The Corruption Dragon God: Lust System

Chapter 135: 135 - why should that change now?

Qingyi sensed the danger immediately.

Even though it wasn’t a life-or-death battle, every hair on his body stood on end, and his eyes quivered as he gritted his teeth.

This might not be a fatal attack, but he had to dodge it at all costs.

Qingyi arched his body and the tip of Qingxue’s black blade grazed his throat, drawing a single drop of blood.

Spinning around, he activated the lightning steps, opening up space between him and Elder Qingxue.

”This is the only chance I’m going to give you. Use all your power, don’t hold back.” The elder repeated, her cold, serene voice causing the handsome young man to shiver.

That woman was truly frightening.

Qingyi sighed heavily and deactivated the concealment arrays of the three-bladed monarch set.

His cultivation of the sixth stage of the Golden Core realm exploded with maximum power and blue lightning covered in silver threads spread across his body, burning everything they touched.

He observed Qingxue’s beautiful, delicate face.

She looked slightly surprised, she knew he was hiding his power, but she had expected him to hide only one level of cultivation, not three.

”You have an interesting concealment artifact...” She whispered, her beautiful blue eyes studying Qingyi’s robes.

Fortunately, her interest didn’t last long, her eyes returning to their usual coldness.

Qingyi hesitated for a brief moment before activating the lightning steps again.

The air around him exploded as he closed the distance between himself and the silver-haired beauty in the blink of an eye.

He put all his strength into that attack, the pressure high enough to make the entire ground around him sink as the heaven-defying thunder sword struck Qingxue’s white sword.

Even without using her Qi to defend herself, the beautiful elder didn’t even wince under that attack.

With a gentle thrust, she pushed Qingyi back once again.

”You are powerful,” she said.

”Your physical strength and Qi are in no way inferior to an Iron Body Realm novice, but...” She stepped forward, activating her movement technique.

Her curvaceous body was taken over by a violent gale, her long silver hair whipping the air as she appeared above Qingyi.

”Your form is too rough.”

Qingyi raised the heaven-defying thunder sword, parrying Qingxue’s blow.

Even though she wasn’t using all her power, the difference in cultivation was too high for him to cross.

His fists gave way and his feet sank into the marble floor as he was pushed backwards.

”Despite your power and speed, your swings are lacking in skill. Good for a soldier, but far from enough to classify you as someone worthy of being a sword expert.”

Qingxue swung both swords at the same time, decreasing the power of her blows but increasing the speed, forcing Qingyi to defend himself desperately.

The handsome young man moved his draconic Qi, imbuing it in his eyes and activating his draconic eyes with maximum force.

Even though the world slowed down when he used this ability, he still had difficulty defending himself.

Cultivators with wind Qi were the pinnacle of speed.

No matter how hard he pushed his arms and eyes, she always seemed to be a little faster than him.

Her words weren’t wrong either, and he knew it.

Despite all the power and the ability to cross cultivation levels, his skill with the sword still left a lot to be desired.

He had never received a formal education in fencing, and the few lessons he received from his master were barely enough to classify him as a mediocre fighter.

Everything he knew about swinging a sword, he learned by himself, trying, bleeding and winning.

But... why should that change now?

”Uh?” Qingxue raised an eyebrow, feeling the air around Qingyi change, his eyes filling with determination.

His feet sank into the ground as he stopped retreating, fending off one last attack from Qingxue before counterattacking.

The heaven-defying thunder sword tore through the air in a downward strike.

The silver-haired beauty didn’t think much of that attack.

She simply stopped her advance and crossed her swords, taking up a defensive position.

She was expecting a frontal and direct attack, but to her surprise, this was not the case. Qingyi’s sword hit hers, but the attack immediately lost power.

Instead of just bouncing off as it always did, the heaven-defying thunder sword slid past her double swords and at that moment, he used the first form of the storm monarch’s sword art, aiming straight for her chest.

In that brief moment, he finally saw a spot of panic appear on her face.

It wasn’t that she had any chance of being hurt by that attack, but the possibility of being defeated by a disciple of far inferior cultivation and experience.

She bit her lip as she turned her body, Qingyi’s attack passing inches from her shoulder.

Without wasting any time, she advanced towards him.

Her long, shapely legs entwined with his and with the power of a peak iron body expert, she threw him to the ground, kneeling over him and pressing her double swords against his neck.

”You’re good. Few disciples should be able to compare to you, but there’s still a long way to go.”

She shook her head, her cold, indifferent gaze gently changing as she noticed the expression on Qingyi’s face.

Why was he like this?

Just then, she felt something press against her shapely, round ass. It was big, hard and throbbing.

”Nghnn~” A sound she never thought she would be capable of making escaped her lips and her jade-white skin was filled with a red fervor as she realized the situation.

She was sitting directly on top of Qingyi, her legs wide open and her butt pressed against the young man’s crotch.

She hadn’t even thought about it during the fight, she just wanted to win.

Qingxue stood up immediately.

Her steps were shaky and she felt an intense heat rising between her legs, a slight dampness taking hold of her panties.

”Elder, I-” Qingyi’s words were interrupted when a token hit his chest.

Picking up the token, he looked at it.

It was a golden token, exuding a much more powerful Qi than that of the inner disciples. Its middle bore the name of Elder Qingxue.

”Elder Tian will officiate at your new position. We’ll start training tomorrow morning.”

Qingxue’s voice sounded, still cold and serene, but Qingyi could still perceive a slight tremor in her words as she hurried away.
