Chapter 585 The Current Flows

Kyle and Swamp Dragon went to the planet.

The planet was not very big, and its gravity was much weaker than the last one they had been on.

Swamp Dragon would most likely be able to leave this planet on his own.

As they descended, the winds started to pick up.

ʼSure enough, thereʼs some powerful winds here,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼIf I wanted to look at the Level Three Law of Wind, this would also be a good place, but thatʼs not on my agenda right now.ʼ

Kyle and Swamp Dragon reached the surface and looked around.

The powerful winds were causing some issues for Swamp Dragon, but after they dug into the ground, it became much easier to handle.

”You know how to create a Law Well for Yin-Fire?” Kyle asked.

”Itʼs not difficult,” Swamp Dragon answered. ”I can manage.”

Kyle nodded as he kept digging.

After some minutes, they found a lot of metals, which Kyle picked up.

Eventually, they also came across magma, which was just perfect.

Kyle created a huge tunnel leading downwards, fortifying it with different materials to keep it stable.

At the same time, he left some open spots for the magma to flow through.

Eventually, Kyle saw the familiar Metal-Earth Stone he had also seen in the Tertiary World.

ʼYep, thereʼs Yin-Wind here,ʼ he thought with some excitement. ʼWe also havenʼt seen any other team so far, and since we are now underground, the chances of us meeting other teams are even lower.ʼ

After digging through the layer of Metal-Earth Stone, Kyle finally reached the stream of Yin-Wind.

As soon as they uncovered it, the gathered magma fell into it, turning into a fierce flame of Yin-Fire.

Naturally, the two of them went to the side, but the explosive power of the accumulated Yin-Fire still hit them.

Luckily, as Fulfilled Transcendents, they had ways to defend from that explosion.

After a moment, the Yin-Fire vanished completely, and it was replaced with Yin-Earth.

”Ah, yeah,” Kyle said, ”I see the problem.”

The explosive power of the Yin-Fire had frozen the tunnels that were supposed to leak magma.

”Gimme a sec,” Kyle said as he broke through a couple of the tunnels again.

The magma flowed again, and this time, it flowed in smaller streams.

After a bit more finetuning, they managed to create a usable Law Well for Yin-Fire.

The magma was flowing down steadily, and when it hit the Yin-Wind, it turned into Yin-Fire.

The cold stream of Yin-Fire was pulled to the center, and it rose in a thin and fierce pillar of flame. Sadly, this was not nearly as impressive or mighty as the Yin-Fire Law Well on Wolfmistressʼ planet, but it was better than nothing.

The center of it was still quite dangerous.

”That should be enough,” Kyle said.

Swamp Dragon nodded. ”Yes, thank you.”

Kyleʼs fortifications of the walls had helped Swamp Dragon quite a bit.

Without a Metal Affinity, creating such a neat Law Well would have taken far more effort.

”No problem,” Kyle said with a smile. ”Anyway, Iʼm gonna go take a bath. See you whenever anyone finds this and requests a fight.”

Swamp Dragon nodded before he entered the Yin-Fire.

Meanwhile, Kyle went down and landed on top of the stream of Yin-Wind.

The stream was so heavy and moved so fast that Kyle could just stand on top of it.

ʼThatʼs quite a bit faster than on the Tertiary World. It might even injure me if I go down there.ʼ

ʼYeah, well, as if I give a shit. This is nothing compared to the Sin Flames.ʼ

When Kyle remembered how he had felt while under the influence of the Sin Flames, he couldnʼt help smiling.

He was no longer in constant pain.

That was great!

The time of suffering was over, and life had improved considerably.

The Sin Flames had been so horrendous, but he had managed to get through them.

Kyle pushed himself into the stream, and his skin started to turn red.

ʼConstant carpet burns,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼItʼs kinda crazy that I would have been terrified of such a feeling when I had still been on Earth, but now, this is barely an inconvenience.ʼ

Kyle was fully submerged in the Yin-Wind and kept himself steady.

The powerful stream was trying to push him away.

ʼWould be interesting to just let the current take me. In fact, I might have done that if this were the Tertiary World. Sadly, thatʼs a very bad idea in the Supreme World.ʼ

In the Tertiary World, there was a bottom. The stream of Yin-Wind had been just a couple of kilometers deep.

That was not the case with planets in the Supreme World.

The Yin-Wind Current actually led all the way down to the Gravity Core of the planet.

This was quite a small planet with not a lot of gravity, but even such a small planet had a Gravity Core that could swallow Kyle like a whale swallowed a sardine.

Only stronger True Crushers could resist such a Gravity Core.

Even worse, the current of Yin-Wind was not flowing through the planet like an even current. There were several places where the current suddenly moved directly to the Gravity Core before rushing out on the other side.

If one simply imagined a diagram of Earthʼs magnetic field, one would get an accurate picture of how the current moved.

Comprehending Laws was rarely safe.

These were natural forces that were so powerful that they could be used to kill other people.

They were weapons.

Comprehending a Law was like designing, manufacturing, and testing a weapon.

As long as one was careful enough, nothing bad should happen.

But one mistake…

Kyle closed his eyes and experienced the Yin-Wind with his body.

At the same time, he opened his mouth and breathed in.

Thanks to Kyleʼs Primal Enhancement, he could absorb the Yin-Wind.

His Energy increased, but he also immediately released it again.

His body consumed the Energy of the Yin-Wind and released Neutral Energy in exchange.

Neutral Energy was easily swayed and changed, which was why the overwhelming forces of the Yin-Wind immediately turned it into more Yin-Wind.

The current kept flowing, and just as the current flowed through the planet, it flowed through Kyle.
