Chapter 57 Contract Signing
”These bonuses include your monthly excellence award of 100 iron pieces.”

”Quarterly rewards every quarter.”

”As well as half-year awards and year-end awards.”

”In short, as long as you do things well, you don’t have to worry about salary.”

Luo Xiu finished.

The five immediately said in unison: ”Understood, my lord! Thank you, my lord! We will definitely work hard!”

There are so many bonuses and rewards that the city lords of many cities may not be able to come up with.

And now Luo Xiu’s camp is not too big, and it doesn’t take too much energy to manage it.

In the future, Luo Xiu’s camp will have better development, and the benefits will certainly be indispensable to them.

”Well, very good, since you are all sure, then we can sign the master-servant contract.”

”I believe you are all familiar with these. To be able to be a senior assistant, you must have enough experience.”

”I won’t say anything superfluous. You just need to remember that if you follow me faithfully, the future will definitely be bright.”

”But if any of you want to steal information from me or betray me, then no matter where you flee to the ends of the earth, I will never let you go!”

When Luo Xiu said the last thing, his face became extremely severe.

The five people could also hear that Luo Xiu was not threatening them, but was stating a fact.

”My lord, don’t worry, we will definitely do our best to serve you and will not do anything to betray you!”

Oni of the Berserkers said.

The other four also expressed their determination.

”I hope you mean what you say.”

After Luo Xiu finished speaking, he took out the contract.

This contract is somewhat binding.

If the vassal has some serious acts of betrayal, such as sneak attacking the master, stealing the master’s valuables, demolishing the building of the master’s camp, etc.

Then you will be tortured by the power of the contract in the contract.

Pain all over, and will temporarily lose consciousness for a period of time, turning into a lamb waiting to be slaughtered.

The master can now deal with the assistant who has done these things at will.

Even if they are killed, there will be no problem.

The five quickly signed the contract.

The duration of the contract is five years.

That is to say, within five years, everything they have belongs to Luo Xiu.

But Luo Xiu also needs to pay them the agreed salary every month.

If Luo Xiu didn’t pay their salaries for more than three consecutive months, they could still contact people from the Gods’ Guild through the contacts they kept on their bodies.

Initiate a whistleblowing lawsuit against Luo Xiu.

If it succeeds, Luo Xiu will need to pay double salary and be punished to a certain extent.

Failure, needless to say.

No one will spare a slave who dares to report his master.

After the five people signed the contract, Luo Xiu put it in his storage ring.

At the same time, the first-level alert status of the surrounding summoned beasts and defensive towers was lifted.

The five people were also given the most basic permissions.

Now they will not be attacked by summoned beasts in the camp.

Of course, if they took the initiative to provoke the summoned beast, they would be killed if they were killed.

This is self-inflicted.

Secondly, now they can also carry out some simple construction and deployment of summoned beasts within the scope of the camp.

”Sit in the room first.”

Luo Xiu led them into the spirit wood hut.

Mo Lisa put a basket of fruit on the table and invited five people to taste it.

The five of them were flattered for a while.

They were on the side of other survivors, but never before had a master received such a friendly vassal.

But soon, in the middle of chatting with Luo Xiu.

The five of them also gradually relaxed.

Luo Xiu also saw that the abilities of the five people were really good through talking with them.

He also has a relatively good understanding of the situation in the entire Dark Land.

As expected, senior assistants still have a certain level.

”By the way, you all should know about the Kuroshio tide a while ago, right?”

Suddenly, Luo Xiu changed the subject and mentioned something about the Kuroshio.

All five nodded.

”Since we are all our own people, then we closed the door, and I opened it up.”

”The last Kuroshio, my side is one of the main routes of the Kuroshio.”

Luo Xiu stopped for two seconds and said again.

”One of the main routes!”

The five of them were quite surprised again.

With the experience of their senior assistants, of course they know what it means to be on the main route of the Kuroshio Current.

Because there are too many dark creatures attacking the Kuroshio, they will generally divert according to the distribution of life fire in the area.

Take this black tide as an example.

There are three main Kuroshio current routes and more than ten secondary routes in the ancient woodland relic area.

On the secondary route, the number of people impacted by dark creatures is basically tens of thousands a day.

And there will not be a particularly powerful lord appearing.

At most, there will be some small lords attacking.

Survivors on such a route can be said to be quite lucky.

As long as you make good use of the terrain, you can easily hold your own camp.

And if it is on the main route, then at least one hundred thousand dark creatures will be impacted every day.

There will also be medium lords and even large lord raids at the height of the Kuroshio.

Under such circumstances, there are very few survivors who can stick to it.

Even if there is, it must have taken advantage of the fairly good terrain.

Although Luo Xiu’s side can be regarded as a natural danger, it can’t be regarded as the best terrain.

It is extremely difficult to face the impact of dark creatures on the main route of the Kuroshio Current.

And Luo Xiu survived the impact.

Even the city walls weren’t too damaged, and the camp didn’t show too many signs of being invaded by dark creatures.

This is quite an exaggeration.

”My lord, how did you persevere? Do you have any special skills?”

A woman of the Fox Spirit Clan, Bai Yue’er couldn’t help asking.

”Without special skills, no matter how good the skills are, they won’t be of much use in front of a Kuroshio of this magnitude.”

”What I rely on are my defensive towers and summoned beasts.”

Luo Xiu raised his head slightly and said proudly.

”Sigh~”

All five of them gasped.

”Could it be, my lord, the actual quality of your summoned beasts and defense towers is above gold?”

Oni asked tentatively.

Luo Xiu smiled slightly, nodded lightly, and said, ”That’s right, based on combat power alone, these summoned beasts of mine are at least comparable to ordinary golden summoned beasts, or even red summoned beasts.”

The five of them couldn’t help but gasped again.

Although they had already discovered through observation that Luo Xiu’s summoned beasts were unusual, but now they heard Luo Xiu say it himself.

It was quite shocking, after all, it was a summoned beast comparable to gold or even red in quality.
