Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 388: Don’t tell me...

”Why do you think there are no other Rank 6 beings besides her and the other rulers of other territories?”

When Idan heard Tamisra’s question, he immediately understood its essence.

”None of them want to give up their throne?” he asked. Tamisra only smiled in response.

The Queen’s rule was very simple: she did not allow anyone from her race to reach the sixth rank. She didn’t need any competitors.

Like the Queen, the other rulers of the Dark Territories had similar views. None of them allowed other creatures to reach the sixth rank.

At first glance, everything seemed clear, but the more Idan thought about this question, the more mysteries he found.

”But if the Queen and the other rulers don’t allow Rank 5 creatures to reach rank 6, what’s stopping others from just hiding and breaking through? Do the rulers really have a way to monitor every creature and know for sure if it has reached the sixth rank?” muttered Idan aloud.

”I can see that your head is working well,” Tamisra remarked, easily hearing his mutterings. ”As you’ve noticed, it’s not as simple as you think. Rank 6 creatures are very different from Rank 5 creatures.”

”How could I forget about this!” thought Idan. ”Rank 5 creatures are the same as Diamond Rank creatures, and Rank 6 creatures are already creatures from the Highest Realm! Creatures that should have a Bloodline Domain!”

Idan remembered what Sierra had told him back in Limbo. She said that in order to reach the Highest Realm, a Bloodline Domain was needed.

”So the Queen, as a sixth—rank being, has a Bloodline Domain?” wondered Idan, and the more he thought about it, the more convinced he became.

[Host, a sixth—rank being in this world does not have a Bloodline Domain],” before Idan could fully confirm his assumptions, the System dispelled all this with one simple sentence.

”Eh? What do you mean?” wondered Idan.

[It is no coincidence that this world is called the ”Incomplete World of Darkness and Light.” He is at the peak of his middle stage of growth, one step away from moving to a higher stage.]

[Although the world is ready to move to a new stage of growth, without outside interference, it will take many years, even millennia, to achieve this.]

[And until the world moves to a higher stage, creatures of the sixth rank will not be able to acquire the Domain of Bloodlines. Currently, they only have the rudiments of a Domain that only vaguely resembles the real one.]

[However, this System strongly recommends that Hosts not come into contact with these creatures. Even with only the rudiments of a Domain, they pose a huge danger to your current level.]

Noticing that the guy in front of her was lost in thought, Tamisra did not distract him and decided to wait. Time didn’t matter to her, unlike Idan, who needed to hurry.

After signing the Soul Contract, her task was only to share information, and information about the Queen was part of her obligations. Therefore, she wasn’t particularly afraid that the Queen would be able to read her mind.

When Idan finished his thoughts, Tamisra continued, ”As I mentioned, Rank 6 creatures are significantly different from us Rank 5 creatures, just as we are different from Rank 4 creatures.”

Idan was once again convinced that Tamisra and Erza’s level creatures were very different from those of Rank 4 (platinum). And the most noticeable difference that immediately catches the eye is the absence of dark inscriptions on the bodies of Rank 5 creatures.

”Rank 6 creatures have a special connection to the world, and it is this connection that allows them to identify breakthroughs from other Rank 5 to Rank 6 creatures.”

Idan was startled by her words. An analogy with Limbo’s mind flashed through his mind, but he quickly dismissed it.

”Are you saying that the world itself helps them find and destroy Rank 6 creatures that have just broken through?” he asked.

Tamisra shrugged her shoulders.: ”At least that’s what they claim. According to them, the world can only support a certain number of Rank 6 creatures.”

Then, after a pause, she said indignantly:

”Doesn’t that seem absurd to you?”

Idan was increasingly surprised by Tamisra’s boldness. If he were her, he wouldn’t dare to voice his displeasure about his tyrannical boss so openly.

”Okay, I’ve realized how dangerous your Queen is. Let’s get down to business. Tell me about the valley and the portals,” Idan said, remembering that he needed to hurry and would find time to think later.

”Heh, what I’m saying about the Queen can already be considered that I’m sharing information that I should,— Tamisra replied.

”Don’t tell me...”

”Yes, the Queen herself came to this Valley in search of you,” Tamisra said with a smile.

Idan was seriously scared and immediately checked his connection with Ned. To his horror, he discovered that their bond had been suppressed again.

”The Queen... Where is she now?” asked Idan anxiously.

Tamisra immediately understood his concern and said what he wanted to know.:

”The Queen at the Northern Portal.”

Idan’s heart sank. That’s where he sent Ned. Although he had already assumed that the Queen might appear there, the news that she was indeed there did not relieve his anxiety.

”Calm down, Idan, calm down,” he repeated to himself, trying to pull himself together.

”What about the other portals?” he asked.

”Together with the Queen and me, five Faction Leaders and their subordinates arrived through the teleportation array,” Tamisra began to tell without concealment. ”The Queen went to the Northern Portal, and we, except for one who remained to guard the array, split up to the other four portals.”

Tamisra’s words that Diamond-ranked creatures were rushing to each portal led Idan to think about the reasons why Arabel had been using the unique ”exchange of stats” ability for so long.

It was likely that she had also encountered a Diamond-ranked creature.

”You... Did you choose the western portal?” asked Idan cautiously. Tamisra shook her head and replied, ”No.”

”I was heading towards the southwest portal when I noticed you from afar along the way,” she continued with a smile.

Looking into Idan’s worried eyes, she decided to share information that she thought this guy might ”like.”

”Someone you know very well went to the western portal,” she said.

Idan froze. His concern for Ned and Arabel didn’t go away, but his face darkened. He immediately understood who Tamisra was talking about.

Sighing, he uttered the only hateful name of a Diamond-ranked creature from the Womskinner race that he was familiar with.:

”Erza Twilight.”
