Global Gods: Start with a lottery system

Chapter 44 The Dark ManAlthough it is called a tribe, in fact, Dart’s tribe has less than ten households.

Dart and Pum belong to two different households. At this time, they are roasting the two gray-spotted rabbits brought back from hunting. This is the daily rations of the two families.

The Blood Machine Clan also took off the masks of their chemical protective suits and took out some canned meat to eat.

”Sure enough, you are all half-flesh and half-mechanized creatures.” Dart’s tone seemed a little excited, but before he could continue, a person dressed similarly to him just walked in.

After seeing this scene, he suddenly became a little excited: ”Dart, how could you bring outsiders back!”

The conversation was interrupted forcefully, and Dart’s face became gloomy. He said coldly: ”Potuwa, I don’t need you to teach me how to do things.”

”You... do you know what this will bring?” As he said this, he pointed the tip of the spear at Xu Yi and his party. Just as he was about to speak, he was interrupted by Dart’s loud shout.

”Potuwa! Don’t be rude to the incarnation of the gods!”

He turned his head sharply, and the mask fell off in the fierce movement, revealing a shocked face of a middle-aged man.

He then saw the dark figure guarded by two ridiculously tall little giants sitting at the end of the crowd.

”Could it be... that legend?” The middle-aged man Potuwa quickly moved the tip of his spear away, and the whole person looked a little embarrassed.

But this embarrassment did not last long, and was replaced by panic.

The simple wooden wall opposite the tribe collapsed, making a dull sound and raising dust. More than a dozen people staggered out of the simple wooden house not far away, all of them were old, weak, women and children.

”Bang bang” Two more wooden walls collapsed, and the dust cleared, revealing the scene behind.

A dozen predators surrounded this side of the wall, and three of them were particularly large and wandered around the gap, not paying much attention to the old and weak people running forward.

A voice that suppressed arrogance and willfulness sounded: ”Finally found you, wandering rats.”

Then a gray-skinned bald young man slowly walked out from the predators. There seemed to be something wriggling under his skin, which looked very strange.

”Clear, the cleaner, run.” Compared with several hunters who raised their spears and forced themselves to be calm, the old, weak, women and children were even more unbearable. I don’t know who shouted, and the panicked crowd rushed to the gate of the tribe.

Gently closing his eyes, although no one could see the action of the dark shadow, Xu Yi sighed, without thinking, these people running to the gate were finished.

The other party took great pains to demolish a whole wall to get in. Could it be that they didn’t expect people to escape to the front gate?

As he expected, a few screams came from outside the door, and there was no movement. The people who were about to run away stopped their steps for a while and dared not move again.

The two women began to sob and complain in a low voice, because they had heard Dart’s roar before, so they didn’t dare to make a scene loudly.

Ignoring the low cry, there must be a so-called cleaner at the gate.

After a little thought, Xu Yi understood the reason why the two people appeared. If he guessed correctly, they should have found the tracks of the military truck at the place where they fought with the five predators at the beginning, and followed the tracks to find them.

Dart and Pum saw the truck for the first time, so they were naturally not wary of it. On weekdays, they rarely did anti-reconnaissance actions such as eliminating their whereabouts.

The cursed fog was originally an excellent barrier, and the access points were irregular. Some were conspicuous mounds, and some were just rusty iron needles buried in the soil with one end exposed.

Moreover, it was developed one by one based on the experience of hunters such as Dart, Pum, and Potova, and the route was not a straight line. If it weren’t for the hunters who remembered the order of the items at the access points, it would be very difficult to track.

The continuous ruts were different. In the fog, the cleaners only needed to consider their directions and followed the ruts to get here smoothly.

The wooden wall near the dark shadow suddenly collapsed, and another cleaner at the gate could not hold back and drove two predators to rush in suddenly.

A dull sound like a stapler sounded, but it was not the predator that rushed towards Xu Yi, but the abdomen of the cleaner who appeared.

Cherry-red blood flowed out, and a bowl-sized hole appeared in the cleaner’s abdomen. This wound, which was so big that the scenery behind could be seen, was quickly filled with some white silk threads. The cleaner who was bent down by a heavy blow from the sniper rifle groaned in pain, and all attacked!

…

Jay didn’t think about support at all. In his mind, that was the incarnation of the gods. No matter how many times he was shattered, he would always condense silently again, while his enemies died under his own attacks!

As for why he didn’t shoot him in the head? It was just that the Lord of the Darkness wanted to live.

After firing a shot, he turned his head. No matter how many times he had seen the battle scene of the Lord of Darkness, he still wanted to see it. The knife piercing the flesh... Wait, it seems to have changed?

From the gap of the collapsed wooden wall, a trace of black gas emerged, and the dark shadow condensed again, and the original pure black color seemed to be a little lighter.

The predator was in a state of parasitism and control, without any fear. When the dark shadow energy that they could not understand gathered again, they pounced and bit out.

The figures intertwined, and the dark shadow energy where the claws passed was a little lighter, but they had no chance. The hands of the dark shadow turned into two shadow thorns, bending out a strange arc to penetrate the heads of the two predators.

The feet stepped on the two shadows separately, and a trace of energy gathered out, and a faint shadow thorn condensed from virtual to real. Before the predator could react, sixteen or seventeen shadow thorns extended from the shadow on the ground and pierced through it, nailing it in place.

The shadow energy slowly dissipated, and the faded part of the pitch-black shadow became pure black again, and the two predators fell to the ground with eight or nine piercing wounds each.

His hands slowly recovered, and Xu Yi nodded. The new pitch-black shadow incarnation had a more balanced melee ability, unlike the Broken Shadow, which only had the trick of taking a beating and counterattacking. It was more suitable for his own [Gray Crow Tactics] close combat ability.

The frontal battle also started, but there was no suspense. Half of the hunters fell down after a round of shooting. The flesh and blood thugs with cruel racial characteristics simply took out the standard sabers and fought the predators.

Facts have proved that in close combat, agility is not of much use. Strength and physique are still the key. That is, the three predators with significant size made them spend some time and effort, and finally they were shot down by crossbows and sniper rifles.

A curious flesh-and-blood thug imitated the way a predator was cut open with a saber. After cutting it open, he saw the struggling parasitic worm and had no way to deal with it. The creature had strong vitality and could not be killed by cutting it with a saber. Instead, it was directly divided into two individuals.

The flesh-and-blood puppet mage Raman, who could not bear to watch, raised his hand and fired a [Ma Youfu Strong Acid Arrow] to melt it.

The three hunters who were in shock on the side woke up as if from a dream, took out the gray powder, and stepped forward to help deal with it...
