Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Chapter 105 Wang Jian Vs Mei Yan And Lady Zhuoran

As the three King Realm warriors floated in the sky, they stared at each other with intense hostility.

Wang Jian, with a malicious grin on his face, openly ogled the other two and taunted them with his words, ”Do you really want to engage in battle? You could still flee while I am feeling generous.”

Lady Zhuoran snorted derisively and retorted, ”You are just a lowly initial-stage King Realm warrior, whereas both of us are at the mid-stage! Our comprehension of the laws is far superior to yours. One of us alone could easily defeat you, let alone both of us.”

Her words elicited a loud, mocking laugh from Wang Jian as if he found her arrogance amusing.

Meanwhile, Mei Yan chimed in with a warning, ”Although you may hold a significant position in the Empire, do not forget that you are currently in the Windhaven Kingdom. Your death would not matter.”

Wang Jian shook his head in amusement and replied, ”Your jokes are absolutely hilarious. The only way you two could kill me is by making me laugh to death.”

He noticed the stern expressions on their faces and understood that they were serious.

He added, ”Itʼs not your fault that you fail to grasp the difference between us. After all, you have lorded over this insignificant kingdom for so long without facing any real challenges. Itʼs only natural for you to become conceited.”

Mei Yan snarled, ”I hope your combat skills are as impressive as your boasting.”

Wang Jian nonchalantly challenged them, ”Give it your best shot.”

Mei Yan initiated the fight by charging towards Wang Jian, her sword emitting a bright glow. She unleashed her Frostbite Slash technique, imbuing her sword with a chilling aura that could freeze any object it struck.

Wang Jian countered with his Origin Fist, imbued with the Law of Flames, striking her sword with such force that Mei Yan was flung backwards.

Mei Yan was surprised that Wang Jian remained unscathed after hitting her sword with his bare hands.

Just as Wang Jian retaliated, he was forced to evade three water shuriken launched by Lady Zhuoran from his blind spot, causing her to be stunned by his swift reaction.

Before he could reach her, Wang Jian was obstructed by Mei Yan, who unleashed her Frozen Blade Dance.

Multiple ice blades were created, and she wielded them alongside her sword, striking Wang Jian from various angles.

Wang Jian surrounded himself with flames to deflect or dodge each blade of ice. He had deflected a couple of ice blades by striking them with his fists.

As he was preoccupied with this onslaught, Lady Zhuoran employed her Silver-Tailed Foxʼs Soul Strike, attempting to affect Wang Jianʼs soul.

However, she soon realized that his soul was like an unyielding rock and failed to affect it with her clanʼs technique.

Wang Jian smirked as he sensed Lady Zhuoranʼs failed attempt to affect his soul. ”Even your sneak attack was far too weak,” he spoke with a mocking tone.

Lady Zhuoran couldnʼt help but grow weary as she heard those words. She was now realizing the vast difference between them.

Mei Yan, who had been observing the battle with growing concern, decided to use her most potent move, the Blizzard.

Through this technique, she summoned a fierce gust of wind that conjured a tempest of snow and ice, causing Wang Jianʼs movements to falter.

The storm was so intense that even Wang Jianʼs vision was impaired, but he relied on his Spiritual Sensitivity to pinpoint his opponentsʼ location.

With Lady Zhuoranʼs vision obscured, Mei Yan employed a technique to allow her to see through the raging storm.

Grateful for the aid, Lady Zhuoran seized the opportunity to unleash her Aqua Soul Destruction Blade, a lethal strike that combined the power of her bloodline and the Law of Water, aimed at directly assaulting Wang Jianʼs soul.

Mei Yan, on the other hand, imbued her blade with the Absolute Zero technique, instantly reducing the temperature of her weapon to near absolute zero.

This caused even the air to freeze around it, intensifying the power of her attack. The two charged toward Wang Jian, hoping to vanquish him with their combined forces.

Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain as Wang Jian turned around with an evil grin, his arms pulsating with energy.

His right hand was fortified by the Law of Flames, empowered with Origin Fist, while his left arm seethed with pure dark qi, signifying the Moonrise Fist.

Before the duo could react, Wang Jian pummeled them in their abdomen with his fists, causing a grotesque sound as if their organs had ruptured.

The force of the blow sent them flying out of the city and into the forest with enough velocity to almost separate their souls from their bodies.

Wang Jian descended towards the ground at an alarming velocity and proceeded to employ his Dark Fog technique, enveloping the vicinity in a dense shroud of obsidian haze.

Mei Yan and Lady Zhuoran somehow managed to stand up, and they couldnʼt help but experience a chill as they were enveloped by this obsidian haze.

Mei Yanʼs shocked voice rang out in disbelief, ”You... you are a demon!” The thought that only a demon could possess such dark attributes was the only logical conclusion she could come to.

Lady Zhuoranʼs eyes burned with determination as she added, ”We knew from the beginning that you werenʼt a good person, especially when you targeted Zhang Fei. But to think you are a demon...”

Her voice trailed off as she steeled herself for the inevitable confrontation. ”We will make sure to end you, even if it means sacrificing ourselves in the process!”

In the midst of the frigid and murky mist, Wang Jianʼs voice reverberated with a hint of amusement, ”You seem to be quite self-important and theatrical. This territory belongs to me, and my abilities have amplified significantly. What makes you believe that you can win?”

”With this!” Mei Yan shouted as she released her spirit.

It was in the form of an ice sword, a majestic and elegant being, embodying the frigid power of the frozen north.

Its name is Glaciate Bladeglow, evoking both the icy chill and the shimmering radiance that emanates from the swordʼs razor-sharp edge.

In contrast to Mei Yan, Lady Zhuoranʼs cultivation method differed from that of humans, and therefore, she didnʼt possess a spirit like Mei Yan did.

As a beast, Lady Zhuoran focused on empowering her bloodline and qi rather than honing her spirit.

She exerted the full potential of her Silver-Tailed Fox Bloodline, causing her tails to throb with immense power.

A unique force enveloped Lady Zhuoranʼs body, empowering all her attacks with soul force. Hence, each of her blows could inflict direct damage to the adversaryʼs soul.

Furthermore, Lady Zhuoranʼs heightened abilities allowed her to perceive the souls in her vicinity, thereby enabling her to locate Wang Jian despite the obscured haze.

Mei Yan stimulated her Qi while wielding her Glaciate Bladeglow, which released frigid gusts from her sword that attempted to dissipate the obsidian haze.

However, even as the air around them was briefly cleared, it was rapidly engulfed by an even denser mist.

Lady Zhuoran soon comprehended the reason behind this as she gazed upwards and witnessed one of the two heads of the twin-headed river dragon spewing forth the dark haze.

”That man has summoned his spirit as well and is utilizing it to maintain this mist. We have to destroy it to take care of this mist,” Lady Zhuoran solemnly spoke.

Mei Yan asked, ”Where is it?” She quickly readied her sword to unleash a powerful attack that could destroy Wang Jianʼs spirit.

As Lady Zhuoran was observing the dragonʼs head, she suddenly felt a shiver run down her spine. She turned around just in time to see Wang Jian sneaking up on them from behind.

”Behind you!” Lady Zhuoran exclaimed, alerting Mei Yan of the danger.

Mei Yan quickly turned around and unleashed her spirit with a fierce attack named Frostbite Flash. Her sword glowed with a bright blue light as it sliced through the air towards Wang Jian. The attack left a trail of frost in its wake, freezing everything in its path.

Wang Jian narrowly dodged the attack by quickly backing away.

He soon understood that Lady Zhuoran could also see him, even in this dark mist clearly. ʼIt must be due to her special bloodline.ʼ

ʼUtilizing my spirit and bloodline at the same time is rather taxing. But considering my large reserves as a devil, I should be able to outlast them barely. But I should keep in mind to not utilize any powerful technique,ʼ Wang Jian contemplated in his mind.

As Mei Yan and Lady Zhuoran engaged in battle with Wang Jian, they soon realized that he was far more skilled than they had initially anticipated.

The three of them exchanged blows, with Wang Jian expertly dodging their attacks and forcing them to expend their qi quickly.

”Is that all youʼve got?” he taunted, dodging their attacks with ease. ”Youʼll have to do better than that if you want to defeat me.”

Mei Yan gritted her teeth and focused her energy, unleashing her powerful ice spirit technique known as Frozen Lotus Dance.

She spun her sword in a circular motion, sending waves of ice towards Wang Jian. But once again, he expertly dodged the attack.

Lady Zhuoran also unleashed her own technique, known as Five-Tailed Soulstrike.

She called upon the power of her bloodline to strike Wang Jianʼs soul with a powerful burst of energy.

However, once again, he managed to evade the attack with impressive agility.

As Wang Jian continued to dodge and evade the attacks of Lady Zhuoran and Mei Yan, he continued to taunt and provoke them. ”You two sure are disappointments,” he sneered.

Lady Zhuoran gritted her teeth and unleashed a flurry of attacks; each one imbued with her special soul force.

”Silver Fox Searing Soul,” she shouted as she launched a series of burning blue flames at Wang Jian. But he deftly dodged each attack, his movements graceful and precise.

Mei Yan stepped in and joined the attack, raising her sword high in the air. ”Frostbite Storm,” she yelled as a gust of icy wind swirled around her blade.

She then brought the sword down in a swift strike, unleashing a cascade of ice that threatened to engulf Wang Jian. But he was ready, and he leapt out of the way just in time.

Wang Jian chuckled. ”Not bad, but youʼll have to do better than that to beat me,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lady Zhuoran closed her eyes and focused her energy, creating a powerful Water Dragon that charged at Wang Jian.

He moved quickly, dodging the dragon and retaliating with a dark energy wave that struck Lady Zhuoran. She grunted in pain but quickly recovered and launched another attack.

She raised her hand and formed a swirling vortex of water around her. The vortex grew larger and more powerful, lifting Wang Jian into the air and trapping him in a water prison. But Wang Jian remained calm and focused, manipulating his own energy to break free from the prison.

Mei Yan then summoned her ice spirit, Frostbite, and imbued her sword with its power.

She charged towards Wang Jian, her sword glowing with a bright blue light. Wang Jian smirked and sidestepped her attack, then struck her with a quick blast of dark energy.

Lady Zhuoran gritted her teeth and shouted, ”You wonʼt get away with that!”

She formed a powerful water whip, imbued with soul force, and lashed out at Wang Jian. He managed to dodge the attack, but it left him open for Mei Yanʼs next move.

Mei Yan charged towards Wang Jian once again, this time utilizing her Frozen Storm technique.

She swung her sword in a circular motion, causing a blizzard to form around Wang Jian. But he quickly raised a shield of dark energy, protecting himself from the onslaught.

The battle continued with each of them unleashing their most powerful techniques, but Wang Jian remained one step ahead, expertly dodging and countering their attacks.

As the battle waged on, Mei Yan and Lady Zhuoran began to feel the strain of their intense qi consumption.

They both knew that they had to finish the fight quickly, but they suddenly sensed a shiver down their spines.

Lady Zhuoran noticed Wang Jianʼs smirk, giving her an ominous feeling of what was coming.

Suddenly, Wang Jianʼs hands began to emit dense dark energy, and he swiftly unleashed his powerful technique, Eclipse Domain Annihilation.

A massive dome of energy expanded outward, engulfing Mei Yan and Lady Zhuoran. The dome was so dense and dark that the two women could not see through it.

The two women tried to resist the dark energy by launching their best techniques to be free, but their qi exhaustion had been too intense.

Mei Yan launched her Frozen Tempest, a technique that could freeze anything it touched, while Lady Zhuoran used her Water Dragon Roar, a technique that could summon a massive water dragon to attack her enemies.

However, their techniques were suppressed by Wang Jianʼs Eclipse Domain Annihilation.

The dark energy seeped into their bodies and halted the circulation of their qi, leaving them vulnerable to Wang Jianʼs next move.

Wang Jianʼs eyes glinted with triumph as he watched his opponents struggle. ”You two have put up quite the fight, but itʼs over now,” he sneered.

Mei Yan and Lady Zhuoran gritted their teeth as they tried to resist, but the Eclipse Domain Annihilation had drained them of their strength.

They finally understood that they were at Wang Jianʼs mercy.

Wang Jian drew closer to the two women with a wicked grin spreading across his face. He had anticipated that they might use precious relics or treasures to enhance their abilities, thus making the fight more arduous for him.

However, with his expert combat skills, he had kept them on the back foot and prevented them from gaining any significant advantage.
