I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 117 He doesn’t pay you?Chapter 117 He doesn’t pay you?
Chen Long and Chen Shi left the garden and walked towards the village.

Chenjia Village is actually only one or two kilometers away from the garden, and the land for the plantation was rented from the farmland of Chenjia Village.

The two returned to the village entrance.

Village chief Chen Jiali was sitting at the entrance of the village chatting with a few elderly people.

When Chen Jiali saw Chen Long and Chen Shi coming back, he asked in surprise, ”Chen Long, Chen Shi, why are you two back? Shouldn’t it be your working hours now?”

Chen Long and Chen Shi looked at each other, and Chen Long immediately made an angry expression.

”Village chief, you don’t know, the plantation has a new boss, and that new boss fired us and even refused to pay us our wages!”

Chen Jiali was shocked when he heard this: ”What!? The new boss owed you money?”

”Right!” Chen Shi also imitated Chen Long and said, ”That bastard is really abominable. He rented the land from our village and even owed us the wages. He is simply not a human being!”

Chen Jiali was very angry when he heard this. He stood up and prepared to walk out of the village.

Chen Long asked: ”Where are you going, village chief?”

”I’ll help you collect the debt!”

Chen Long quickly stopped the old village chief.

”Forget it, Third Uncle, that guy is not easy to deal with, let’s think of another way.”

If Chen Jiali were to go and cause trouble, and the two sides confronted each other and found out that the two brothers had been cheating on the plantation, they would be the ones who would be embarrassed.
”From now on, as long as you complete the task on time, I will give you a base salary of 5,000, and bonuses based on the degree of work completed. I can guarantee that as long as you have a good work attitude and high efficiency, the bonus will definitely be higher than the base salary. Social security and other things are provided, and there are also benefits during the holidays.”

Cheng Ming said to Lao Zhang.

Now that Chen Long and Chen Shi are gone, Lao Zhang is the only worker left.

Old Zhang was very surprised after hearing this.

Basic salary of 5,000! ?
There is also a bonus that is no less than the basic salary! ?
This alone makes the treatment better than that of most college students!
What’s more, there are social security and holiday benefits!
He had never dared to imagine such conditions before.

I didn’t expect that the new boss would give so much right away?
You have to know that his total salary before was less than 5,000.

“However, the benefits have been upgraded, and the job requirements are definitely much higher than before!”

“It might be a little harder.”

Cheng Mingdao, he looked a little worried.

“Can you do it?”

Lao Zhang patted his chest and said, ”Boss, we rural people are not afraid of poverty, but we are afraid of hardship. Just tell me what you want!”

If the treatment is as good as the boss said, he would be willing to work two or three times harder!
Lao Zhang immediately prepared himself mentally to work twelve hours a day!

”Tell me, Boss, what exactly do you want to do?”

Cheng Ming thought about it.

There is only one worker in the garden now, and the work cannot be carried out.

”Now that Chen Long and Chen Shi are gone, we need to recruit some people first. Lao Zhang, can you help me find some people from the nearby villages? We’ll need about ten people.” Cheng Ming said.

”Okay, I’ll go right away.”

After saying this, Lao Zhang left the garden.

In less than an hour, Lao Zhang came back.

He brought no one behind him.

”What’s wrong?” Cheng Ming asked.

Lao Zhang was puzzled: ”Boss, the nearest village to our garden is Chenjia Village, but I just went to Chenjia Village to look for someone, and when I told them I was looking for someone in our garden, they ignored me. It’s really strange.”

”Could it be that they have any objections to the garden? I’ve never heard of that before.”

Upon hearing this, Cheng Ming guessed, ”Maybe someone is playing tricks on me.”

Old Zhang was shocked: ”Yes! It must be Chen Long and Chen Shi who did this! They are from Chenjia Village. After they returned to the village, they must have told the villagers bad things about the garden, so the villagers are unwilling to come to work in the garden.”

There was silence for a while.

Lao Zhang hesitantly suggested: ”Boss, our Zhangjia Village is about four or five kilometers away from here. How about we go to our Zhangjia Village to find someone?”

”Don’t worry! When I look for someone, I will definitely look for someone who is honest and decent. I will never look for someone like Chen Long or Chen Shi. There are no such people in our Zhangjia Village.”

”Besides, the people in Zhangjia Village are all farmers with rich planting experience. They will quickly get started with growing medicinal herbs, so they can start working right away once they arrive.”

The old herbal farmer made a solemn promise to Cheng Ming.

Cheng Ming was convinced. He said, ”Okay, then go find someone to take a look.”

in the afternoon.

Old Zhang really found ten people, not one more, not one less, all of them were uncles and aunts around 40 or 50 years old.

Cheng Ming was very satisfied with this——

People of this age are very stable, know how to get things done, and won’t quit their jobs easily.

There are enough people.

Cheng Ming explained the job content and salary benefits to everyone.

After listening.

More than ten people all looked excited.

Such treatment is not necessarily available even in work units in the center of Haicheng City!
When they heard Lao Zhang talk about these treatments, they almost suspected that Lao Zhang had been cheated, but the other person’s medicine garden was right here, so how could he be cheated?
So a group of people followed with doubts, but they didn’t expect it to be true!

After that, a group of people started working immediately.

First of all.

He doesn’t need most of the medicinal herbs in the medicine garden at present.

So he planned to pull out almost all the medicinal herbs and sell them.

Under Cheng Ming’s command, all the workers happily began to harvest and process the medicinal materials.

After seeing these people working, Cheng Ming realized that Lao Zhang was not lying.

The people he found were indeed down-to-earth, hardworking and quick-handed.

As for the procedures for harvesting and processing medicinal materials, one can learn them almost immediately, making them very easy to use.

Those who came to Zhangjia Village made the right choice.

The harvesting work took more than half a month.

Although the garden is only 50 acres in size, the harvesting and processing of Chinese medicinal herbs is very troublesome. Some herbs need to be dried for a period of time, and some need to be dug out with the roots. In short, it is very troublesome and time-consuming.

However, after nearly a month, all the medicinal herbs in the entire medicine garden were finally harvested.

As the boss of Yinhai Pharmaceutical, it is quite easy for Cheng Ming to find a place for these Chinese medicinal materials.

After selling all the herbs, he did the math and found that he had made over 10 million.

It seems that Lin Wei was not lying.

The value of his medicine garden is really more than tens of millions.

After all, the rent and the equipment used for planting are not included.

Today is the day to pay wages.

Eleven workers stood casually in front of the warehouse.

Cheng Ming followed his advice and paid wages to the eleven workers.

”Everyone has performed well this month. I will give you some bonuses as appropriate!” Cheng Ming announced.

”Zhang Shan! He worked 22 days last month, with a base salary of , plus a bonus of . He was paid for full attendance, a total of !”

Zhang Shan is Lao Zhang’s name.

When Lao Zhang heard that his salary was as high as more than 11,000 yuan, he was very excited.

Although Cheng Ming had mentioned the issue of salary and benefits a long time ago, he was still a little uncertain before it was paid to him.

But now, Cheng Ming transferred the money for him on the spot.

Lao Zhang was so excited that his hands were shaking!
”Thank you, Boss Cheng!”

”Next one, Zhang He, 10,900!”

”Zhang Mengjuan, 10,600!”

”Zhang Jian, one thousand and one hundred!”

As their wages were paid, all the workers were smiling.
