Mythical Professions are all my employees

Chapter 132 A Legendary Thing! The Mission is So Difficult. Mission 4!Chapter 132 A Legendary Thing! The Mission is So Difficult. Mission 4!

These were the upgrade tasks, which Qin Fang hadn’t expected.

His brows furrowed involuntarily.

After looking at it several times, he let out a soft breath.

That seems reasonable.

After all, his profession is being a boss; what good is it for him to stand up for himself alone? For a ’company,’ the key is still its employees.

A person?

No matter how successful they are, they’re still considered self-employed!
Thinking about it this way, it’s not surprising that similar tasks appear...

The five tasks were almost all directed at the employees; none of them concerned Qin Fang himself.

Including Task One... that was achieved through the hard work of the employees, what does it have to do with Qin Fang?
”Looks like we’ll have to speed up the recruitment process... headhunting firm...”

The thought of headhunting firms made Qin Fang’s forehead crease with embarrassment.

The reason for this resentment is that after the recruitment cooldown period for Zhou Ze ended, when Qin Fang wanted to recruit new legendary employees, the headhunting company gave him a completely new message...

[This profession is rumored to be the most promising in the industry, making it a time-consuming and labor-intensive search. As this is our first collaboration, we are offering your company one opening free of charge. However, from the second opening onwards, you will need to provide a matching salary at the normal rate.]

Qin Fang was a little confused when he saw this prompt.

Upon seeing the headhunting firm’s ’quotation,’ Qin Fang’s face darkened completely.

50000 corporate reputation!

Furthermore, the headhunting firm offered a friendly reminder: ”[This price depends on the highest potential rank in this field and may be subject to adjustment. Please be aware.]”

This left Qin Fang feeling extremely frustrated.

To be fair, considering the legendary strength, exchanging 50000 corporate reputation for one isn’t really a bad deal.

But because the first time was free, the sudden change to paying without any preparation, and at such an ’expensive’ price, was still a bit hard for him to accept.

But he couldn’t negotiate with the headhunting firm... they didn’t even give him that option.

We had no choice but to accept it, even if it meant swallowing our pride.

The recruitment of the second legendary class... will obviously be put on hold for a long time.

After all, his current passive income is only 50 reputation points per day. Without considering the extra reputation points earned from breaking records, it would take him three years to save up to 50000.

Even including the earnings from breaking records, and even if he breaks records himself... it would probably take him more than a year to keep busy...

This left Qin Fang feeling quite helpless.

(Yes, that’s right, it’s about fixing the settings. Otherwise, the legends would depreciate too quickly, losing all their value.)
……

After shaking his head, Qin Fang began to seriously consider the next advancement task.

The second promotion task forced him to speed up the signing of employees.

Since there’s no money to recruit legendary classes right now, we can only look for epic-level employees this month.

To date, Qin Fang has obtained a total of four sets of information on Epic employees.

A few days ago, he went to Shengjing and recruited one of them using the form of an ’altar’.

There are currently three potential employees who have not yet been recruited.

But the requirement is 20 epic staff, which means... he still needs to find at least 11 epic staff.

7 days to cool down, 11 in total, that’s almost three months...

Qin Fang was helpless.

There seems to be no other way; otherwise, he would have to go and find it himself.

But the efficiency of finding it myself... seems quite low.

Shaking his head, he concluded that the only downside to this task was that it might take a little longer, but that wasn’t a big deal.

Task 4 is a bit of a challenge.

The employees need to conquer 5 Abyss dungeons.

The text specifically mentions ”employee” but doesn’t mention him. I wonder if he would be considered an employee if he was leading the team?
If it counts, then it’s not a difficult point. If it doesn’t... then it will be a bit more troublesome.

”It looks like we’ll have to give them the passive role of guarding the Time Prison.”

Qin Fang thought to himself.

Every time an employee is summoned, it means a large expenditure of reputation. Currently, reputation is already scarce, and the boss can barely maintain a balance of income and expenditure by working for the boss himself. Although Qin Fang knows that after obtaining the Time Prison Guardian passive skill, the employees will have greater protection in terms of both upgrades and safety, he has not given it to them yet.

I’m really short of money!
But now they might need to enter the Abyss dungeon, so we can’t refuse them.

The gap between his employees and him is still very obvious.

The most obvious difference lies in skills and stats.

Qin Fang is so strong now because all the skills and stats of so many employees have been added to him.

However, ordinary epic-level characters still have limitations in their skills, and their class coefficients are relatively limited. Based on their current stats, it would probably be very difficult for them to clear the Abyss.

It’s only possible if it’s a full epic team with max level and epic gear.

Therefore, the passive role of the Time Prison Guardians is necessary to ensure safety.

If everyone gets the passive effect of Time Prison Guardian... then there shouldn’t be a big problem.

”The only problem now is... there isn’t a single warrior among the regular staff. If I can’t lead the team, who will take the hits?”

Each profession has its own expertise. Even with the passive ability of Time Prison Guardian, the entire team is still fragile and they probably won’t be able to withstand the damage from the Abyss boss.

We still need a tanky class.

Let’s experiment with that later...

Qin Fang thought to himself.

We have made progress on both Task 2 and Task 4.

Only task 5 made Qin Fang frown.

To increase the passive skill to 100, we need to make more people aware of the park’s name.

This is in clear conflict with the development path he has set for the amusement park.

He was trying his best to minimize the amusement park’s conspicuousness, since it wasn’t strong enough yet. But Mission 5 required him to make a name for himself.

Only in this way can passive income be increased.

This has become a rather troublesome point.

Qin Fang pondered for a while, and finally let out a soft breath.

”Forget it, let’s finish missions 2 and 4 first.”

Thinking about this, he pondered for a while and came up with some plans.

……

The next morning, Qin Fang went to the orphanage. Qin Yue was sweeping the yard, and the children were running around and laughing.

”Brother Fang is here!”

Tiger was the first to see Qin Fang and immediately called out to him.

The children immediately gathered around, calling out ”Brother, brother!” repeatedly.

Qin Fang smiled and patted their heads.

Arriving in a completely new environment, the little ones didn’t seem to have any trouble adjusting... In fact, the environment and conditions here are much better than at the Iron Teeth City Welfare Home. After all, Qin Fang is now a major benefactor, and with his support, the little ones are getting proper nutrition, and now they’re all healthy and robust, with much better complexions than before.

The director’s health has improved a lot... After arriving here, the sign for the welfare home was no longer displayed.

The headmistress is getting old and is already finding it difficult to manage. Now that there’s no welfare home sign here, no one is sending orphans here anymore, which has greatly reduced the headmistress’s burden.

The headmistress sighed, saying that after raising all these children to adulthood in good health, she should retire and enjoy a more leisurely life.

Qin Fang has now settled down in Bailu City and visits the welfare home every few days; he’s no longer a rare visitor.

Qin Yue smiled at Qin Fang. Qin Fang looked up and saw that she was wearing a white dress and had a colorful silk scarf on her wrist.

”Okay, let’s go play.”

After patting each of the little ones on the head, Qin Fang let them play on their own and then walked up to Qin Yue.

”Mom is cooking. You can rest for a while. I’ll finish cleaning up, and it’ll be almost time to eat.”

Qin Yue smiled gently at Qin Fang.

Qin Fang smiled, looked around, picked up a broom, and helped with the cleaning.

Seeing this, Qin Yue didn’t stop her; instead, she laughed even more happily.

The two chatted idly for a while before Qin Fang finally spoke up: ”Sis, I need your help.”

”Hmm? Go ahead and say it.” Qin Yue looked at him.

”Well...” Qin Fang paused, then hesitated, ”I might need you to accompany me to the next dungeon...”

He knew, of course, that Qin Yue disliked fighting monsters.

But he had no choice; he had to verify first whether his participation in Task 4 was effective.

If so, then things would be much simpler.

Without it, things would be much more complicated.

”Accompany you to a dungeon?” Qin Yue tilted her head, then blinked. ”Are we going to kill monsters?”

”Ah.”

”With Xiao Fang?”

”Ah.”

”it is good.”

”Eh?”

Qin Fang looked at her in surprise. Was it really that easy?
”Actually, I talked to Xiaoyou the other day and I had the idea of trying to kill some monsters... but... I’m too timid. I wanted to ask you to come with me, but I was afraid of interfering with your business... Now is the perfect time.”

Qin Yue chuckled to herself. She didn’t press Qin Fang about why he suddenly wanted to team up with her for a dungeon run, but her eyes were bright, as if she were looking forward to it.

Qin Fang was taken aback for a moment, then smiled and said, ”That’s perfect, shall we set off in a bit?”

”Okay.” Qin Yue nodded.

The two quickly finished cleaning, and sure enough, the headmistress had also prepared a meal. When she saw Qin Fang arrive, she smiled happily.

After having a meal at the welfare home, Qin Yue said goodbye to the director and then left with Qin Fang.

The headmistress watched the two figures from behind, a kind and gentle light flickering in her eyes.

...Could the mysterious professional my daughter mentioned be Xiao Fang?

she thought.

She’s not stupid; she knows perfectly well what has happened these past few days, one thing after another.

Two more younger children started crying, and the headmistress snapped out of her reverie and turned to deal with them...

……

”Xiao Fang, where are we going now?”

Qin Yue walked beside Qin Fang, asking with a mixture of anticipation and nervousness.

”Back to Iron Teeth City.”

As Qin Fang spoke, he took out a ring and handed it to Qin Yue: ”Sister, replace the ring with the Flame Dragon Avatar or Flame Dragon Bullet with this one.”

Qin Yue paused for a moment, then nodded obediently: ”Oh.”

She took the ring and looked at it.

Then he showed a hint of surprise: ”Xiao Fang, this skill... is so powerful!”

Even Qin Yue could see at a glance that the passive ability of the Time Prison Guardian was much stronger than that of the Dark Night Walker!
After thinking for a moment, she put on the ring and then handed the ’Flame Dragon Incarnation’ ring back to Qin Fang.

Since we’re going to fight monsters, attack power is still very important. The Flame Dragon Avatar increases fire damage, making it a perfect match for the Flame Dragon Bullet.

But now with the passive ability ’Ruins of Time’, it is clearly stronger than the Flame Dragon Avatar.

The damage dealt by the Flame Dragon Bullet is not reduced but increased.

After all, the Fiery Dragon Avatar only increases fire damage by 50%. But the ’Ruins of Time’ is equivalent to an increase of 300%.

The Flame Dragon Avatar Ring was also made with the reputation of 10 companies. Perhaps it would be useful to other employees in the future, so Qin Fang took the ring back.

……

3 hours later.

They have arrived at the town outside the Gulu Cave.

The town was still bustling with activity... even more so than before.

There are a lot of humans.

On the contrary, the number of centaurs is significantly less than before.

In Ironfang City, the centaurs are currently suppressed by humans and dare not act arrogantly or recklessly.

When Qin Yue first arrived at the town outside the dungeon, she was amazed by its prosperity and the presence of professionals armed with weapons. Everything was new and exciting to her.

Qin Fang said, ”Sister, let’s start with the regular version.”

Qin Yue withdrew her gaze and nodded repeatedly: ”Okay!”

Qin Fang led Qin Yue to the entrance and then directly chose to enter the normal version.

In a flash of white light, Qin Fang and Qin Yue disappeared at the entrance of the instance.
