Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 140 Reflections on Enterprise Growth, Paradise Members Gather Offline!Chapter 140 Reflections on Enterprise Growth, Paradise Members Gather Offline!
”Brother? Why are you here?”

At the Third Middle School, Lu Xiaoyu rushed out after receiving a phone call, and then saw Lu Dayong standing calmly at the school gate.

When Lu Dayong saw Xiaoyu, his heart warmed slightly, and he calmly said, ”Come with me first.”

”Ok?”

Lu Xiaoyu was confused, but she still obediently followed Lu Dayong.

Lu Dayong led her along the way, but judging from the direction they were heading, they were actually leaving Dashi City.
Looking at the silent Lu Dayong again, Lu Xiaoyu realized that something was wrong. She grabbed Lu Dayong and asked in a low voice, ”Brother... has something happened?”

Lu Dayong paused for a moment, then finally nodded: ”My uncle is dead.”

”Huh?” The sudden news stunned Lu Xiaoyu, her eyes widening: ”Uncle is dead?”

”I killed him.”

Before the previous news could be fully accepted, the next news left Lu Xiaoyu completely stunned.

Her eyes widened, and her mind went blank.

”As expected, the officials are already at my home and will find me soon. So, we need to leave Dashi City.”

Lu Dayong did not hide it from his sister.

When he killed his uncle’s group of people at home, he knew he could no longer stay in Oshi City.

Revealing an epic class is useless.

The commotion was so loud that it clearly alerted the neighbors, who might have seen the Matrix of Punishment.

He revealed his epic class, but what if the official team asks him to use the Punishment Pillar Matrix skill again?
The boss made it very clear... When acting as ’Lu Dayong’, the ring skill cannot be used.

But he has already used it.

There’s no way around it... Although it’s an epic class, its defense is already at its peak, but its damage output is indeed very low.

Without using the Punishment Pillar Matrix, without constantly taunting those people around him, and without using the ring skill to increase damage... he wasn’t confident he could capture them all.

Therefore, he cannot stay.

Otherwise, the identities of the park’s members might be exposed.

He wasn’t particularly smart, but he knew that... changing careers wasn’t something just anyone could do.

This could very well be related to a major secret of the park!

If he causes the park’s secret to be exposed...

He would rather die.

...His inconsistent behavior was already quite unsettling.

Now, I dare not take the risk of this matter.

So he has to leave.

Lu Xiaoyu was completely stunned; the news was clearly too shocking for her.

After a long while, she finally came to her senses, pursed her lips, and took a deep breath: ”Fine, if I killed him, I killed him! My uncle was always full of malice towards us! We’re better off without such relatives!”

”Brother, where do we go now?”

Lu Dayong answered without hesitation: ”Jindong City.”

”Jindong City?”

Lu Xiaoyu was clearly stunned, obviously not expecting her brother to have such a clear goal.

Why go to Jindong City?

”Something came up... We can talk about it later. I’ll leave now.”

Lu Dayong said.

After a moment of stunned silence, Lu Xiaoyu quickly nodded.

She and Lu Dayong depended on each other for survival. Although the incident happened unexpectedly, since her brother chose to leave, she certainly wouldn’t hold him back!
And so, the brother and sister left Dashi City.

Dashi City is not close to Jindong City, and Lu Xiaoyu is just an ordinary person, so this journey is destined to be full of dangers.

But Lu Dayong believed he could take good care of his sister.

Lu Xiaoyu had no doubt that her brother could take good care of her.

……

”Well then... welcome to the park.”

”See you soon.”

After a flash of white light, the other party disappeared from the office, and Qin Fang let out a long sigh of relief.

The recruitment of two employees is now complete.

The new members are named Yin Zining and Xu Mengmeng, one a mage and the other a warrior.

He also looked at the two new professions. They were decent and powerful, but nothing particularly outstanding.

Qin Fang did not grant these two employees the passive skill ’Time Prison Guardian’, but instead selected three skills from the other employees.

These two employees were not within the ’Abyss Conquest Team’s’ expected scope; they were only there to complete Advanced Mission 2, and Qin Fang didn’t trust them enough.

So they only gave them the ’Liar’s Mask’ and a few ’Epic Skills’ to enhance them.

The passive ability of the Time Prison Guardian is too strong, and its source is Zhou Ze... Apart from the core staff he trusts most, Qin Fang does not plan to give it to anyone else.

Of course, even so... the strength of the Paradise members will be far greater than that of other epic professions because of the other skills he provides.

”But the current recruitment method is still too slow... Hopefully, in the future, there will be skills for employees to recruit employees as well. How can a large company do all the hiring themselves?”

Qin Fang thought to himself, ”This is what I’m complaining about.”

Headhunting firms are very useful, but the cooldown period is too long. They only offer headhunting services once every 7 days.

It doesn’t seem like anything’s wrong right now.

But even now, just from level 1 to level 2, it already requires 20 epic employees.

Will there be even more later on?
If the cooling is done every seven days, wouldn’t it take 3 years to cool down 100 employees?
100 is manageable.

What about a thousand?
Thirty years?
and……

”There are too few frontline employees.”

Which large enterprise only has a group of core employees?
”If we don’t expand to the grassroots level, our influence will inevitably be limited. Many things will also be difficult to do... The liar’s mask, after all, still has certain limitations.”

Epic-level classes are powerful, but they’re also far too conspicuous. The Liar’s Mask is useful under normal circumstances... but if an epic-level or higher detection item appears, it immediately gives you away.

It’s true that companies need high-end capabilities, but they can’t completely lack a foundation either.

”Unfortunately... the company’s recruitment standards are a bit too high. If only outstanding individuals, elites, and even ordinary employees could be recruited...”

Qin Fang began to daydream.

If that’s the case... then a company’s influence can truly and rapidly increase.

”Or... how about we start recruiting some informal staff?”

Qin Fang began to ponder this matter.

But soon, he let out a sigh and shook his head. Ideally, even the most junior employees would be included in the ’Paradise’ system. This would inevitably lead to a massive increase in their attributes and experience.

But if that really doesn’t work... then there’s nothing we can do but form an ’outer organization’.

But this is definitely not something that can be done now.

He also lacks experience in building an organization and needs to find talent in this area.

In addition, it’s really inconvenient to contact each other now.

Effective communication is crucial for truly expanding influence.

”Let’s level up first... We’ll see how things go after we get the instant communication skill.”

He was thinking to himself...

……

time flies.

Five days have passed in the blink of an eye.

Qin Fang is still waiting for the headhunting firm to cool down.

Meanwhile, things were already bustling in Jindong City.

”Xiao, Shuang, it’s been a long time.”

In a luxurious penthouse in Jindong City, Lin Fan knocked on the door and smiled when he saw Xiao You open it.

”Yan, it’s been a long time! Come in and have a seat!”

Xiaoyou warmly welcomed them.

Xiaoyou lives in Jindong City. She has joined a fixed group and has some companions.

That’s why we chose this location as the ’offline’ meeting point.

Gu Yiyun’s location was not far from Jin Dong City, so she arrived first.

Lin Fan arrived today as well.

This house was naturally bought by Xiaoyou... She fabricated an identity using the Liar’s Mask, easily passed the professional combat department’s assessment, and then used that identity to buy this house... Xiaoyou is now a very wealthy woman.

This house was specially prepared for Lin Fan and Gu Yiyun after they arrived. They can stay here temporarily for a while.

As for Qin Xiaoyou... she has a fixed group and doesn’t live here. Occasionally, she goes there to level up with her fixed group.

The three had met once before in the Upside-Down Cloud Realm, so they were acquainted, but to be honest, they weren’t very familiar with each other. After exchanging a few pleasantries, Lin Fan said, ”Now that we’re here, let’s talk about the upgrades.”

”Let’s level up in the Thousand Gorges Corridor. I’m quite familiar with it. There are a few monster spawn points deep inside, but not many people go there... because it’s very deep, and it takes too long to go back and forth. Plus, the monsters are high-level and it’s very dangerous.” Qin Xiaoyou had obviously done her homework recently, hence her suggestion.

Gu Yiyun nodded and said, ”I agree. I’ve been to those places before... It was difficult for my damage to level up there back then, but now... it should be fine!”

After acquiring the ’Ruins of Time’ passive ability, their damage output has been greatly enhanced.

”Okay, then I’ll do as you say.”

Lin Fan naturally had no objections.

Qin Xiaoyou smiled and said, ”You’ll be staying here for a while. There are plenty of rooms. Brother... the boss said two more team members are coming, so it’ll be more lively with more people.”

Qin Xiaoyou grew up in an orphanage and loved the lively atmosphere.

”I wonder what the new team members are like...”

Just then, my phone rang.

She paused for a moment, and Gu Yiyun and Lin Fan both stopped talking and looked at her.

She picked up the phone.

”Hey, who is that?”

She asked.

There was a long silence on the other end of the phone before a hesitant male voice finally spoke: ”Hello... the boss asked me to make this call...”

”Oh, you must be the new member? Hello, where are you now?”

Qin Xiaoyou didn’t expect that the phone would ring so soon after she mentioned the new member, and she immediately smiled warmly.

The voice on the other end of the phone visibly relaxed, tentatively asking, ”Le...”

Qin Xiaoyou smiled and said, ”Yes, Paradise. I’m also a member of Paradise, codename ’Xiao’. Where are you? I’ll send you my location, then you can come over.”

There was another moment of silence on the other end, before a low voice said, ”There’s a special situation...”

”Huh?” Qin Xiaoyou asked, startled.

“I brought my sister with me.”

”Eh?”

Qin Xiaoyou was confused. What did that mean?
Did you bring your younger sister along?

”Don’t worry, I didn’t tell her about the organization. It’s just... something happened over there, and I was worried about leaving her alone. So...”

The other person sounded somewhat uneasy.

Qin Xiaoyou subconsciously looked at Gu Yiyun and Lin Fan... They had heard it too.

Lin Fan and Gu Yiyun both frowned slightly.

After thinking for a moment, Lin Fan asked, ”So, do you need a place to settle your sister down right now?”

”……Yes.”

”Okay, I understand. Keep your phone accessible, we’ll call you back in a bit.”

”it is good.”

After hanging up the phone, Qin Xiaoyou subconsciously looked at Lin Fan, who had just taken over the conversation.

”What should we do? Bro... the boss didn’t say the new member would bring family...”

She scratched her head and asked.

After thinking for a moment, Lin Fan said, ”The other party’s sister is not a member, so it’s not appropriate for us to meet with her. Let’s find her a place to stay first... Judging from her voice, she shouldn’t be very old, and her tone seems a bit uneasy... I guess she doesn’t have much money on her.”

”Do epic-level classes also lack money?”

Qin Xiaoyou was stunned for a moment.

”Maybe something happened right after he awakened,” Lin Fan sighed softly.

He understood, because he was in almost the same situation.

He had just awakened when he was forced to fake his death.

”Okay, that’s easy, leave it to me.”

Qin Xiaoyou nodded.

”Okay, I’ll contact him and see what’s going on.”
