Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 122: Killing Gui Yin

While Zhang Fei was busy in the forest with the Wen Twins, and the other women were also busy with his shop and restaurant, a woman sneaked into the Chu Clan with great care.

The woman was none other than Gui Yin, and she only had one goal, which was to kidnap Chu Ying. ʼHmm? She was in that formation, but there were too many people around her, so I had to distract the othersʼ attention first.ʼ

Unfortunately, Gui Yin was not aware that someone was aware of her presence. ʼMaster! There is a woman sneaking into this clan.ʼ

ʼHmm? Is that true, Jin Yuan?ʼ

Jin Yuan nodded to Chu Qing, and she glanced in the direction where Gui Yin was hiding. ʼThat woman is hiding in that place.ʼ

Since they have a contractual bond, both of them can communicate easily, and no one can eavesdrop on their conversation.

ʼWhat is the purpose of that woman infiltrating here? Moreover, mom and Aunt Hua arenʼt here right now.ʼ Chu Qing wondered in her heart as she glanced at Gui Yin carefully. ʼCan you sense that womanʼs cultivation?ʼ

ʼHer cultivation is at the 10-Star Core Realm.ʼ Jin Yue answered as she nodded.

Chu Qing frowned upon hearing that, and she glanced at her big sister, who was still oblivious to Gui Yinʼs presence, but their cultivations were also below hers. ʼCan you do something about that woman?ʼ

ʼHehe! It was so easy for me.ʼ Jin Yuan then used her clone, and she also used her stealth. ʼMaster, you just wait here. Iʼll capture that woman first.ʼ

ʼBe careful, Jin Yuan.ʼ

ʼAll right.ʼ

Jin Yuan then moved swiftly towards Gui Yin, and soon she was already behind her, but she could not feel her presence.

Even Zhang Fei couldnʼt detect Jin Yuanʼs whereabouts while she was in stealth without Meiʼs help, let alone Gui Yin.

Jin Yuan smirked and used her earth art, and a big stone appeared in her hands.

”Ugh!” Gui Yin groaned in pain as Jin Yuan slammed the stone in her hand against the nape of her neck hard, and she fell unconscious. (A/N: In case you guys forgot, you can re-read Chapter 111 - The Golden Monkey.)

”Master! Iʼve paralyzed this woman!” Jin Yuan shouted as she undid her stealth, startling Chu Ying and the others.

”What happened, Qingʼer?” Chu Ying asked in surprise after hearing Jin Yuanʼs shout.

”A woman sneaked in here, and Jin Yuan has already paralyzed her.” Chu Qing answered as she stood up, and she dashed to their location. ”Letʼs go there, Big Sis.”

Chu Ying, Zhang Lin, and Xu Lingʼer immediately followed behind her.

When they got there, Chu Yin immediately squatted beside the fainted Gui Yin, and she sealed her cultivation right away.

On the other hand, Chu Qing immediately took Gui Yinʼs storage ring and kept it, and she then checked her clothes to look for her identity.

”Hmm? Gui assassin?” Chu Qing spoke in surprise after she found Gui Yinʼs plaque.

”Do you know about Gui assassin, Big Sis? Why did she infiltrate this clan?” Zhang Lin asked.

Chu Ying was silent and tried to search her memories about them, but then shook her head. ”Iʼve never heard of Gui assassin before, nor do I know her purpose in infiltrating here, but Aunt Hua might know something about it.”

After that, Chu Ying ordered several people to tie up Gui Yin, and she also ordered them to gag her mouth with a thick cloth so that she wouldnʼt commit suicide.

Then Chu Ying informed Zhang Fei, Liu Hua, and Liu Qingyu about him.

Forest

After he listened to Chu Yingʼs voice transmission, Zhang Fei, who was sucking the beast essence from a beast, raised his eyebrows. ”Xuanʼer! Yuanʼer. Do you two know anything about that Gui assassin?”

Wen Xuan answered him directly. ”Big Sis Hua suspects that the Gui assassin is related to the Zhao Clan, or to be more precise with Huan Ning, the mistress of that clan.”

”What happened? Why are you asking about them?” Wen Yuan curiously asked him.

After the beast died, Zhang Fei then withdrew his hand and turned to the Wen Twins. ”Just now Yingʼer sent me a voice transmission, and she told me that a woman from the Gui assassins infiltrated the Chu Clan. Fortunately, Jin Yuan noticed her presence directly, and she had already immobilized her.”

”Huh?” The Wen Twins were completely shocked to hear that; they did not expect that a member of the Gui Assassin would infiltrate the Chu Clan in their absence.

Wen Yuan then told him. ”The two assassins who tried to kill you back then also came from the Gui assassin, and if itʼs true that they are related to the Zhao Clan, I think the target of that woman is Chu Ying.”

”Gui assassin, Zhao Clan, I see now.” Zhang Fei muttered to himself as he nodded in understanding after he analyzed everything. ”If Huaʼerʼs conjecture is true that they are indeed related to each other, then itʼs no wonder they wanted to kill me, and Huan Ning did everything for the sake of her son.”

”Thatʼs right!” Wen Xuan agreed with him. ”Everyone in town also knows that Zhao Yun likes Chu Ying so much; he and Ye Hang have always competed to win her heart, but now she has become your wife.”

”Heh!” Zhang Fei snorted and smirked slightly, then hugged the Wen Twins by the waist. ”Since itʼs almost dark, letʼs go back to the Chu Clan first, and I will do something about that woman.”

After saying that, Zhang Fei took the Wen Twins away from the forest by teleporting.

Chu Clan

When they arrived at the main hall, Gui Yin had already opened her eyes, and the Liu Sisters were facing her.

After they got Chu Yingʼs voice transmission, Liu Hua and Liu Qingyu immediately returned to the Chu Clan, and they tried to interrogate Gui Yin.

”How is it, Huaʼer?” Zhang Fei asked as he glanced at Gui Yin.

Liu Hua sighed softly. ”She doesnʼt want to open her mouth.”

”I see.” Zhang Fei then crouched down in front of Gui Yin and clutched her face, and his eyes turned blood-red after he activated the demon eyes, causing her to shiver in horror. ”Let me tell you one thing: I am not as patient and kind as them, so you better tell me the truth about Huan Ningʼs plans. Otherwise, I will cripple your cultivation, and I will allow some beasts to violate you by force.”

Not only Gui Yin, but even the Liu Sisters and the Wen Twins were terrified after they heard his words.

Under the influence of Zhang Feiʼs demon eyes, Gui Yin finally confesses to him all of Huan Ningʼs plans, shocking them.

Then the Wen Twins rushed back to Hua Luo to capture Huan Ningʼs spies, and the Liu Sisters also moved to capture her spies within the clan.

After that, Zhang Fei used Life-Force Absorption on Gui Yin, and he sucked her life energy clean. Unfortunately, the technique didnʼt give him any female essence, and he immediately burned her corpse to dust.
