Chapter 142 Battle against Pirates (7)

Chapter 142 Decisive Battle with Pirates ([-])

Although the fleet was withdrawn from the battlefield, it was only temporary.

After a brief discussion and arrangement, everyone quickly completed a revised version of the provisional plan.

During the seven-day voyage, everyone formulated countless things that might happen with this battle.

Among them, the naval battle part occupies 70.00%.

But now that the naval battle is over, the next step is to attack the islands and win them in one fell swoop.

Although there are few plans in this part, most of them are similar. Even in the current situation, only some small details need to be modified temporarily.

After completing the planning and arrangement, Lin Feng also arranged the supply of shells for the other three ships.

Distribute all the remaining shells, this battle, either win, or come back next time!
Anyway, the sulfur and got a part, the problem of saltpeter can be extracted from other minerals.

Although the amount is small, it is still a part that can be collected.

And now that he already knew the location of the pirate stronghold, at worst, the next time the brimstone ran out, he would just send another fleet to plunder it.

The one-hour rest period soon ended, and the four warships parked on the spot also began to slowly start to disperse.

The two fast-moving frigates did not play much role in this battle against the island, so they were directly arranged on the outskirts of the islands.

The frigates are on the left and the right, forming a triangle with the position of the battleship on the map, enclosing the entire archipelago.

The two battleships are the main focus of this attack. After slowly starting, the two battleships began to continuously modify their course.

Of course, the distance of this modification is beyond the range of the opponent’s artillery, although the modified battleship is indeed very flexible.

But she is still a battleship close to [-] meters long. Under this huge body, the turning adjustment still needs hundreds of meters to adjust.

The activation of the two battleships surprised the pirates on the archipelago, and immediately became vigilant again.

Just repelled them, now it’s starting up again.

What are they trying to do this time?
The sea wolf who fled back to the archipelago put the entire archipelago into the highest combat readiness immediately.

Tens of thousands of people began to immediately build various fortifications on the three islands to prevent the opponent from attacking the island.

At the same time, countless weapons and equipment were distributed to the islanders.

Even women and children were distributed with weapons.

The residents who are members of the pirates also know their own fate, either to fight with the pirates, or to be executed on the spot.

After getting used to the pirates’ style for a long time, in this case, he has already consciously picked up weapons to fight against foreign enemies.

”What do they... want to do?!”

Looking at the activated battleship, the sea wolf hiding in the fort muttered to himself.

”Being able to easily annihilate my fleet, logically speaking, should have already entered the mechanical age, but why do you want to trouble me when you enter this era?”

”Could it be that the Holy Land has been discovered?”

Thinking of this, Sea Wolf frowned even more, then shook his head slightly to deny this idea.

”No, no, a power of this level should already have a holy land, a holy land in a barren sea area, it’s useless for them to take it?!”

Just as the sea wolf was upset, two battleships [-] kilometers away from the archipelago were ready to attack.

”Target, the artillery position of the mountain bowl, the single-ship team fires and suppresses in stages!”

Lin Feng set his sights on the most threatening artillery position in the archipelago.

The artillery set in the mountain bowl has a high position and good vision, and the range will inevitably increase under such a blessing.

And the first attack before was also launched in the mountain bowl.

Now the first target is it.

The distance of [-] kilometers belongs to the maximum range of the howitzer.

Of course, this is only for the maximum range of the naval guns in the cabin.

If it is a naval gun on the deck, there is no limit to the angle, and the maximum range can reach three kilometers!

But in that case, the accuracy and firepower density cannot be guaranteed.

To fight against this kind of unit with a bunker, it is far from enough to rely on ten artillery pieces on the deck.

It can only be threatened by two battleships launching a salvo attack.

As the attack order was issued, the two stable battleships simultaneously began to attack according to the level.

Hundreds of artillery shells roared towards the Haidao Shanbo artillery position.

The violent explosion directly shattered the original bunker, and the personnel in the artillery position under the bunker had to evacuate temporarily under such an attack.

After all, if you stay here, if a shell hits through the gap, it will be game over.

Countless firelights flickered on the mountain bowl, and the trees that were originally here have been blasted by the artillery. I don’t know where they went.

At this time, a huge explosion suddenly came from the mountain bowl.

”Boom-boom-”

After the second round of keyboard attacks, a shell really shot into the artillery position from the gap between the muzzles, directly blowing the interior to pieces.

What’s even more coincidental is that along with the gunpowder that hadn’t had time to be removed, it directly triggered a secondary explosion.

”boom--”

The huge explosion shocked Lin Feng.

Did you hit the inside at this time? !

He quickly picked up the binoculars to check, and there were several unusual black smoke coming out from the middle of the mountain bowl.

At the same time, there are fires coming out from time to time inside.

”Cease fire, Black Coral shifts its target, hits No. [-], No. [-], and No. [-] in turn, and Robin arrives and lands as planned!”

Lin Feng immediately issued the general attack order.

With his current ammunition reserves, it would be unrealistic to clear all the security naval guns.

Lin Feng’s purpose was to create a firepower vacuum area on the island, allowing the ship’s personnel to land in this area and attack the island.

However, this is only the most ideal plan, and Lin Feng and the others are not clear about the situation of naval artillery defense on the shore.

Therefore, in the backup plan, the battleship guns only play a suppressive role and do not directly cause damage.

Now the first goal is a victory, which makes Lin Feng very happy, and directly gives the attack command.

During the correction period just now, Lin Feng also calculated the protective performance of the battleship.

As long as a certain point of the ship is attacked at the same time, it is difficult for other attacks to directly pile up the battleship and cause direct paralysis.

No matter how bad luck is, even if the mast is broken, relying on the remaining power can still kill the island.

But at that time, landing on the island was a fight to the death.

However, for the battle on the island, Lin Feng will not take the lead in the charge. As a cover attack, he will only reach 500 meters into the islands recently to cover the artillery fire.

As the Robin turned and arrived at the islands, the landing battle was about to start.

As for Lin Feng’s car, the Black Coral, it moved forward slowly in a zigzag maneuver.

And the 64 artillery pieces on the ship are also constantly providing fire suppression to affect the vision of the opponent’s artillery.
