Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 563 Proper Fulfilled Transcendent

”Offense or speed. Either one,” Kyle said with a casual voice.

When the others heard that, they barely reacted.

A Fulfilled Transcendent was rarely only good in one thing. Their Laws were often so powerful that they were good at two or even three things.

It was already strange that the last one only mentioned a single thing.

”Offense,” the Examiner said. ”Attack me with your full power. I will be the judge of your power, and if your attack isnʼt strong enough, I will kill you.”

”Sure,” Kyle said as he pulled out his hammer.

Despite Kyleʼs casual words, he was actually a bit nervous inside.

ʼI need to unleash just enough power that it seems like I am a simple Fulfilled Transcendent. I canʼt show too much of my physical power, but I might have to show a little bit.ʼ

Meteor Energy gathered around Kyle and his hammer, and the other people started to narrow their eyes.

The Energy Kyle showed was on a different level compared to the last contestant.

It felt more powerful.

It was just as powerful as their Energy.

There was no doubt.

Kyle was a Fulfilled Transcendent.

”If you want a full strike, I need to speed up a bit. I hope thatʼs allowed,” Kyle said.

”Prepare,” the Examiner said.

Kyle smirked.

BANG!

He exploded to the side and pushed his Meteor Energy to the limit as he circled the hall.

His speed increased more and more, and by the end of it, he circled the entire hall countless times per second.

A normal person would only see a red ring going around the hall since Kyle was moving so quickly.

When Kyle reached his top speed, some of the other Transcendents narrowed their eyes.

His top speed was higher than theirs.

However, his acceleration was quite slow.

Some of the Transcendents could accelerate several times faster, but their top speed was lower.

In general, acceleration was more important than top speed during a battle.

In their minds, Kyle had focused on the wrong aspect of speed while creating his Complex Law.

Yes, with his incredible top speed, he could probably also unleash an incredibly powerful attack, but in a real battle, the enemy generally wouldnʼt give him the necessary time.

People didnʼt watch while their enemy powered up unless they really wanted to push themselves in a True Battle.

The Examiner just looked forward, but his Energy Sense was following Kyleʼs movements.

It was already clear to him that Kyle was a Fulfilled Transcendent.

When Kyle reached his top speed, his trajectory changed, and he aimed right for the Examiner.

At that moment, Kyle made a decision.

He had to show a bit of his power.

When Kyleʼs hammer moved towards the Examiner, a tiny blue flame appeared on its end.

The flame existed for just a tiny moment, and the other Transcendents felt a burst of Energy that only two of them recognized.

Yin-Fire.

The coldness of the Yin-Fire assaulted the Examinerʼs upper arm, but it was akin to dropping a bucket of water into a volcano.

Finally, Kyleʼs hammer hit the Examinerʼs shoulder.

BOOOOOM!

The entire hall shook, and the Transcendents had to use their Energy to keep themselves steady.

The Examinerʼs body lightly vibrated, but otherwise, he didnʼt move or react.

This was a True Crusher. His body was vastly more powerful than Kyleʼs.

Kyle pulled his hammer back and landed in front of the Examiner again.

The Examiner looked at Kyle for a short moment.

The short bit of Yin-Fire Kyle had used represented something quite interesting.

The other Transcendents couldnʼt exactly tell why the Yin-Fire had appeared.

It could be some kind of technique or a part of Kyleʼs Complex Law that made use of the cold energy of Yin-Fire.

It appeared for too short a time for them to make any guesses.

However, the Examinerʼs mind was several times faster, and he could see how Kyle used it.

He could tell that the Yin-Fire wasnʼt incorporated into his Complex Law despite being a Pure Level Two Law.

This meant that Kyle had comprehended it after he had already condensed his Complex Law.

Through a couple of logical connections, the Examiner could tell that Kyle was trying to become a Unique Transcendent.

Only a few Fulfilled Transcendents even attempted that.

After all, it very often took them over 500 years to become a Fulfilled Transcendent.

There simply wasnʼt enough time to condense an even more complicated Law.

However, trying to become a Unique Transcendent and actually becoming one were two completely different things.

The majority of Transcendents never even saw a Unique Transcendent in their entire life.

In fact, the Examiner also hadnʼt seen one before.

”You pass,” the Examiner said.

Kyle nodded. ”Thank you.”

Then, the Examiner looked at another person.

”Offense or defense,” the other person answered with a bit of excitement.

”Defense,” the Examiner said as he slowly lifted his arm.

”Go ahead,” the other person said, not preparing any defenses. The Examiner waited for a second before he charged forward.

He launched his fist right towards the person.

At that moment, a long and red spear appeared between the two of them.

The spear shot right towards the approaching fist.

The fist hit its tip, and surprisingly, the tip compressed and splashed like a liquid.

The liquid gathered around the fist and solidified.

The Examinerʼs fist continued for a while longer, but it became significantly slower.

ʼThatʼs so weird,ʼ Kyle thought as he saw the fist stopping in front of the Transcendentʼs chest. ʼIt looks like nothing is stopping the fist. Sure, the metal gathered around it like a glove, but thereʼs nothing really stopping it.ʼ

It looked like the Examiner stopped the attack of his own volition.

ʼI think I know what that is,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼI think this guy made a Mixed-Element Complex Level 2.5 Law made of Yin-Metal and Yin-Lightning. The metal has the Energy-absorption properties of Yin-Lightning, and when it gathers around the attack, it absorbs its Energy. Most likely, the Yin-Metal also grows harder as a result.ʼ

ʼAlthough this could have also been an Essence Infusion. Maybe he took the Essence of Yin-Lightning and fused it into his Yin-Metal.ʼ

ʼI canʼt be entirely sure.ʼ

Kyle remembered how Sebastian had used Yin-Lightning to gather Energy before unleashing it with Yang-Lightning.

However, this guy was using Yin-Lightning in an even better way.

If he launched a spear with hardened Yin-Metal, the Yin-Metal would absorb the Energy as soon as it hit and immediately convert it into more power.

This man wouldnʼt need to launch two attacks to achieve the same effect as Sebastian.

He only needed one.

This was a proper Fulfilled Transcendent.

”You pass,” the Examiner said.
