CEO's Reborn Wife

Jane Sampson nodded lightly, ”Okay, I’ll listen to you and not eat too much.”

Jane Sampson could tell from the little boy’s way of speaking that he got along well with Mandy Forest, and in his heart, he had completely accepted Mandy as his mother.

”Aunt is a good Aunt.” The little boy gave Jane Sampson a sweet smile, ”Mom says that being obedient makes you a good child, and I’m mom’s good child.”

”I’m also mom’s good child!” the little lass eagerly added, ”I help mom wash dishes and help mom bake biscuits, mom says I’m a good child!”

”All good children,” James Black patted the heads of the two children and then couldn’t help but glance at Jane Sampson, ”You’re a good child too.”

Hearing James Black use a tone coaxing a three-year-old on her, Jane Sampson put on a fierce expression and waved her little fist at James Black.

The two children played around Jane Sampson for a while, but since Jane Sampson also had to put on makeup and couldn’t chat with them, the two got bored and left hand in hand, planning to go play elsewhere.

James Black watched the children leave with his hands in his pockets, then turned to look at Jane Sampson, suddenly chuckling softly and teasing her, ”Even the children know not to eat too much candy; if I control you like that, will you still be upset?”

Jane Sampson silently turned her face away, ignoring him.

Of course, she’d still be upset.

There would still be a way to sneak some, no doubt.

She hadn’t gotten to eat any when she was little, and finally thought she could eat freely as she grew up.

But then there’s James Black constantly controlling her again.

So annoying~

At 8:30, most of the guests had finished their makeup, and when Jane Sampson, holding James Black’s arm, walked out of the makeup room, they ran into Shirley Young and her husband.

Jane Sampson and James Black were both wearing black today, while Shirley Young and her husband wore bright blue. As the four met face to face, Jane waved to them.

”Uncle, Aunt,” Jane Sampson called out and then covered her face, laughing, ”Seeing you two like this, standing with me and James Black, you look just like our peers, calling you uncle and aunt feels so strange~”

”We aren’t that much older than you two,” Shirley Young’s wife laughed softly, ”But there’s nothing to be done, we just happen to be a lot older generation-wise.”

”Uncle, Aunt,” James Black also followed Jane Sampson’s call.

Shirley Young was indeed quite a bit older than James Black, but being an actor, he excelled in maintenance, making him look nothing like his actual age.

Plus, Shirley Young also regularly exercised, making him appear much younger.

But to be addressed as uncle and aunt by James Black and Jane Sampson, Shirley Young and his wife took it in stride.

As the four chatted, the people from the makeup room next door also came out.

This session confirmed the invitation of four celebrity couples, including one pair who got married about half a year ago, both of whom were people in the circle, and their marriage half a year ago had occupied the trending list for two whole days.

Regardless of age or debut time, they were ahead of Jane Sampson, so upon seeing them, Jane Sampson politely greeted them as seniors.

Jane Sampson was polite, and the couple was even more courteous, glancing at James Black beside Jane Sampson while exchanging pleasantries with her.
