Earth's Greatest Magus

Emery remained on Earth for a few more days, allowing the steady flow of Gaia’s energy to mend the stress left behind by his recent battles. The Fey Shrine nourished him in a way few places could, its ancient vitality seeping into his body and calming the turbulence within his core. However, even with that support, the limitation soon became clear. Earth’s natural spirit energy was simply too thin to sustain deeper recovery, let alone further advancement.

He needed a stronger environment.

After coordinating matters with Damo and the Nephilim forces guarding Earth, Emery made his decision to depart. This time, Morgana accompanied him, while Typhon followed silently, ever watchful beneath his mask. Their

destination was Dawnstar, but before heading there, Emery had one important stop to make.

The Nova ship drifted to a halt in a remote region of space, far from any known routes or stations. The surrounding void was empty, scattered only with fragments of broken asteroids that drifted aimlessly in silence. It was an unremarkable place, chosen precisely because no one would think to look for anything here.

Minutes passed in quiet anticipation.

Then the sensors flickered.

A ship emerged from hyperspace.

“They’re here,” Emery said, his voice calm but focused.

The approaching vessel was sleek and unfamiliar, its surface completely unmarked. For a moment, tension rose within the group. Morgana’s gaze sharpened, and even Typhon straightened slightly. Only after the identity verification sequence was completed did Emery allow the distance between the ships to close.

The delivery team from the Virtual Palace had arrived.

When the hatch opened, Emery’s expectations were immediately overturned. They were not human.

A group of mechanical constructs stepped forward, their movements precise and perfectly synchronized. Each figure was crafted from layered metallic alloys, etched with faintly glowing runic circuits that pulsed with controlled energy. Their forms were humanoid, yet their presence carried a cold, inhuman efficiency.

More importantly, their aura displayed their strength.

Every single one of them stood at the grand magus level.

Emery’s eyes narrowed slightly as he studied them. These were not ordinary puppets. The craftsmanship behind them far surpassed anything he had seen before. Even the finest creations of Randhal would struggle to reach this level of refinement.

Typhon gave a quiet remark from the side, his tone unusually serious.

“These are under the authority of an Emperor-level Supreme,” he said. “Directly linked to the Godly Scholar. No one would dare interfere with them.”

That explained everything.

The exchange proceeded without complication. Emery received four sealed metallic boxes, each one protected by complex locking mechanisms and layered arrays. Even a brief inspection revealed how secure they were. These were not containers that could be opened through force or simple technique.

Seeing the box, Typhon, despite his curiosity, chose not to pry.

The transaction ended as silently as it began. The constructs returned to their vessel, and moments later, the ship vanished back into hyperspace, leaving no trace behind.

Emery secured the boxes and depart.

Unbeknownst to him, that small act of caution had already complicated matters for those pursuing him. By choosing such an obscure rendezvous point and leaving no discernible trail, Emery had effectively severed any leads for the Ashfrost Supreme and his hidden network.

A day later, Dawnstar filled their view.

The planet radiated a chaotic yellow hue, its surface marked by vast, untamed terrain. Unlike Earth, the spiritual energy here was dense and volatile, surging through the environment in unpredictable currents.

This time, Emery did not head toward the capital city.

Instead, he directed the Nova ship toward the easternmost region of the continent, where wilderness stretched endlessly across deserts and forests. As they descended, two interceptor-class ships approached at high speed, their movements precise and controlled.

After confirming the Nova ship’s identity, a voice sounded through the communication channel.

“Lord Emery, welcome to Neo Terra. Please follow us.”

The name carried weight.

Neo Terra

The vast expanse below was, in truth, Earth’s newly acquired territory-a region taken from the Red Dawn faction as compensation for their

overwhelming debts.

Spanning over four million square miles and covering nearly one fitth of the planet’s total landmass, it stood as a clear symbol of Earth’s growing influence

on Dawnstar.

From above, the scale of it was staggering.

Untamed wilderness stretched endlessly in every direction, broken only by scattered formations of forests, deserts, and jagged terrain. It was raw, unrefined land-dangerous, unpredictable, and largely untouched. Yet beneath that harsh exterior lay immense potential.

Soon, a breathtaking mountain range came into view.

Towering peaks rose sharply from the earth, their ridges cutting into the sky as clouds drifted lazily between them. At the heart of the range stood a massive estate, built with deliberate grandeur upon elevated ground, overlooking the

land below like a silent guardian.

Beneath it, a newly established town had begun to take shape.

The Nova ship descended toward a freshly constructed port, where organized rows of structures, transport lines, and defensive arrays hinted at rapid development. Though still incomplete, the foundation was already solid.

As Emery stepped off the ship, he was met by a familiar sight.

A group of familar figures stood waiting-but at their center was Klea.

Her presence alone drew his attention.

“What do you think of our new home?” she asked, her voice carrying a quiet

sense of pride.

Emery answered with a satisfied smile.

He walked forward, his gaze sweeping across the settlement below. Tens of thousands of Terra citizens had already migrated to this land. Families of selected warriors, skilled workers, and administrative personnel moved through the growing town with purpose. Some oversaw construction, raising reinforced structures from the ground, while others managed supply routes and defensive preparations. Children ran along newly formed streets, their laughter briefly cutting through the otherwise industrious atmosphere.

It was not yet a city.

But it was alive.

A place in the midst of becoming something greater.

A faint smile formed on Emery’s face.

Then, without hesitation, he extended his divine sense.

It spread across the land like an invisible tide, sweeping over forests, deserts,

and mountains before plunging deep beneath the surface. What he sensed

verified his expectations-and exceeded them.

This was still a wilderness.

Untamed. Unrefined. Filled with countless beast and raw resources hidden

within its ecosystems, awaiting to be discovered and harnessed. To most factions, such land would be seen as troublesome, requiring immense effort to

develop.

But Emery saw something else.

Beneath the mountain range, a powerful spirit vein pulsed like a dormant giant.

It was one of the largest untamed spirit veins on the entire planet, its immense

energy flowing beneath the mountains to be awakened. The density and purity of the spiritual current alone made this region exceptionally suitable for

cultivation.

Emery could already feel the pull of it.

The urge to retreat into seclusion, to refine his newly acquired treasures, to

fully master the Sun and Moon Shifting Discs, and to begin advancing into the

second stage of the Beast Emperor legacy rose strongly within him. Yet his gaze lingered over the land, steady and thoughtful.

Now that he had arrived, there were matters that demanded his attention first.

“Lets get started!”
