I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 140: Come all the way here to catch seafood?Chapter 140: Come all the way here to catch seafood?
Cheng Ming and others chatted with the boss on the boat and found out that the boss’s name was Zheng Qian, a very simple name.

Boss Zheng and Cheng Ming understood what had just happened.

”That guy’s name is Mo Qiang. He has a boat, but it’s very broken. He has no money to repair it, so he can only cheat people at the dock. Many people regretted it after getting on his boat.” Boss Zheng said.

”Fortunately, I didn’t get on his boat.” Xie Wensheng said.

”By the way, everyone, where are you going to rent a boat?” Zheng Qianyi asked.

Xie Wensheng and Lin Yuemei looked at Cheng Ming.

This time the two of them followed Cheng Ming. To be honest, they didn’t know where Cheng Ming was going.

”Boss Zheng, is there an island about 50 kilometers south of Nanhai City?” Cheng Ming asked.

Boss Zheng thought for a moment and said, ”There are probably seven or eight islands in that location, and none of them have names. Which one are you looking for?”

There are actually seven or eight of them?
Cheng Ming felt a little tricky.

Unfortunately, the prompt for the system task is too vague, only saying that it is 50 kilometers south of Nanhai City. This range is indeed a bit large.

How many days would it really take to find seven or eight islands?
It seems that renting a boat for ten days may not be enough.

”I don’t know which island it is. Let’s go and take a look.” Cheng Ming said.

Don’t know which island it is? Just know its approximate location?

Zheng Qian couldn’t figure out the intention of the boat rental boss this time. In the past, people who came to rent a boat either went to play on the sea, watch dolphins, or have a party, or at the very least, go fishing.

What does this boss want to do?

Going treasure hunting?

Apart from treasure hunting, Zheng Qian couldn’t think of any other possibilities, but the problem was that many people had been to the several islands in that location, but they were just some deserted islands, so what treasures could there be to find?

”Okay, let’s start the boat?” Zheng Qian started to drive the boat.

He didn’t ask too much, because it was none of his business what the boss did.

Since people have rented his boat, he only needs to serve them attentively and not worry about anything else.

”Okay, let’s go.”

The large yacht slowly sailed towards the sea ahead.

Fifty kilometers is a distance that is neither long nor short. The yacht traveled at full speed and arrived at the target sea area in less than two hours.

Cheng Ming, Xie Wensheng, Lin Yuemei and others stood at the bow, looking at the scene where the sea and the sky met in front of them, feeling indescribably depressed.

Perhaps in photos and videos, the sea appears deep and beautiful, but when humans actually stand before it, they may only feel their own insignificance and become depressed.

So the three of them were very silent.

In front of them, an island grew larger and larger, and gradually, they could see the trees and flying birds on the island.

The island is oval in shape, about two or three kilometers long, not very big.

”Boss, this place is about fifty kilometers away from Nanhai City.”

Zheng Qian controlled the yacht to slowly approach the beach of the island, then stopped the boat and dropped anchor.

”Okay, let’s start from here.” Cheng Ming said, and then said to Zheng Qian, ”Boss, you wait for me on the boat.”

Then he looked at Xie Wensheng and said, ”You two can do whatever you want.”

I have to come all the way here.
After giving his instructions, Cheng Ming got off the boat.

He didn’t have much with him, just a backpack, and he got off the boat.

He searched the beach with a clamp.

Xie Wensheng followed and was a little speechless when he saw Cheng Ming’s actions.

”You came all the way here just to catch seafood?”

Cheng Ming was speechless: ”Of course not.”

”So what are you looking for?”

Cheng Ming was a little reluctant to say it.

But Xie Wensheng was a little annoyed: ”Just tell us, tell us and we’ll help you find it. Isn’t the chance of finding it higher with more people?”

Lin Yuemei also agreed: ”Yes, let us help you find it.”

Cheng Ming had no choice but to say: ”Find a kind of sea clam, hmm.”

Cheng Ming really couldn’t tell what the characteristics were. The system only said it was a giant clam, so as the name suggests, it should be very big?

”It’s a big sea clam anyway.”

”Used as medicine?” Xie Wensheng asked.

”Yes.”

”Oh no wonder.”

But since it’s so big, it shouldn’t be hard to find, right?
Anyway, Xie Wensheng is quite confident.

Then the couple went to the beach to catch seafood together.

Zheng Qian, who was on the yacht, saw the actions of the three people and sighed:
”Rich people have strange habits. They chartered a yacht and traveled so far just to catch some seafood.”

It was noon when we arrived.

After searching for three or four hours, the three found nothing. They only found some ordinary sea clams. Although they were not small in size, they were obviously not as big as ”giant clams”.

Later, Xie Wensheng and his wife couldn’t stand the boredom and ran back to the yacht to go fishing.

Only Cheng Ming continued to search tirelessly.

Although the island is only two or three kilometers long and not very big, it still takes a lot of time to find it. Cheng Ming spent a whole afternoon searching and only found half of the beach.

However, the island has beaches on only three sides and a reef on the other side, so there is no need to look for it.

I estimate that I will be able to search the island in two hours tomorrow.

It’s almost dark.

On the yacht over there, Xie Wensheng was shouting loudly, as if he had caught a big fish.

”Old Cheng! Old Cheng! I’m hungry, come back and grill the fish.”

Cheng Ming was helpless.

He took a look at the sun that was about to set below the sea level and turned back to the yacht.

It was already dark.

The lights from the yacht shone onto the beach. The four people gathered together, and three of them watched Cheng Ming’s performance.

Cheng Ming killed a large tarpon weighing more than ten pounds, cleaned it, and grilled it on a simple barbecue grill.

In fact, there are professional barbecue tools on the boat.

But Xie Wensheng, this bastard, said that the original flavor of seafood is more authentic, so he built a simple barbecue grill.

The firewood used is from the island, which is really original.

Fortunately, Cheng Ming has superb skills, and even under limited conditions, he is still able to roast this sea chain into an enticing aroma.

The three of them devoured the food.

”Smells! It smells so good!”

”Is this what sea fish tastes like? It’s so delicious!”

”No, ordinary sea fish doesn’t taste so delicious. At least I’ve eaten countless sea fish over the years, but I’ve never eaten such delicious grilled fish!” Zheng Qian’s face was full of shock.

When he looked at Cheng Ming again, there was inexplicably a hint of respect in his eyes.

Cheng Ming was thinking about something. He asked Zheng Qian, ”Captain Zheng, have you ever heard of a clam called the South China Sea giant clam?”

Zheng Qian was stunned for a moment, as if recalling a memory from long ago, and said, ”I’ve heard of it, but it seems to have happened more than ten years ago. It seems that someone found a giant clam on an island nearby and sold it for half a million.”

Fifty thousand yuan a dozen years ago would be considered two or three million yuan now, right?

”That caused quite a stir in the fishing community. I had heard about it even before I had this ship.”

”Really?” Cheng Ming’s eyes lit up, as if he saw hope.

”Which island did it come from?”

”Well, I was only 17 or 18 at the time, so I don’t remember it so specifically. Anyway, it was just these few islands nearby.”

”Okay.” Cheng Ming’s disappointment was visibly evident.

It seems that I still need to search several nearby islands.

Fortunately, these islands are not very big, so it shouldn’t take much time to search them all.
