well, right?”

”Correct!”

Dominic did not deny it at all.

The Taiga family and the Leon family were not considered top tier wealthy families. They were essentially family businesses. On the Leon family side, Bella resented her father and her brother who used her as a bargaining chip.

The situation was the same for Dominic. His own brothers occupied too much of the benefits, and some people, relying on their seniority, were also hindering his development.

There were also many internal conflicts within the family business. Those relatives who knew each other inside and out would never have imagined that Bella and Dominic, this couple everyone knew was fake, could actually cooperate.

Ambitiously, they dealt with the biggest threats. By the time the group was split, it was essentially time to divide the spoils.

”We used each other. Back then, after your father died, you provided false intelligence, causing me to break completely with the Leon family and go to war. I admit I was unlucky to be outsmarted by you.”

”Now, I think you and I should cooperate to maximize our benefits.”

Hearing this, Bella giggled, so charmingly it could be described as radiant and captivating.

She lay on her side and beckoned to Nina, who approached with a fascinated and seductive smile. Bella extended a delicate foot toward her.

Nina, with a face full of reverence, lifted her foot and gently licked it with her soft, moist tongue, her expression intoxicated as if this were a divine blessing.

Bella moaned softly in pleasure. On the other end of the phone, Dominic pondered for a moment, ignoring the strange sound.

He asked, ”What’s so funny? The group isn’t just you and me. There are other shareholders.”

”Moreover, even though those people are inside, their shares remain unchanged. We need to discuss this properly.”

”Discuss... that sounds nice. It’s true that we’re dividing the spoils now, but you and I both have big appetites.”

Bella said with a laugh, ”If your health hadn’t failed, would you have agreed to split the group? No matter how much I pressured you, you stood firm as a mountain.”

”After all, the actual control of the group’s business is in your hands.”

”Now the surgery was successful, your wretched life is saved, but it seems too late to go back on your word.”

Dominic said indifferently, ”Stop the nonsense. The Leon family holds 37% of Tiger Real Estate, and your personal share is only 12%. Just say clearly what you want.”

”The Ocean Hotel can go to my elder brother and the others. I’m not interested.”

”After all, I’ve never been able to swallow those shares.”

”My 12%!”

Bella said with a serious expression, ”I want all the remaining projects in City Center Garden.”

”Bullshit!”

Vincent’s previously calm tone changed, carrying obvious anger as he said, ”Even in a normal split, the valuation there would require at least 20% of the shares to obtain.”

”Phase three of City Center Garden includes over twenty existing villas, a clubhouse, a kindergarten, and a supporting vegetable market. The profits are good, mainly because transferring it all yields pure cash.”

Bella recounted knowledgeably, ”I know 12% is a bit low. I’ll acquire a bit more soon, raising it to 15%.”

”Dream on!”

The split of Tiger Real Estate essentially means separating the assets of the Taiga and Leon families, then dividing the projects that emerged from their cooperation, such as City Center Garden.

Other areas are manageable, but City Center Garden is a protected virgin piece of land. Other projects might also be profitable but are slow and steady, whereas that particular project is a quick way to cash out as soon as it’s transferred.

”Is that so? No agreement then.”

Bella said lightly, ”I’m like you. I’ve exhausted my efforts for the benefits. Asking me to settle based on the normal stock price makes you and me both look like idiots.”

At that moment, the stunning Nina lost control, kissing Bella’s calf and moving upward.

She licked the fair, tender skin of her thigh, and the moment she lifted the skirt, her breathing noticeably quickened. She swallowed hard, gazing at the final area protected by the sexy black panties.

The lace design made this beautiful and mysterious place vaguely visible. Through the cut out patterns, a glimpse of flawless fairness could be faintly seen, exuding a captivating feminine aura.

Nina was a top tier beauty, her looks almost on par with Savanna Blade, an elfin like beauty yet with a succubus like enchanting figure.

Bella was also a libertine. Over the years, she had encountered countless beauties, but she alone could never forget this peerless stunner. One can imagine how captivating she was.

Yet now, she was like a dog awaiting reward, greedily staring at the base of the thigh, that beautiful area wrapped in black panties.

Bella waved her hand, signaling her to wait. Nina was slightly startled but obediently sat up straight and continued massaging Bella.

Dominic’s emotions fluctuated greatly, his breathing rapid. Bella giggled and said mockingly,

”You just had surgery, your body isn’t well, so don’t talk so much. Why not rest properly instead of calling to upset yourself? What if you get so angry you die, wasting all that surgery money?”

”Leon family girl, I admit you have your methods, but don’t be too arrogant.”

Before Dominic could finish, Bella interrupted him,

”Now we just wait for the audit and valuation. It won’t be done quickly.”

”President Ye’s coming shows his stance, but the one in charge is still Waller. If we can’t come up with a good plan, a plan the other side agrees to...”

”Then all our previous efforts will come to nothing for both of us. Is that what you want to warn me about?!”

”Good that you know!”

Dominic said through gritted teeth, ”I warn you, President Ye truly won’t interfere much, but Waller must give him a qualified answer. Delaying is unfavorable for both you and me.”

”We’ll see then!”

After hanging up, Nina cautiously spoke, ”Master, you said that here, Dominic has always...”

”Always been the strongest local power. Not just now, even if my elder brother and the others were here, we’d still have to accept the losses we deserve.”

Bella narrowed her eyes, unable to conceal her anger, and said, ”But with that Waller saying such things, our alliance has broken. When it comes to calculating profits, indeed no one can be trusted.”

Nina said somewhat nervously, ”Master, you said you don’t have many shares. It’s easy to suffer big losses that way.”

”The situation is worse than that. Dominic’s phone call was almost a declaration of war.”

Bella said silently, ”You probably know about today’s situation. Like him, I couldn’t get a word in front of President Ye.”

”Waller won’t show bias. Those ambitious politicians won’t be easily bribed by you.”

As she spoke, Bella opened a video. It was surveillance footage from the finance office of Tiger Real Estate.

In fact, all the proper surveillance had been dealt with. President Ye’s men were no pushovers. But at that time, the workers repairing the signal tower on the opposite building happened to record a work video, capturing the situation in the finance office.
