Chapter 17 Wang Chen's DisciplineChapter 17 Wang Chen’s Discipline

call.

Xu Yang calmed down his breathing.

He can feel that he has not yet reached his current limit. With his current body control, he should be able to push forward a little further, but it seems that it has been a long time, so he should go offline and eat something.

Only then did Xu Yang exit the training mode and return to his personal room, then call out the system interface and look at the chat box that popped up.

The note name in the chat box is ’Teacher Wang Chen’.

”Huh? The instructor is looking for me?”

Xu Yang was slightly taken aback. He thought it was some classmate, but he didn’t expect it to be the tutor, so he immediately typed and replied: ”Yes.”

A reply quickly came from the other side of the chat box.

”Come to my personal space.”

”Ok.”

Although he didn’t know what Wang Chen was going to do, Xu Yang replied quickly, then found his mentor Wang Chen in the list, and chose to enter the other party’s personal space.

After a short wait, a prompt of ’the other party agrees to enter’ appears on the interface.

Then Xu Yang felt a blur in front of his eyes, and he had already come to a very open space. This is a huge practice room. At first glance, it may be more than a thousand square meters, and the ceiling height is at least ten meters.

”so big.”

This thought came to Xu Yang’s mind.

The size of the personal space can be set, but students can only use about square meters for free. If you want a larger space, you have to spend money, or use credits to exchange.

Wang Chen’s personal space is obviously much more luxurious than his, and there are all kinds of equipment in the practice room.

not far away.

Wang Chen, who was wearing a blue robe for practicing kung fu, was standing in front of a wooden dummy with a long, wide-bladed knife. The blade kept chopping at the wooden stake in front of him, sometimes cutting a gap, sometimes cutting it completely, every time After being hacked for the first time, the wooden dummy will return to its original shape in the blink of an eye.

After slashing several times in a row, Wang Chen stopped and turned to look at Xu Yang.

”coming?”

”Teacher, what’s the matter?”

Xu Yang approached.

Wang Chen looked at Xu Yang calmly, and said: ”It takes more than three months to practice from zero to amateur sixth dan. You need to have a certain talent and extraordinary hard work. You should work hard at ordinary times.”

Xu Yang remembered that the female teacher in the resource department called Wang Chen before, and he understood, and said: ”Well, I basically exercise in my spare time, and the exercise time should be longer than them.”

Wang Chen nodded and said: ”That’s very good, but the faster you progress, the less impatient you can be. Even with the void equipment, even if you practice in the virtual world in the wrong direction or make mistakes due to impatience, you will still have the opportunity to correct it, and it will not cause big mistakes. , but it will also waste a lot of precious time and drain your energy.”

Thinking of what Xia Fengping told him just now, Wang Chen couldn’t help but shake his head.

After more than three months of training to the amateur sixth stage, he is quite good in the evolution method, but the school’s resources are not enough, obviously it can only be greedy for success, unable to absorb it, so that it was wasted.

As for buying school resources at a low price to resell... This kind of thing basically no one dares to do. Once found out, they will be expelled from school or even go to jail.

Xu Yang can be regarded as a relatively outstanding seedling in the class.

He heard Xia Fengping talk about it before, so he naturally paid attention to it, but he was busy those days, and when he returned to school today, he heard about Xu Yang’s lack of resources to buy extra. I have taught you a lot.

”Um……”

Hearing Wang Chen’s words, Xu Yang recalled his practice during this period. If he was to say that he was impatient, he seemed to be a little bit impatient. He was only an amateur sixth-dan, so he began to focus on the fifth-level skills.

If you want to be more steady, you should focus on level skills first and work steadily one step at a time.

of course.

After experiencing the fifth-level skills, he also knew that the ’limit-breaking skills’ that control the internal organs and even the blood flow were not something he could try now, so he gave up directly and focused on the skills of manipulating the musculoskeletal muscles aspect.

”How are you doing with your skills?” Wang Chen asked Xu Yang.

”It should be okay.”

Xu Yang came back to his senses, thought for a while and then answered.

Wang Chen frowned slightly, his tone became a little more serious, and said: ”What do you mean should, and what do you mean it’s okay?”

”...”

Xu Yang didn’t know how to respond for a while.

Wang Chen sighed and said: ”Skills are also very important. Not only are they the foundation of combat power, they can also guide you to better control your body. Skills also require a foundation. Martial arts is not just about practicing to the professional level in one go and then going straight to it. Those who practice third-level or even fourth-level skills will be very difficult, and it is far better to lay a good foundation and advance step by step.”

”Actually, many of the skills are progressive from the first level to the second level and the third level. I remember that you are practicing the second level After Shadow Sword. Going up, you can get the Ghost Shadow Sword and Jueying Sword.” Knives and even the Shadowless Knife, they all have the same essence, but the skills are improving step by step. With the foundation of the Afterimage Knife, it is easier to understand the Ghost Shadow Knife. With the foundation of the Ghost Shadow Knife, it is easier to understand the Ghost Shadow Knife. It’s easy to understand Jueying Dao.”

Wang Chen talked about the relationship between skill levels.

Xu Yang kept nodding his head. He had this feeling when he was practicing the After Shadow Knife and Ghost Shadow Knife before, and after experiencing the fifth-level Shadowless Knife, he was very sure of this.

No matter how smart a person is, if he wants to learn calculus, he must first learn from one plus one equals two. Only after mastering all the basics can he progress layer by layer and continue to deduce it... The first and second steps are the most important. Basic skills suitable for direct learning.

In fact, the third level is not suitable for direct learning. It is often better to practice the lower, simplified version of the second level first, and after gradually mastering it, it is better to progress layer by layer.

Seeing Xu Yang nodding continuously, Wang Chen also eased up a bit.

He has also encountered in the past, some talented students who are arrogant and unwilling to follow the guidance of their instructors. As a result, they took a detour and went around a big circle before turning back. The advantage of being one step ahead was wasted.

Xu Yang seems to have relatively good self-awareness.

”With your talent, practice the Afterimage Knife well, and then you can slowly try the Ghost Shadow Knife later. Even if you can’t master it, you can learn some skills from it, which will also help improve your body control... Well, let’s do it, I Let’s see your level first.”

After Wang Chen’s expression softened, he waved his hand while talking.

White dots of light flickered, then condensed into a ’Tang Dao’ in the air, and fell towards Xu Yang.

then.

Wang Chen carried the wide-edged river knife in his hand, walked towards the open area next to the wooden dummy, and motioned Xu Yang to follow.

Xu Yang reached out and held the Tang sword, and was about to say something, but saw that Wang Chen had already walked to an empty distance and waved to him, so he shook his head and followed him.

”Come on, in order to let you experience it more clearly, I have also lowered the physical strength to amateur sixth stage.”

As Wang Chen said, he clicked a few times on the pop-up system interface, and his whole body faintly changed slightly. The almost perfect bone structure and muscles in some parts became rough and their strength was greatly reduced.
