Transmigrated as a Villain, Now I'm a Yandere Loli

Chapter 157: Chapter 157: The Grim Reaper is Knocking

After punching herself, Ichiko reached out to wipe away the bright red blood overflowing from her nose, calming down a little.

She forced herself not to look at Haruko for now, lest she couldn’t accept it again and lose emotional control.

First, she called Inari, then Ichiko called Shin, and finally, she didn’t forget, the 120 number was 120.

The reactions of the three parties were different.

Inari took a sharp intake of cold air when he heard that Haruko was critically ill, and then only said two words, ”Wait for me.”

Shin seemed to be prepared, giving an ”En” and immediately saying he would send medical personnel over.

Lastly, it was 120. After a director quickly arrived, he immediately asked about Haruko’s condition. After confirming the situation, he quickly taught Ichiko how to help Haruko stop the bleeding and gave many precautions.

And continuously comforted Ichiko’s emotions.

It wasn’t until she used the first-aid kit to simply stop the bleeding for Haruko that Ichiko collapsed weakly in front of the bathtub.

Watching Haruko being soaked in the icy water, she didn’t even dare to move her body, fearing any accidents.

One of her hands was still in the water, feeling the bone-chilling pain of the ice water, as if this could provide Haruko with a little warmth.

Endless guilt, regret, and pain surged into her heart.

Her eyes were red, and her tears seemed to have dried up.

Ichiko had a lot to say to Haruko, but her throat was choked, and she couldn’t say anything.

At this moment, the girl in the bathtub could no longer hear her words at all.

The only thing that made Ichiko feel fortunate was.

Haruko was still alive.

She hadn’t truly left her.

Almost every minute, Ichiko would reach out her hand to Haruko’s nose tip, confirming whether Haruko’s faint breath was still there.

She felt that time was so long.

”Hey Haruko, your liking scares me.”

The obedience of the past half month turned out to be her further liking for her, a rebound after the yandere’s silence. The obedience she had never shown was like a powder keg.

What ignited her wasn’t Sento, nor some outsider who liked her.

It turned out to be herself!

”Haruko, can you wake up, okay? I... I won’t say those words again. Even if you say we’re a couple, I won’t refuse like that again. I’ll listen to you. You must persevere, you must wake up, okay?”

What news of relatives, the fatherly love she longed for.

Now, her real relative was leaving her little by little!

Ichiko took out her phone again and checked the time.

Ten minutes had passed, and the sound of an ambulance could gradually be heard by the roadside.

Finally... finally, it was coming soon.

Ichiko’s pale face showed a smile of surviving a catastrophe. ”Haruko, wait a little longer, everything will be fine, okay? The ambulance is here, and the Doctor is coming too. Don’t worry, I’ll always be with you.”

”You said it at the Hospital last time, right? You wanted to see me as soon as you woke up, right?”

”You like me that much, right? This time you wake up, you’ll also see me, and you’ll also hear me say ’I like you’ to you, so for this, to become a couple with me, you have to persevere, understand?”

Even if... even if being a couple was her wishful thinking, her pathological and twisted love, Ichiko no longer dared to say words of refusal.

Even pretending to like her was fine.

Even pretending to be a couple with her to comfort her was fine.

Even if they were to get married in the future, as long as she wouldn’t be so extreme, as long as she wouldn’t become a yandere again.

Pretending for a lifetime was also possible.

If she stayed with her like this for half a month, caring for her more in all aspects, she would always be obedient and wouldn’t become a yandere, right?

Yes, since she was afraid of her pathological and heavy love, she should just accept the normal her.

Then, even if she was always tied to her side like this, it didn’t matter, the important thing was that she was okay.

So, you must hold on, okay?

In despair, there was still that glimmer of light.

The sound of the ambulance grew louder, seemingly having stopped outside the community.

Ichiko’s expression relaxed a lot, and she reached out her hand to Haruko’s nose tip again.

1 second...

2 seconds...

5 seconds...

Ichiko’s pupils contracted, and her fingertips couldn’t stop trembling.

”Hey... this is fake, right?”

Ichiko’s words also trembled, and a hint of fear and despair gradually appeared in her voice.

She continued to wait.

Ten seconds passed, and she still didn’t feel the faint breath from before.

Ichiko’s shoulders trembled slightly, and she slumped onto the floor with the bright red water stains.

Looking up at the flickering electric light, she laughed out in collapse, ”Heh haha... hahahahaha...!”

”God, what do you mean!”

”Doctor, the Doctor is coming!”

Ichiko’s fist heavily hammered the floor, not knowing whether she was crying or laughing, her voice gradually collapsing, ”Why... why at this last moment... take her away....”

First, it gave her hope, then it brought her despair.

No, perhaps there was no hope in the first place.

Since entering the door, all she felt was despair.

The crying gradually subsided.

The continuous ups and downs, and the infinite regret and guilt in her heart, made her even lose the strength to cry.

She lay prostrate on the ground, her cheeks also stained with the red of the floor, and drops falling were either tears or blood tears.

”Ding dong~ Ding dong~”

Like a joke from God, the doorbell rang.

It rang very urgently, continuously.

But... did it still matter?

Ichiko, like a walking dead, stood up blankly. Her whole body was already stained red from the water overflowing from the bathtub, and she walked out step by heavy step.

The sound of the doorbell was like the Grim Reaper knocking.

Shouting for her to open the door quickly.

Your beloved Haruko is already heartbroken because of your rejection and betrayal.

And she, the Grim Reaper, is here to take this poor little one away.

Ichiko walked to the entrance and opened the door with difficulty.

The light shining in from outside stung her eyes.

Even though Shin was prepared, the fastest to arrive was Inari.

Behind him were many Doctors and nurses, carrying a lot of equipment, clearly prepared for the worst-case scenario of on-site first aid.

Ah~ it wasn’t the Grim Reaper who came, but the angels in white.

Even more ironic, wasn’t it?

Ichiko moved aside and pointed to a direction in the corner, ”In the bathroom.”

Inari saw Ichiko’s empty eyes, looking like she had lost her soul, and his breath hitched.

Forcing down the bad premonition, Inari asked, ”How is Haruko exactly?”

Ichiko grabbed Inari’s sleeve with one hand, leaving a darker handprint on his red trench coat.

Her voice trembled and was filled with despair, ”Inari... Haruko, Haruko she... has stopped breathing.”

Inari was silent, and the angels in white were entering the bathroom one by one.

As if with a final struggle, Inari asked in a low voice, ”Are you sure?”

But seeing Ichiko’s expression like this, she must have confirmed it.

Out of consideration for the girl’s already collapsed emotions, Inari still spoke to comfort her, ”My Doctors haven’t said anything yet, there’s still hope. Rest a little, Haruko wouldn’t want you to give up on her like this.”

He pulled Ichiko to the sofa without explanation.

On the messy table, the sheath of the fruit knife placed next to the white paper was particularly glaring.

But what was even more out of place was this clean white paper.

Inari flipped the white paper over and saw two beautiful large characters on it.
