I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 21 No more medicineChapter 21 No more medicine
After leaving Huaming Pharmaceutical, Lao Jin felt a little dazed.

He took out his cell phone and entered the Weixin patient group, but he didn’t know how to tell his fellow patients about this.

When he was in Chen Dongji’s office, he could argue with Chen Dongji angrily, but at this moment, the anger in his heart disappeared.

Just a strong feeling of guilt.

He took out his cell phone and typed tremblingly.

【I’m sorry, the discussion has collapsed. 】

As soon as these words were spoken, the group exploded.

All kinds of insults continued to burst out.

[Fuck Huaming Pharmaceutical! These bastards!]

[I’ve always disliked that bastard Chen Dongji! What a fucking bastard! ]

[Has his conscience been eaten by a dog? ]

[This scumbag, damn! ]

【What should we do then? 】

[Do you want to go to Huaming to make trouble? 】

[The agreement has already been signed, so there is no point in making a fuss. ]

[Damn it, Huaming Pharmaceutical and Chen Dongji will not have a good ending! ]

There was a lot of cursing in the group.

Lao Jin didn’t dare to say anything.

After the scolding, a fellow patient said: ”If I had known, I would not have agreed to call the police to arrest Cheng Ming. Although Cheng Ming’s medicine is expensive, I didn’t have any seizures when I took it.”

Ever since Cheng Ming was arrested, Cheng Ming has become a taboo in this patient group and basically no one mentions him anymore.

Even if someone mentions it, they will be criticized.

But this time when a fellow patient brought it up, there was rarely any objection, and some even agreed.

[Cheng Ming’s medicine does seem to be effective, but it’s too expensive.]

[What’s the point of saying this now?]

[Alas, we can only hope that Huaming Pharmaceutical’s drug will not be priced too high when it is launched. ]

[Mass production will definitely reduce costs]

Old Yang’s family.

Lao Yang only had time to take out his cell phone after he finished cooking, eating and washing the dishes.

But when he saw what Lao Jin said about Huaming Pharmaceutical no longer providing the medicine, he suddenly got angry and couldn’t help but curse.

”Fuck Huaming Pharmaceutical!”

As soon as he uttered a curse, he felt dizzy and fell over.

I do not know how long it has been.

When Lao Yang woke up, he was already lying on a hospital bed.

”you’re awake?”

The person who came into Lao Yang’s eyes was Doctor Gao.

”Yes.” Old Yang still felt dizzy.

He rubbed his temple and looked around, but didn’t see his son and daughter-in-law.

As if he saw what Old Yang was up to, Dr. Gao said, ”Your son and daughter-in-law are out there paying the bill.”

When Lao Yang heard this, he didn’t feel relieved at first, but terrified.

I’ve spent my son and daughter-in-law’s money again. I’m afraid they’ll look down on me again when I get home.

”Your condition has not been very good this month.” Doctor Gao scratched his head and said to himself, ”How strange. It was clearly under control before.”

”Have you been doing chemotherapy this month?”

”Keep doing it.” Old Yang nodded.

”Then why did the condition suddenly deteriorate so quickly?”

Dr. Gao didn’t understand.

But Lao Yang knew it very well.

Because he stopped taking Cheng Ming’s medicine! There should be no other possibility except this explanation.

In fact, when taking Cheng Ming’s medicine, Lao Yang did not expect that Cheng Ming’s medicine would be so effective!

For a while he actually thought that the disease could be controlled largely due to the effect of chemotherapy!
But I have been insisting on chemotherapy this month, but it has not done much good for my condition!
So Lao Yang finally understood how effective Cheng Ming’s medicine was!

However, Lao Yang didn’t plan to tell Dr. Gao about this.

Dr. Gao asked a few more questions related to the patient’s condition, and then he left the ward.

At this time, Lao Yang heard the quarrel between his son and daughter-in-law outside.

”Give up treatment.”

”He’s my dad, how can I give up!”

”Didn’t you listen to what the doctor said? It’s in the late stage and can’t be cured.”

”He is the father who gave birth to me and raised me. Even if there is only a one in ten thousand chance, I will not give up!” ”Do you know that chemotherapy will only make Dad more miserable? And it can’t be cured. Why don’t you let Dad live comfortably in his last days?”

”Don’t think I don’t know, Wang Mengjuan, you just don’t want to waste money, right? Why do you have to put it in such a nice way?”

Listening to the quarrel between his son and daughter-in-law, Old Yang felt very uncomfortable.

He actually understood his daughter-in-law very well. After all, it was already in the late stage and it would be a waste of money to continue treating her.

But he himself was unwilling to give up.

He was only in his early sixties, and had only had his grandson for two years. He had not yet enjoyed the happiness of family life, and he was really unwilling to die like this.

When there is a contradiction.

The daughter-in-law outside the door seemed to have realized what her son had said and began to raise her voice.

”Yang Jun! Are you really going to be happy only if you squander all your family fortune? Are you going to bankrupt your family for a dying old man? What about your son? Will he need milk powder? Will he go to school in the future? ”

“But Dad has his own pension,” the son trailed off.

”Is that several thousand yuan pension enough to cover the cost of surgery, chemotherapy and ICU stay? If it was like before, it would be fine to subsidize him a few thousand yuan a month for medicine, at least he could hold on. But what about now? A day in the ICU costs tens of thousands! How many times can you let him stay there?”

The son was silent.

He knew that what his wife said was reality, a reality that was hard to accept.

Old Yang in the ward was also very conflicted at this moment.

He now suddenly thought, why was it so stupid to agree to call the police to arrest Cheng Ming?
If Cheng Ming still has medicine, he has a pension of more than 4,000 yuan, and his son only needs to pay more than 5,000 yuan a month to cover his medicine expenses.

Although life is hard, we can still get by.

Later, in order to have cheap medicine in the future, he chose to trust Huaming Pharmaceutical. In the end, there were no cheap medicines, and Cheng Ming’s medicines were gone too!
He really regretted it.

At this time.

The door of the ward opened.

Lao Yang quickly closed his eyes and pretended not to wake up.

More than ten minutes later, he slowly opened his eyes and pretended to wake up leisurely.

The first thing I saw was Yang Jun sitting beside the bed.

My daughter-in-law is not here. She must have gone back.

”Dad, you wake up.”

”Ah.”

Yang Jun helped Old Yang up.

Old Yang sat leaning against the hospital bed, and the father and son looked at each other in silence.

for a long time.

Yang Jun broke the silence.

”Dad, I remember you were taking a very expensive special medicine. How could your condition suddenly get worse after taking the medicine?”

Faced with his son’s question, Old Yang really didn’t know how to answer.

You can’t just say, I called the police and arrested the person who sold the drugs, right?

At that time, I didn’t know that the medicine they sold was actually effective.

”What’s wrong, Dad? Did you get cheated? Did you buy fake medicine!?”

”I was like, how could there be a drug that could control liver cancer!”

”Dad, tell me, who is that guy selling drugs? I’ll go and get an explanation for you!”

Lao Yang’s son has been busy with work and trying hard to make money. He doesn’t have time to check his phone like others. If he had checked Douyin frequently, he might have seen the news about the fake drug case at that time.

He didn’t even know that his father went to court as a witness.

The son was furious and wanted to get an explanation for his father, but Old Yang didn’t know how to answer for a moment.

”Forget it, son.”

”How can we let this go? The person who sold the fake medicine should be called to the police and arrested. Even if the money cannot be recovered, he should not be allowed to harm others!”

Yang Jun has a strong sense of justice.

This made Lao Yang even more ashamed.

”The police have been notified and the money has been returned.”

”That’s good.”

The two chatted, and then there was silence again.

Old Yang sighed and seemed to have made up his mind: ”Da Jun, why don’t we just go home and not treat it anymore.”

”How can this be possible! Dad!” Yang Jun was anxious, ”The doctor said that as long as you don’t give up, there is still hope. You have to hold on, Dad!”

Old Yang wanted to say something, but Yang Jun’s attitude was very firm.

He knew his son very well. He was a stubborn man and no matter what he did, even ten cows would not be able to make him change his mind.

Old Yang seemed to have foreseen a future scene in which his son would spend all his savings because of his illness, quarrel with his daughter-in-law every day, and eventually his family would be broken up and his wife and children would be separated. The Old Yang family would never have descendants.

When I thought of this Old Yang, I trembled all over.

No!
The Yang family must not be destroyed like this!
How to do?
Old Yang frantically thought of a solution. Suddenly, his cloudy eyes lit up and he murmured, ”Cheng Ming.”
