Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 772: Gaslighting Both Princesses

He pulled away from Mariana, a triumphant smirk on his face. ”Fair? Life isnʼt fair, Valeria. But Iʼm willing to make it enjoyable for all of us.”

Mariana shot him a glare, still trying to regain her composure. ”Youʼre such a jerk. You think you can just have your way with us both and walk away unscathed?”

”Why not?” Wang Jian replied coolly, his confidence unwavering. ”You both want this too, donʼt you? I can see it in your eyes. Youʼre curious, youʼre attracted. Letʼs just admit it.”

Valeriaʼs heart raced, the truth of his words echoing in her mind. She had felt that spark between them, and despite her initial shock, she was drawn to Wang Jian in a way she couldnʼt fully understand.

”Okay,” she finally said, her voice steady despite the turmoil within her. ”But we do this on our terms, Wang. No more secrets.”

Wang Jian raised an eyebrow, intrigued. ”You think you can set the terms?”

”Maybe not the terms, but the boundaries,” Valeria insisted, her gaze firm. ”If weʼre going to do this, it has to be with respect. I wonʼt let you use us like pawns in some game.”

”Respect, huh?” Wang Jian mused, a playful smile tugging at his lips. ”Thatʼs quite a bold demand.”

Mariana watched their exchange, her heart pounding as she processed everything. ”Iʼm not okay with this.”

”Not okay with what?” Wang Jian asked, turning his gaze toward Mariana, the faintest smirk still playing on his lips. ”That Iʼve slept with you both, or that youʼre starting to feel something more?”

Mariana clenched her fists, the frustration rising in her chest. ”You think this is just some casual thing for me? I donʼt care what game you think youʼre playing, Wang, but Iʼm not your toy.”

Wang Jian leaned back slightly, his eyes narrowing as he regarded her. ”Toy? You think I see you as a toy? Mariana, youʼre anything but that. But letʼs not pretend you didnʼt enjoy our nights together.”

Mariana flushed, the reminder of their intimate moments causing her anger to war with something deeper inside her. She had enjoyed it, more than she wanted to admit, but now that Valeria was involved, everything felt complicated. Her emotions were a mess.

Valeria, sitting up slightly, looked between her sister and Wang Jian, the tension in the room palpable. ”Mariana... maybe we should talk about this,” she said softly, trying to calm the situation before it spiraled further out of control.

”Talk about what, Valeria?” Mariana shot back, her voice laced with frustration. ”That weʼve both been sleeping with the same man? How are we supposed to talk about that?”

”Because itʼs not just about what happened, Mariana. Itʼs about what we want moving forward,” Valeria replied, her tone measured despite the chaos swirling inside her. ”Weʼre not just victims in this situation.”

Wang Jian watched the exchange between the two sisters with growing interest. He could sense the shifting dynamics in the room, and it only fueled his desire further. The fire between them, the conflict-it was intoxicating.

”Listen,” he said, cutting into their conversation. ”Iʼm not here to complicate things. Iʼve been honest from the start. This is about pleasure, about exploring something between us thatʼs undeniable. You both feel it-whether you want to admit it or not.”

Mariana glared at him, her jaw clenched. ”You think you can just smooth this over with sweet words? You used us, Wang.”

”Used you? Mariana, you came to me. You wanted this as much as I did,” Wang Jian said, his voice calm but firm. ”And Valeria... well, you know how you feel, donʼt you?”

Valeria bit her lip, looking away for a moment as she tried to gather her thoughts. Her emotions were tangled, and despite the betrayal she felt, she couldnʼt deny the attraction that had drawn her to Wang Jian in the first place.

”Stop,” Mariana interrupted, her voice hard. ”This isnʼt some romantic fantasy, Wang. This is real life, and youʼve crossed a line.”

Wang Jian stood, stepping toward Mariana with slow, deliberate movements. His presence was imposing, his eyes dark and intense as he regarded her. ”Crossed a line? Maybe. But ask yourself this: what is it you really want? Are you angry because I was with Valeria, or because you wanted to keep me to yourself?”

Marianaʼs breath hitched at his words, her heart pounding in her chest. She hated how much truth there was in what he was saying. Part of her had wanted Wang Jian for herself, had felt special when she was with him. But now, knowing heʼd been with her sister as well, it shattered the illusion sheʼd built around their time together.

Valeria, sensing the growing tension between them, stood up and placed a hand on her sisterʼs arm. ”Mariana, we can figure this out together. We donʼt have to let him control how we feel.”

”Control?” Wang Jian scoffed, his gaze flicking to Valeria. ”You think Iʼm trying to control you? Iʼve given you nothing but honesty. You wanted me, and I gave you what you wanted.”

Valeriaʼs eyes flashed with anger, but she forced herself to stay calm. ”You manipulated us, Wang. You knew what you were doing.”

Wang Jian smirked, his confidence unshaken. ”Maybe I did. But letʼs be real, Valeria. You enjoyed every moment of it. And so did you, Mariana.”

Marianaʼs face flushed again, her emotions a whirlwind of anger, confusion, and something darker that she didnʼt want to acknowledge. Wang Jianʼs words cut deep because, in a way, he was right. She had wanted him, had reveled in the passion they shared. But now, knowing that heʼd done the same with her sister, it twisted everything inside her.

”Stop it,” she snapped, her voice shaky but defiant. ”You donʼt get to just turn this around on us.”

Wang Jianʼs smile widened, his eyes gleaming with amusement. ”Iʼm not turning anything around. Iʼm just telling it how it is.”

There was a tense silence in the room, the air heavy with unspoken feelings and the weight of the situation.

Finally, Valeria spoke, her voice soft but firm. ”Mariana, we need to make a decision. Are we going to let him pit us against each other, or are we going to take control of this?”

Marianaʼs eyes flickered between her sister and Wang Jian, the battle raging inside her evident in the way her fists clenched and unclenched. She wanted to lash out, to scream at Wang Jian for what heʼd done, but Valeriaʼs calm voice was a lifeline, pulling her back from the edge.

”I donʼt know,” she admitted, her voice breaking slightly. ”I just... I feel so stupid for trusting

him.”

”Youʼre not stupid,” Valeria said gently, stepping closer to her sister. ”We both got caught up in it. But weʼre stronger than this, stronger than him.”

Wang Jian watched the sisters with a calculating gaze, his amusement slowly giving way to a more contemplative expression. He hadnʼt expected them to band together like this, but it didnʼt matter. In his mind, the outcome was still the same.

”You two think youʼre stronger than me?” he asked, his voice low and dangerous. ”Do you really think this is going to end with you walking out of here untouched?”

Mariana and Valeria exchanged a glance, both of them realizing in that moment just how far things had spiraled out of control. Wang Jian wasnʼt just some charming playboy-they could see now the darker edge to him, the hunger in his eyes that went beyond simple attraction.

”Weʼre not afraid of you,” Valeria said, her voice steady despite the fear creeping into her chest.

Wang Jian took a step closer, his smirk returning. ”You should be.”

Before either of them could react, he grabbed Mariana by the wrist, pulling her toward him

with a roughness that sent a shock of adrenaline through her body. Valeria stepped forward to intervene, but Wang Jianʼs other hand shot out, grabbing her by the arm and yanking her toward him as well.

”You wanted to play this game,” he growled, his voice dark and menacing. ”Now youʼre going

to see how I play.”

Mariana struggled against his grip, her heart racing as she tried to pull away. ”Let us go,

Wang! This isnʼt funny!”

”Who said I was laughing?” he replied coldly, his eyes gleaming with a dangerous intensity.

Valeria tried to twist out of his grasp, but his hold was like iron, unyielding. ”Wang, stop! You donʼt have to do this!”

”Oh, but I do,” he whispered, pulling them both closer until they were pressed against him. ”You see, Iʼve already had both of you in my bed. Now, itʼs time to remind you whoʼs in control.”
