Zombie Apocalypse: I Have Safe Zone Superpower

Chapter 106: Chapter 106: Susan

She understood that two of them belonged to Paul and Linda. But the other two... hm? Did it belong to Aunt June and her husband?

That was most likely. But Ivy didn’t dwell on the topic and instead checked her balance. 2105KB!

With spring in her steps, Ivy leisurely reached the car and got inside. She was about to leave when a figure suddenly rushed in front of her car, forcing her to press the brakes in panic.

Rage flickered in her eyes. She unblocked the seatbelt and exited the car. On seeing the perpetrator, Ivy’s eyes turned cold.

”Ms. Susan has your IQ eaten by zombies that you rushed in front of a car?”

Susan, a middle-aged woman with black hair and brown eyes, tremblingly rushed to Ivy’s side. Her behavior of looking around was enough to speak volumes about her fear of zombies.

She even had the audacity to duck behind Ivy, while giving her an ingratiating smile, ”Ivy dear, why are you talking like that? I am your mother’s best friend after all.”

Ivy rolled her eyes in disdain. How can she forget Susan? One of Seraphina’s friends who loved to take advantage of others. She was so shameless that she had once stolen Ivy’s underwear and sold it to a pervert just for some extra bucks.

”Oh, Ivy, why are you being so rude to me?” Susan said with a flattering smile while making sure that she was covered from all sides.

Looking at those horrendous figures, her heart shuddered in fear, and she even wondered why those zombies weren’t attacking Ivy at all.

”Move aside.” Ivy could practically read Susan’s thoughts from her face. In her past life, though their interaction were limited, she was well aware of Susan’s personality.

”I will!” Susan nodded like an understanding elder, ”But before that, can you lend me some food, please? I saw you helping that Paul, surely you must have some food for me too, right ?”

Ivy, bored, pushed Susan away and stated, ”Even if I have food, I won’t give to you.”

”Ahhh!” Susan’s heart almost reached to her throat when she fell right before a zombie. She immediately backed away and wanted to shout at Ivy.

However, remembering how her bellowing could attract these grotesque creatures, she held back her grievance and bit her lips,

”Ivy, is this the way you behave with an elder. If your mother knew, she would be disappointed with you.” There was an indirect threat in words.

”She won’t dare.” Ivy left behind the cryptic words and got inside the car; she wasn’t in the mood to deal with people like Susan.

Susan bit her lips and held on to the car door, preventing Ivy from closing it, ”Ivy, I am warning if I tell Seraphina, she will beat you till you are on your last breath!”

Ivy rolled her eyes. Few memories appeared in her mind. Unpleasant and shocking ones. She can understand Susan’s confidence.

After all, Seraphina indulges Susan a lot. It was as if Susan were her(Seraphina’s) daughter. Many times, Seraphina even beat Ivy because Susan was dissatisfied with Ivy’s slow reaction time.

At first, Ivy didn’t understand why. However, once she saw Seraphina kiss Susan and it was then did she realized that Seraphina was bisexual.

Worse... even Magnus knew about it. They even discussed how many good times they had during college.

Seraphina, Magnus, and Susan were once in a polygamous relationship, but soon, Susan fell in love with another man and she left the trio’s group.

Later, when Seraphina and Magnus bought an apartment in the Skyline residential area, they found Susan and started their affair too.

Using this affection of Seraphina, Susan had bullied Ivy a lot. Though the reason remained unclear as to why she was hellbent on abusing Ivy, Ivy suspected that Susan had some sick tendencies.

Snapping out of her daze, she pulled the car door with force, causing Susan to stumble slightly, and the door closed.

Rolling down the window, Ivy stared at Susan and said with a disdainful expression, ”Just in case you don’t know, I am petty and hold grudges easily.”

With that, Ivy deliberately pressed on horn to attract the attention of the zombies and sped off. Susan’s face paled as she cursed Ivy.

Ivy didn’t even bother about Susan. Maybe she might end up reaching the building after fighting for a long while, or maybe she gets infected midway.

It wasn’t her concern anymore. She whistled along the way and soon reached the military compound in a good mood.

Back in her apartment, she reached her room and started to torture the Ravencroft family. Once her mood was lifted, she contacted the seller of solar panels and arranged a meeting for tomorrow.

To her luck, she triggered her supplies-picking superpower, and it was again in Silas’s home. This time it was rice again.

Ivy didn’t know if it was her imagination or something... but she kept on feeling as if... as long as she desires something... she gets it after two to three days.

Like medicine... like rice... so if she made request like solar panels or solar cookers, will they be fulfilled?

Ivy didn’t dare to completely believe the assumption, considering that she doesn’t have any absolute proof.

Instead, she focused on picking the rice packets, and the number of rice packets reached a staggering sum of 2981 packets!

Using 1500 KB, she multiplied 1500 rice packages, making her rice packages reach 75000... that was almost 30,000kg of rice!

1kg of rice and 1 packet of salt for a solar panel and solar generator. 500g of rice, and half a packet of salt for solar cookers and solar ovens

She can easily buy 10,000 solar panels and solar generators, as well as 5000 solar cookers and solar ovens with so much!

Suppressing her excitement, Ivy waited for the next day to arrive.

Then she thought about Silas and decided to deliver some food to him.

.......

Silas, who was stationed to patrol the surrounding area, felt a heat rushing in his body. For some unknown reason, he had been irritated for the past few days.
