Chapter 934 - [Bonus ] 934: Have Ability To A Good Surgeon

Yu Qi already got used to her duty. She made a quick and good decision for the patient. Doctor Zhu Shang noticed her efforts.

In the beginning, she dislike Yu Qi for a little bit. She assumed that Yu Qi got into this hospital because of her family background. But after observing the girl for a while, she understood.

The girl was a gem in the medical world. Yu Qi proved to her that she (Yu Qi) had the ability to be a good doctor. Doctor Zhu Shang read what Yu Qi wrote in the cover letter that she wanted to be a surgeon and she really aimed for it.

Doctor Zhu Shang had already heard about Yu Qiʼs deed when she was the intern. Doctor Zhu Shang, of course, had some friends over there. The doctors over there praised Yu Qi highly.

And what the shocking thing that Doctor Zhu Shang heard was that the girl became a lead surgeon on one of the surgeries done when the natural disaster had happened.

After that, Doctor Zhu Shang invited Yu Qi to listen to the meeting where she discussed the surgeries that would take place. Yu Qi gave some good opinions about the method of the surgeries that would be used in the surgery theatre.

In the next two months after Yu Qi started her job, Doctor Zhu Shang began to ask Yu Qi to shadow her in the surgery theatre. Of course, Yu Qi was happy about that.

.....

Yu Qi entered the ward where she was going to check a patient who just came out of Laparoscopic Appendix Removal (Appendectomy) Surgery. Before going to the ward, she had already read about the patientʼs information.

The patient requested to discharge earlier. But the hospital did not allow it. Doctor Zhu Shang asked Yu Qi to go and check the patient and determine if the patient was in good condition or not to be discharged.

When she stopped in front of the door, there were a pair of bulky men who were standing there in black suits which indicated their identities as bodyguards, blocked her from entering the room.

”What is your purpose?” One of the men asked.

”The patient has requested to discharge. So, I have come here to check his condition.” Yu Qi answered without feeling a bit scared.

”Wait here.” The man said before he entered the room himself.

Yu Qi nodded and did not mind waiting outside. She remembered that this ward was a private ward. The patient inside was probably someone who came from rich people.

Not less than 30 seconds, the man came out and invited Yu Qi to enter. When she entered the room, she saw another three bulky men. Two were guarding the windows and another one was standing beside the patient bed.

Yu Qi then looked at the patientʼs face. Nie Feng La. With an unchangeable expression on Yu Qiʼs face, she began her job.

”I am Doctor Tang. I will check your condition to see whether you can be discharged or not.” Yu Qi introduced herself and told him about her purpose.

Nie Feng La nodded. Yu Qi checked the wounded areas. There was not any swelling in these areas. Then she checked the temperature. It was normal.

It was important to check the temperature because in some cases, there were some patients had a fever over 101 degree Celsius after doing the procedure.

”Do you feel any severe pain in your stomach?” Yu Qi asked.

”No.” Nie Feng La answered simply.

”Are you feeling nausea or something like that?” Yu Qi asked again.

”No.” Nie Feng La answered again in one word.

Yu Qi seemed to write something on the file. She then nodded.

”I think you can get a discharge tomorrow evening. You need to be hospitalised for tonight. If you still donʼt have any complications tomorrow, you can get a discharge.” Yu Qi said to Nie Feng La.

”Okay.” Nie Feng La quickly obeyed the doctorʼs word.

The bodyguards who were listening to their young master twitched their lips. Just now, their young master had insisted on getting discharged. But now, after having such a beautiful Doctor checking on him, he became obedient.

”I will leave first. Take a good rest.” Yu Qi said before leaving the room.

Yu Qi was on duty tonight. After checking the patient named Nie Feng La, she was free. Then she went to her usual spot when she was on night duty. Not because she neglected her duty but there was no work on the night unless it was an emergency.

The place was Tang Qin Haoʼs office. Tang Qin Hao was doing his research. At first, she just visited one night. During that time, they talked a lot about the human brain. Yu Qi was also interested in it.

Who knew in the future, she would receive some cases regarding the human brain, it would only help her in need. As usual, they talked a lot.

Yu Qi told Tang Qin Hao that she would be going to the staff dormitory to take a nap. Hearing that, Tang Qin Hao offered his room to take a nap.

The staff room was indeed prepared for the doctors who doing their night duty to take some rest. However, Tang Qin Hao felt that the room was not safe for his sister to rest because it could be accessed by other doctors.

The room was inside Tang Qin Haoʼs office. It was completed with a bed, a sofa and a closet. No wonder he did not return home, he had a bedroom here.

”You can use the bed. I donʼt use it often. And I have just changed the sheet this morning.” Tang Qin Hao said.

”Oh, thank you, Brother Qin Hao. I will take a nap.” Yu Qi entered the room while Tang Qin Hao continued doing his work.
