Chapter 88 Building a Patrol Team

”It can be regarded as doing as the Romans do.” Luo Xiu smiled lightly, and didn’t care too much about this matter.

Now that the matter has already happened and I have faced it head-on, there is nothing to worry about.

In the afternoon, Luo Xiu first went to the werewolf canyon to see the battle situation of Bai Yu and the others.

Then he came back and walked around the entire camp with a radius of about 500 meters with Morissa and Bai Yue’er.

The main purpose is to let them see which location is suitable for developing a farm and ranch.

The farmland is now in the camp and cannot be changed, but at that time, a road can be built to connect the farmland with the future pasture.

This is also conducive to the rapid development of pastures.

Moreover, Luo Xiu now has hundreds of food cores in his hand.

In the future, farmland will be reclaimed on a large scale, and more manpower will inevitably be needed.

We still need to pay attention to the selection of land for farms and pastures.

It should be placed in a location that will not hinder the construction of other houses as much as possible, and at the same time be more suitable for the development of agriculture and animal husbandry.

In this regard, Mo Lisa can be regarded as an expert.

Although Bai Yue’er understands, her main job outside these years has been to act as a manager for various city lords.

In this aspect alone, it is still not as good as Morisa.

After some selection, Morisa chose the Spiritwood Forest located in the northwest of the camp as the site of the farm and ranch.

”Well, then choose this place, and you can develop the spiritual wood here by the way.”

Luo Xiu looked at the jungle and nodded slightly.

He had always wanted to develop the spirit trees here before.

After all, there are four spiritual wood trees here, which can accommodate eight wood cutting machines and produce [-] spiritual wood points every day.

It’s just that this area belongs to a relatively remote location.

Some time ago, Luo Xiu’s main energy was still on the development of the east and south.

I don’t know much about the situation in the north either.

Since a city is to be built now, it must be surrounded in the future.

The size of the city pool depends on the area occupied by all the buildings in the city that need to be built later.

After finishing all this work, the time came to more than four o’clock in the afternoon.

Luo Xiu went to the zombie village again and conducted a more detailed survey of the surrounding situation.

When he released the owl’s eye and flew nearly five kilometers away, Luo Xiu found himself at the border of a city.

Taking a look at the flag planted on the edge of the city, Luo Xiu immediately recognized it.

This city is exactly the city of the wasteland orcs.

”I didn’t expect these guys’ city to be so big, and they can still be seen here.”

Luo Xiu murmured, thinking that he would start building his second life fire core in the zombie bunker tomorrow.

It also feels a little tricky.

Lighting the Lifefire torch here will probably attract the exploration of the wasteland orcs.

”Let’s talk about it when the time comes. If they really dare to come, let them see my strength.”

As Luo Xiu said, he squeezed his fist unconsciously.

Although his current city has not yet fully developed.

But it is not a soft persimmon that can be kneaded by others.

These high-level summoned beasts and high-level defensive towers are not easy to mess with.

”Besides, they want to attack from here, they are going from low to high. We are in an excellent position.”

”It’s really not certain who will suffer at that time.”

Luo Xiu looked at the narrow mountain road not far away.

There are still traces of being smashed out by the super-large zombie body before.

Apart from flying, this is the only offensive route here.

Luo Xiu likes to use this kind of dangerous level to fight.

At the very beginning, relying on such terrain, he took down the first three areas of the werewolf tribe step by step.

”However, these wilderness orcs will not be so stupid as to line up to give away their heads. Ground attack is not enough, they will definitely consider air attack.”

”At that time, it is particularly crucial to have enough soul-type summoned beasts.”

Luo Xiu thought for a moment, and decided to spend some resources in exchange for more soul-type summoned beasts after going back, and then upgrade them.

Now Luo Xiu doesn’t need any high-quality soul-type summoned beasts at all.

The main thing is to pile up the quantity, five hundred summoned soul beasts are still too little for building a city.

The patrol area that can be covered is also quite limited.

Not to mention that a large part of them are now sent to follow Bai Yu and the others to develop the Werewolf Canyon.

”There must be a patrol team on the ground, let’s take a look together after we go back.”

The patrol team on the ground is mainly composed of summoned beasts with certain insight skills.
For example, the Dryad Scouts belonged to the same race as the Dryad Hunters, and the Owl Guards, who were known as ”the strongest scouts”.

Luo Xiu’s Owl Eye was actually derived from the Owl Guard.

Although they are only summoned beasts of green quality, they have extremely strong insight.

It is most suitable as a patrol team for the city.

Once an enemy situation is discovered, they can immediately notify the surrounding summoned beasts and defense towers.

It will also cause some soul fluctuations. As long as someone is nearby, they can receive their reminders and quickly respond to the battle.

After returning to the camp, Luo Xiu said that his soul would plunge into the fire of life, and began to exchange various resources in his hands for the design of the summoned beast.

The main thing is to use the Blue Jue Rock.

In such a period now, other resources are not easy to use, and because many resources have increased in price, the value of iron sheets has been greatly depreciated.

Only the Rock of Blue Jue, no one can bargain with Luo Xiu.

Because in the entire market, he is the only one who sells this rare ore.

Others may have discovered rare ore resources, but they did not have Luo Xiu’s output.

It’s not like the Blue Jue Stone Mine, which can produce a steady stream of output.

Therefore, they must not be enough for themselves, let alone sell them.

After a period of exchange, Luo Xiu successfully exchanged for more than 200 designs of soul-type summoned beasts, more than 50 designs of Treant Scouts, and more than 30 designs of Owl Guards.

A total of nearly 50 yuan was spent on the Blue Jue Rock.

Although it was a bit painful, in general, Luo Xiu still felt it was worth it.

After doing so much, the ultimate goal is to ensure the safety of his own city in the future.

If the city is lost, no matter how many resources there are, it will become someone else’s wedding dress.

Luo Xiu still thinks clearly about this matter.

When it was time to cut the flesh, he would never hesitate.

After synthesizing all these summoned beasts and raising their level, Luo Xiu took a last look at his ranking in the competition for supreme glory, and left Fatefire.

After this day’s accumulation, Luo Xiu’s honor points increased by more than 100 again.

The ranking also went from 205 to 181.
