Lust System: Harem Of Beautiful Women

Chapter 208: She Cheated On Me

Seeing his wife’s happy face, Luis felt a little ashamed. From the time they started dating to the time they got married, Luis had always been a steel straight man and rarely spent time on her.

He rarely gave her gifts on her birthday or wedding anniversary.

The mobile phone he gave her last time had already made her very happy.

This time, this bag made Lily extremely happy. In fact, she did not need name brands. For her, any gift from her husband would make her feel happy.

Late at night, the administrative building of the municipal hospital was brightly lit.

The door of the on duty city manager was opened without knocking. Hela, who was reading documents on the computer, raised her head with an unhappy look on her face.

Her son Daniel did not know where he had gone drinking. He walked in angrily, his face flushed red from alcohol. Hela snapped, ”Close the door properly.”

”Oh, okay.”

Even though he was slightly drunk, as soon as his mother frowned, Daniel quickly closed the door.

Hela took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes, sighing, ”Do you not know that Mom is in an important period for promotion right now? You come to me drunk like this, what is the matter?”

Hela felt a bit tired because the vice president of the hospital in charge of the inpatient department was about to retire.

How many pairs of eyes were staring at this lucrative position that had become vacant?

Hela had outstanding abilities and her resume was sufficient.

This was the time to make a push, so recently she had not dared to slack off at all at work.

”Mom, look at this.”

Daniel gritted his teeth and said, ”That stinky bitch Nancy cheated on me.”

Hela took the phone and looked at it, her brows immediately furrowing.

The chat interface showed screenshots of Whatsapp group chats, including those photos Nancy herself had posted. It was clearly leaked from their classmates’ group.

”Mom, look at her. She is not going back to her parents’ home at all. I think she is living with some random man.”

”Spent hundreds of thousands on bags and jewelry, and even bought her a Cayenne.”

”That stinky bitch, how slutty must she be to make that wild man willingly spend this kind of money.”

Daniel was burning with rage, almost uncontrollably slamming the table. ”Damn it, this cheap slut, she acted so reluctant to sleep with me, but then turns around and hooks up with some random man outside.”

Hela asked very calmly, ”Who sent this to you?”

”Called Poke, one of her classmates. Said she could not stand it anymore and told me.”

Daniel’s face was already twisted, ”Mom, we cannot let that cheap slut off easily.”

”Calm down first.”

”Mom, I am calm enough. Otherwise, I would have taken a knife and stabbed her to death right now.”

As a qualified mama’s boy, a NEET like Daniel was indeed calm enough. When this happened, the first thing he did was come and tell his mom. He truly was a very filial child.

But his loud noise had a very bad influence. Those who did not know would think there was a medical dispute.

Daniel was clearly drunk and in a bad mood now. Hela said a few words but he did not listen, just cursed on his own, and the cursing grew louder and louder.

Hela, already under a lot of pressure, could not help it and suddenly slapped him hard, with a particularly crisp sound.

Daniel covered his face, stunned. Because as far as he could remember, his mother had never hit him; it had always been gentle and doting.

”Stop making noise here, can’t you hear me?”

Hela said sternly, ”Mom is at a very critical moment now. If others hear you making such noise, they will think something happened to me. Are you trying to cause trouble for me?”

”Mom, I won’t argue anymore. Then, then what should we do?”

Daniel had been spoiled since childhood but was actually controlled very strictly. Basically, he could not make his own decisions. Now he lowered his head wronged.

Seeing her son’s wronged expression, Hela’s heart softened and she stepped forward to hug him, saying, ”Alright, just calm down first. I know you men would be angry about this.”

”You came to discuss it with Mom instead of doing something stupid yourself. That already makes Mom happy enough.”

”Mom, but I cannot accept it.”

Daniel was so angry that tears came out. Holding his mother, he cried and said, ”That stinky bitch has no shame. She actually dared to cheat on me. Are we just going to let her and that adulterer go like this?”

”Of course not.”

Hela was filled with pent up anger. Gritting her teeth, she said, ”That disgraceful thing ruining our family’s reputation. Isn’t your mother in law’s birthday on Friday? Then we will ask her to give us an explanation.”

”I want to see how she explains this in front of relatives and friends.”

”A hen that cannot lay eggs dares to go out and attract bees and butterflies. Does she think our family is easy to bully?”

Daniel wiped his tears and said, ”Mom, you mean we wait until my mother in law’s birthday to expose this.”

”Yes, then we will see how she steps down in front of relatives and friends. A thing raised by a mother who gave birth but did not teach properly.”

On Friday, Ruth got up very early and asked a little worriedly whether they were really going to Gestor Palace for dinner in the evening.

After she learned about this place, she deliberately inquired about it and found out that it should be the most expensive private club in the city. It would give her face to tell others, but she would also feel bad if it was too expensive.

”Mom, do not worry about this.”

Luis comforted her. Looking at his mother in law’s 93 percent favorability meter, his heart was full of anticipation. As long as it reached 95 percent, he could unlock new tasks.

With his careful arrangements and these preparations catering to his mother in law’s preferences, Luis believed he would definitely be able to satisfy her inflated vanity.

In the evening, Nancy frowned as she answered the phone and said, ”Mom, Daniel said he is coming to pick us up.”

”For him to be so sensible, not easy, Young Master Zhang.”

Ruth sneered. She was narrow minded and held grudges, still thinking about what happened last time.

”Probably my mother in law taught him that. Just ignore him.”

Leah had told her father about this before. Her father in law Arthur said impatiently that she was only a few years old and already imitating others to celebrate big birthdays. In a fit of anger, Ruth did not invite any of the Wood family relatives.

Those invited included Yana, old girlfriends and old card partners, about ten women in total.

Besides them, there were Daniel and his mother, and her aunt Eloise and her husband.

”Mom, then you guys wait for brother in law. Lily and I will go pick up my little sister first.”

Luis and the two sisters secretly exchanged glances, then drove off in the Nissan first. The main reason was that the carefully prepared gifts were all in the car. This was a surprise for his mother in law, so he had to keep it secret from her first.

The city’s No. 1 Middle School does not finish until noon on Saturday.

But for the mother in law’s birthday, they asked for leave in advance.

After waiting for a while, the sister-in-law, wearing her school uniform and carrying a backpack, ran out bouncing happily.

Although the school uniform was a bit tacky, on her it could be said to be endlessly charming.

Especially as she hummed a little tune, taking light and quick steps, her chest swayed violently like surging waves as she walked. To be honest, the nickname ”Bunny” was well deserved.
