Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 785: Entering Political Sphere In Italy

A couple of days later, the long-awaited moment arrived. In a grand hall adorned with red and gold tapestries, the King of Spain stood on a dais, presiding over a formal ceremony that would change the business landscape of the nation. The announcement echoed across the hall, filled with influential figures from the business and political worlds, as the King formally awarded the prestigious national contracts to Bellaʼs Elegance Global, Jessicaʼs Innovatex Solutions, and Emmaʼs Lumina Lifestyle. It was the culmination of careful planning, and Wang Jianʼs strategies had set everything into motion.

Dressed in elegant yet businesslike attire, Bella, Jessica, and Emma each approached the King to receive their contracts in person. Bella moved first, a confident smile on her lips as she received the elegantly bound contract from the King. Her gaze shifted ever so subtly to Wang Jian, who stood nearby, watching with satisfaction as his vision unfolded.

”Congratulations, Miss Bella,” the King said, giving her a nod of respect. ”Your company, Elegance Global, has demonstrated the highest standards of excellence, and we are pleased to have you spearheading this significant partnership.”

Bella inclined her head gracefully, her voice smooth as silk. ”Thank you, Your Majesty. I assure you that Elegance Global will honor the responsibility with utmost dedication.”

Jessica was next, her confident stride as she approached the King holding the ceremonyʼs attention. The King handed her the contract for InnovateX Solutions, nodding in recognition of her achievements. ”Miss Jessica, InnovateX Solutions has impressed us with its commitment to innovation and sustainable progress. We look forward to the future youʼll help us create.”

Jessicaʼs eyes sparkled with pride as she accepted the contract, her hand firm in the Kingʼs. ”Itʼs an honor, Your Majesty. InnovateX is committed to bringing only the best to the table.”

Finally, Emma stepped forward, her composure calm yet elegant as she accepted the contract for Lumina Lifestyle. The Kingʼs approval was clear. ”Miss Emma, Lumina Lifestyleʼs vision for enhancing our way of life is both promising and inspiring. We are eager to see the impact your work will have on our nation.”

Emma smiled, bowing slightly. ”Thank you, Your Majesty. Lumina Lifestyle is prepared to offer every support needed.”

Each of them knew that these contracts, though forged through official channels, were made possible because of Wang Jianʼs calculated approach. The foundation had been laid in the Kingʼs own chamber, with his Queen, Lady Soffa, making sure to impress upon him the benefits of aligning with these companies. She had even persuaded the King to weaken the influence of Devereux International, reducing their control and rights within Spain. These restrictions were enacted swiftly, diminishing the once-strong hold of Devereuxʼs influence.

Behind the scenes, Soffaʼs whispers in the Kingʼs ear had proven to be a powerful weapon. She had convinced him that the Devereux conglomerateʼs overwhelming power posed a risk to Spainʼs autonomy, strategically recommending that the royal family regain authority over certain sectors dominated by Devereux Internationalʼs allies. This step ensured a protective boundary around Wang Jianʼs enterprises, all while preventing Leon Devereux, who was primarily based in the United States, from suspecting any foul play.

Meanwhile, the Spanish branch of Devereux International, led by a local CEO, was entirely blindsided by the series of royal mandates. The CEO saw the measures as part of a nationalist movement rather than a targeted scheme. The executivesʼ inability to foresee the changes brewing under Wang Jianʼs influence meant that they failed to recognize that the royal decisions were a direct boon to Elegance Global, Innovatex Solutions, and Lumina Lifestyle.

Wang Jian watched the proceedings unfold with a glint in his eye, his satisfaction deepened by the knowledge that Spain was just the first milestone. In his mind, the intricate threads of his strategy were already weaving themselves into a larger plan. He was fully aware that the real power in Europe lay beyond Spainʼs borders. Italy, Germany, and several other European nations were his next targets, and he intended to conquer their parliaments and sway their political parties, securing dominance across the continent.

Later that evening, Wang Jian gathered with Bella, Jessica, Emma, and his other confidantes, Charlotte and Sarah, in a luxurious suite overlooking the city. They raised their glasses in celebration, the gleaming contracts lying on the table between them.

”To our first victory in Europe,” Wang Jian toasted, a smile playing on his lips.

Jessica leaned in, her eyes reflecting her excitement. ”Spain is a huge win, Wang Jian. But you have your sights set on more, donʼt you?”

Wang Jian nodded, his gaze sharp. ”Italy and Germany are next. The members of their parliaments, and those with political influence across the EU, will need our ʼconvincingʼ to see the value of our companies over others.”

Charlotte, who had been studying the European political landscape alongside Sarah, added, ”From what weʼve gathered, Italyʼs current economic climate is ripe for change. Thereʼs a strong movement toward prioritizing local businesses over international ones, which could be the perfect angle for Lumina Lifestyle. Their health-conscious policies would line up well with Italyʼs goals.”

Emmaʼs eyes sparkled with the prospect of expansion. ”And Germanyʼs focus on sustainable innovation aligns perfectly with InnovateX Solutions. If we can position InnovateX as an eco- friendly, innovation-driven company, their green party and pro-business leaders might back us over the competition.”

Wang Jian placed his hand on the table, his fingers splayed over the contracts. ”Exactly. But we need to start establishing connections with influential figures, finding those who are open to new alliances, and subtly persuading them to see the benefits of our companies.”

Bella leaned closer, a mischievous look in her eye. ”And how do you propose we make these connections?”

”With elegance and charm,” Wang Jian replied, a sly smile curving his lips. ”Each of you will meet with key members of their parties and influential stakeholders, impressing upon them our expertise and the benefits of aligning with us. Iʼll support you as needed, but itʼs essential they see each of you as independent leaders capable of reshaping the European business landscape.”

Sarah raised her glass. ”Itʼs ambitious, but I wouldnʼt expect anything less from you, Wang Jian.”

Their glasses clinked together as the group shared a silent understanding: each victory would add to their power, paving the way for an empire built not only on wealth but on strategic influence. Wang Jianʼs vision was no longer just a dream; it was becoming a reality, one

country at a time.

As the evening went on, Wang Jian continued discussing his next steps with his trusted partners, each of them aware that they were now players in a high-stakes game that transcended borders and loyalties. The strategy was clear, and Wang Jianʼs plan for Europe was set in motion

ཀ

To further his plans, Wang Jian had set his sights on Italy as the next step in his European expansion. The allure of the Italian market wasnʼt simply about economic prospects-it was about infiltrating a country known for its rich history of political influence and cultural clout across the EU. But Wang Jianʼs approach here was precise. Instead of reaching for the entrenched politicians or party leaders who often carried decades of experience, he chose a more delicate angle: targeting young, beautiful members of parliament who had just begun carving out their influence.

These young women were rising stars, mostly in their late twenties or early thirties. Their youthfulness, paired with their ambition, made them ideal marks. Although they didnʼt yet possess deep power, their voices carried enough weight to make them valuable assets. Wang Jian knew that if he could win them over, heʼd have a direct line to Italyʼs political circles- and a way to push InnovateX Solutions, Elegance Global, and Lumina Lifestyle forward in the

country.

The first of his marks was Fiorella Giordano, a stunning parliamentarian from the Democratic Party known for her passion for economic reform. Fiorellaʼs sharp intellect was balanced by a striking beauty that made her a favorite among the public. Wang Jian had arranged a chance meeting with her at an exclusive event hosted at a luxurious estate in Tuscany, attended by politicians, diplomats, and business leaders. The villa was bathed in the soft glow of chandeliers, creating an atmosphere of elegance.

As Fiorella was introduced to him, Wang Jian extended his hand, a confident smile on his face. ”Signora Giordano, itʼs an honor. Iʼve heard so much about your work in Parliament.”

Fiorella smiled, her cheeks flushing slightly as she accepted his handshake. ”The honor is mine, Mr. Wang. Innovatex has been making waves globally, and itʼs impressive to see how youʼve managed to lead such innovation.”

They spoke over glasses of fine wine, Wang Jian skillfully steering the conversation toward

her interests, asking insightful questions about her work. Fiorella was flattered by the attention and impressed with his awareness of Italian politics and the nuances of her economic proposals. Wang Jian used his charm sparingly, just enough to keep her captivated, but not overly eager. By the end of the evening, Fiorellaʼs curiosity about him had grown, and she suggested they meet for lunch to discuss how InnovateX could help drive economic

growth in Italy.

The next few days found Wang Jian navigating Italyʼs political and social landscape with precision. He identified another rising figure, Bianca Rossi, a parliamentarian aligned with the Progressive Alliance. Bianca was as passionate as she was beautiful, with dark eyes and a fiercely independent spirit. She was known for her advocacy for green energy and environmental policies, making her an ideal match for InnovateXʼs sustainability-focused

vision.

Wang Jian arranged a private meeting with Bianca under the pretense of discussing

InnovateXʼs green energy projects. He met her at a quiet, upscale café in Rome, the kind of place where conversations could flow freely without drawing attention. As they sipped espresso, Wang Jian listened intently as Bianca spoke about her vision for a greener Italy. Her voice was rich with conviction, and her enthusiasm was contagious.

”So tell me, Mr. Wang,” she asked, a playful glint in her eyes, ”why is InnovateX interested in

Italyʼs green future?”

Wang Jian leaned forward, his gaze locked with hers. ”Because Italy has a unique potential

that InnovateX can help unlock. But itʼs not just about business, Bianca. Itʼs about creating a lasting impact, about working with people who share a vision for a sustainable future.”

Biancaʼs defenses melted, her curiosity piqued by his genuine interest. Their conversation

extended long after the coffee had grown cold, and as they parted ways, Wang Jian felt the familiar satisfaction of another connection established. Bianca had invited him to attend an upcoming forum on environmental policies, where they could discuss potential partnerships

in depth.

Wang Jianʼs next target was Antonella Ferrara, a fiery member of the Italian Liberal Party, known for her advocacy on womenʼs rights and social reform. Antonellaʼs youthful appearance and eloquent speeches had already earned her a following, though her party affiliation limited her influence. Wang Jian knew that while she might not yet have the power of her older counterparts, her rising popularity made her a valuable ally.

He arranged to meet her at an art gallery showcasing works from young Italian artists, a

setting he knew would appeal to her progressive sensibilities. As they strolled through the

exhibits, Wang Jian listened as Antonella spoke passionately about the importance of supporting young talent and empowering women in leadership. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and he responded with genuine interest.

”Antonella,” he said, after a pause, ”what would it take for someone with your influence and

passion to truly make a difference in Italy?”

She turned to him, surprised by the question. ”Support from people who believe in change,

who want more than just promises. People who are willing to invest in the future.”

Wang Jianʼs eyes sparkled. ”Then perhaps InnovateX can be one of those supporters. But more importantly, I think you could bring a unique perspective to our projects.”

She laughed, a light blush coloring her cheeks. ”Iʼm not sure Iʼm the one youʼre looking for,

Mr. Wang.”

”Oh, I think you are,” he replied smoothly, his gaze unwavering.

Their brief yet intense conversation left a lasting impression on Antonella. She left the gallery

that evening contemplating Wang Jianʼs words, feeling a spark of excitement about the possibility of working alongside him.

Each of these women-Fiorella, Bianca, and Antonella-was captivated by Wang Jianʼs intelligence, his confidence, and the vision he presented for Italyʼs future. He invited them all to a private dinner at a villa heʼd rented overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany. The ambiance was perfect: candlelit tables, exquisite Italian cuisine, and a live string quartet playing soft, classical melodies. Each woman arrived separately, surprised to find the others present but immediately put at ease by Wang Jianʼs charm and warmth.

As the evening unfolded, Wang Jian skillfully navigated the conversation, addressing each

womanʼs interests and highlighting how his businesses aligned with their goals. He kept the atmosphere light, encouraging laughter and shared stories. He shared anecdotes from his own experiences, subtly impressing upon them the depth of his knowledge and ambition.

”Ladies,” he said, raising his glass as the evening drew to a close, ”Italy is at a crossroads, and I believe each of you has the potential to shape its future. Working together, we can achieve extraordinary things.”

They toasted, each of them feeling the pull of his charisma, his unwavering confidence, and his belief in them. Wang Jian knew that by cultivating these relationships, he was sowing seeds that would bear fruit in the coming months. They might not hold the ultimate power,

but their voices were influential, and their networks extended through the countryʼs political

circles.

Over the next few weeks, Wang Jianʼs connections with Fiorella, Bianca, and Antonella

deepened. They met privately to discuss various initiatives, each woman finding herself increasingly drawn to his vision. Wang Jian made sure to keep their interactions distinct, recognizing the unique qualities and aspirations that each woman held. He empowered them, offering advice on navigating the male-dominated political landscape and subtly positioning

himself as a confidant and mentor.

When they each began championing initiatives that aligned with the goals of InnovateX

Solutions, Elegance Global, and Lumina Lifestyle, it went largely unnoticed by the broader political sphere. To those on the outside, it simply looked like young parliamentarians exploring new ideas. But behind their newfound boldness was Wang Jianʼs guidance, his influence shaping their decisions and subtly steering them in his favor.

Through these relationships, he secured a foothold in Italyʼs political circles. His companies began receiving support from government programs, grants, and endorsements-each decision seemingly organic but crafted from his meticulous planning. As the months progressed, InnovateX Solutions was soon hailed as a major player in Italyʼs green energy sector, with Lumina Lifestyle gaining traction in wellness initiatives and Elegance Global establishing itself as a significant contributor to local fashion and cultural industries.

Wang Jianʼs conquest of Italy had begun not with the countryʼs established powers but through its rising stars, young women whose ambition and beauty had made them ideal candidates for his strategy. By securing their loyalty and support, he now wielded influence over a part of the Italian government, with each woman advocating for his interests, unknowingly paving the way for his larger vision.

The stage was set for Wang Jianʼs expansion into Europe. With Spain and Italy now under his influence, he was already laying plans for Germany.
