Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System

Chapter 212: Generous Unity

”Good fight,” Rand said, standing up.

Unity nodded at his words. The fight was indeed a good one, and they enjoyed it very much from the look on everyone’s faces.

A battle between two geniuses was always a spectacle in the sect. So, while some people expected Rand to win, they also had to give it to Unity; she had some skills. Your next read is at

”We should duel some other time,” Rand said, accepting his defeat but not losing his will and determination to walk the path of the Bow and Arrow.

”I would love that,” Unity chose to be polite.

The elder who acted as the referee entered the arena carrying the jade box. Rand saw this and could only sigh. Though he would love to have his hands on the box’s contents, he also knew today wasn’t his chance.

”Since you are the winner of this duel, this box and its contents go to you,” the elder said, handing it over to Unity.

One had to give credit to this ’anonymous’ person. Just the box alone was enough to buy another Heaven-grade treasure. Kent found out that all the packaging Gaia did was free.

So he requested the best item, only to receive a jade box that would sell for millions. He could only thank her and accept her generous package.

Unity took the box and gently pried it open. Everyone quieted down, some straining their eyes to see if they could glimpse the contents inside. But that was a futile effort.

Unity looked at the items in the box and smiled inwardly. Of course, a shocked expression appeared on her face, but she quickly recovered.

She sighed again, took a golden apple from the box, and placed it into her space ring. This action caught the attention of a few people, with only four recognizing the fruit she had stored away.

Ingrid, who recognized this fruit, immediately knew Kent was the anonymous donor. This finally led her to conclude that Kent is indeed the richest person in the world.

Of course, he is the richest—he has the two who can steal...ahem, retrieve anything from the cosmos and beyond as his assistants. Nothing is impossible to him...

Unity closed the box and looked toward Rand.

”Take it... I already have enough skills I haven’t mastered yet, and these ones are even ice-based. They are perfect for you. Also, there’s a little money in there to get you a new bow; spend it well,” Unity said, extending the box toward him.

Rand and everyone else’s eyes snapped wide open at the sudden turn of events. Was she really handing over something this expensive to a complete stranger?

But that just didn’t make sense. Heaven-grade skills were the highest one could acquire in this world. A few possessed Legendary-grade skills, and there were even rumors that the Elves, Demons, and Dragons had Mystical-grade skills.

But right now, the strongest one could attain was Heaven-grade.

So why would she just give it away like that? It simply didn’t make sense.

”Are you sure?” Rand asked. Though he wanted the skill books, he also couldn’t understand why she gave them so freely.

”I have no use for them, and since you have ice affinity, I can only give it to you. Don’t worry. If I need something and you can help me in the future, I won’t hesitate to ask,” Unity said with a small smile.

She is the wife of this duel’s richest and most generous anonymous donor, so she doesn’t need this stuff. But aside from that, there was also another reason...

Unity was a maid before becoming Kent’s woman, so though Rand may appear arrogant and nonchalant, she could see herself in him. He was someone like her, so while this was perfect, she also didn’t want to turn a blind eye to him.

Kent was watching this with a calm expression.

He had already checked Rand’s profile and knew who he was to a certain extent. This also means that when Saden comes and asks for permission to go after the Malric Noble Family, he would even give her additional support.

Though Rand hadn’t told anyone, he was a twin who lost his sister to the Malric family. They were servants in their household, but due to the sinister schemes of the Malric family, his sister was never seen or heard from again.

He ran and came to the sect. Luckily, his talent and undying will to one day avenge his sister pushed him to train hard.

So, he may have lost, but to him, getting revenge for his sister was more important than today’s defeat.

”Go ahead, take it,” Unity said, and finally, Rand took it.

”Thank you,” Rand said, wiping a tear from his face.

”Don’t worry about it. I’ll see you around, and when you’re done mastering the skills, we can have another duel, though I doubt you’ll be able to win,” Unity smiled and walked away, leaving Rand, who was now the center of attention.

Luckily, the gate master appeared in the arena the next second and led him away. He took him straight to the Bow Tower, where Rand would be safe to learn the skills.

Of course, the gate master was interested in the skills, but he also stuck to his values and let Rand keep what he had earned.

Just like that, the events of the Archer Gate were over.

Rand had gotten two heaven-grade skills, 100 million spirit stones, and a jade box worth millions. It was a good haul for him.

Meanwhile, Unity had become everyone’s favorite.

Her generosity was just too moving. All those who initially wanted her to lose were now her biggest fans, meaning Unity had now become someone very important in the Archer Gate.

This also concluded Kent’s plan to make her feel included.

She may have been Lilian’s maid, but now, she had become her own person.

Unity, the genius of the Archer Gate in the inner section. Even the core disciples who came to witness the duel now saw her in a new light, with a few having lustful thoughts.

Naturally, they would learn it hard if they tried anything funny.

Kent left with Ingrid, who still had many questions. However, Saintess Selene stayed with Unity for a few hours before leaving.
