Global Catastrophe: I, Mecha God, Can't Hide From The World

Chapter 106: Spread the word”What? You don’t want revenge?”

In the car, Chen Ping watched Zhang Qi hesitate while grabbing a piece of exotic animal meat, and said with a teasing tone.

The alien meat was fresh and still dripping with dark green alien blood.

”But this meat is raw, Chen Guoshi!”

Zhang Qi was the young man Chen Ping rescued. Chen Ping had already made some arrangements for him. Chen Ping knew that if he wanted to further inspire people’s enthusiasm for fighting against strange beasts, then Chen Ping must set an example.

A model of success who rose from desperation and lived for revenge.

This will inspire those who have suffered misfortune due to the invasion of alien beasts and become a guiding light in their darkness.

Zhang Qi undoubtedly fits this setting.

”Stop calling me Chen Guoshi, call me Chen Ping!”

Chen Ping looked disappointed at Zhang Qi’s performance, ”Boy, if you want to become a master, you have to endure hardships that others cannot. It’s just a piece of exotic animal meat. I don’t think you are very determined to take revenge.” Well!”

”Have you forgotten how your parents were eaten alive by strange beasts?”

Chen Ping’s words were undoubtedly like a heavy hammer, hitting Zhang Qi’s heart hard.

”...”

Zhang Qi was silent for a moment, and without hesitation, he opened his mouth and put the whole piece of raw exotic animal meat into his mouth.

Dark green juice overflowed from the corners of Zhang Qi’s mouth.

Chen Ping knew that even cooked exotic animal meat had a strong bitter smell, let alone eaten raw, but seeing that Zhang Qi didn’t even frown, Chen Ping nodded with satisfaction.

This guy has finally come to a preliminary realization. As long as he has such perseverance, Chen Ping believes that he will become a good tool for him.

”Gudu...”

Zhang Qi’s eyes have changed, and he has become more determined.

After chewing a few times and swallowing the exotic animal meat, Zhang Qi looked at Chen Ping without changing his expression, ”Brother Chen, don’t worry! I will not let down your good intentions!”

Chen Ping said nothing, silently watching the driver in front of him as the car drove forward.

………………

Fog City is Chen Ping’s target this time. It is also one of the large cities closest to the front line of the alien invasion, with a population of 30 million.

It is also only 200 kilometers away from the Western Capital, the temporary political system of Xia Kingdom. Chen Ping will start his entire plan here.

”Zhang Qi, you must insist on eating the meat of exotic animals so that you can awaken as soon as possible. You must know that this is a process that anyone who wants to awaken must go through.”

Chen Ping taught Zhang Qi respectfully without blushing, not knowing that he was even worse than Zhang Qi when he ate the meat of an exotic animal for the first time.

A few hours later, Chen Ping’s motorcade entered Fog City. The place was still as busy as before, as if the invasion of alien beasts had no impact at all.

As soon as they entered the city, Chen Ping and his party attracted the attention of many people, especially after people saw the Master Chief mecha and Blood Wolf mecha following on both sides of the convoy, it caused a sensation.

Chen Ping didn’t pay attention to those who looked at the team strangely. On the contrary, he was very happy to have such an effect. After all, he came here for publicity.

Chen Ping drove the convoy directly to Wucheng TV station through the guidance of the system. When it comes to publicity, this group of people is more professional, so Chen Ping needs to rely on the abilities of these people next.

Chen Ping drove more than a dozen large refrigerated trucks into the square under the TV station building. Because of the presence of the mechas, no one stopped them along the way.

Because they all understand that the people who can own these mechas in Xia Kingdom must be the ones in power in Xia Kingdom.

”Sir, who are you?”

Soon, the staff inside the TV station discovered Chen Ping and his party, and hurriedly trotted to Chen Ping.

”I’m Chen Ping! I’m here to ask you for a small favor.”

As he spoke, Chen Ping took out his ID card from when he was working in the Navy.

”You, you are the father of mechas, Chen... Chief Master Chen!! Please come with me, and I will take you to see our station commander!”

When the person in charge of reception saw Chen Ping’s ID, he instantly became a little embarrassed, his face full of incomparable respect.

”Hey, Chen... Chief Master Chen! I didn’t expect you to be so famous!”

Li Yatong on the side imitated that person’s reputation and laughed at Chen Ping.

Chen Ping glanced at Li Yatong and glared fiercely, ”Xiao Nizi, now is not the time to joke!”

When Li Yatong saw the look Chen Ping gave him, she secretly stuck out her tongue at Chen Ping, full of playfulness.

”Wait for me here!”

Chen Ping said something to everyone, then followed the pace of the reception and walked towards the higher floors of the building.

As Chen Ping was led to the highest floor. The receptionist walked to an office door and said, ”Mr. Chen, our director is already waiting inside. Please come in!”

With that said, the receptionist slowly withdrew.

Chen Ping looked at the office door, knocked on the door politely, and entered.

In the office, a woman in her thirties was engrossed in writing. Her professional attire and the signature wavy curls of a mature woman represented her success at work.

Chen Ping walked into the office and sat down gently on the chair without making any noise.

moment……

”Oh, Mr. Chen!! I’m so sorry. I ignored you for so long and didn’t treat you well. Please forgive me!”

The woman raised her head with an embarrassed look on her fair face. She stood up and stretched out her hand. Her face was full of embarrassment.

Chen Ping stood up and squeezed the woman’s hand. An extremely smooth feeling, even like touching baby’s skin, came from Chen Ping’s hand.

This woman takes good care of herself!

Chen Ping sighed in his heart, but replied, ”It doesn’t matter, Director, you are busy with work, this little thing is not worth mentioning! Besides, I still have something to ask of you, how can I dare to act wild on your territory!”

Chen Ping showed a fake smile and tried his best to look more gentlemanly.

”Pfft! Chief Master Chen, you are really good at joking. It is already a great honor for us that you can come to us. Who in Xia Kingdom doesn’t know your name now?”

Chen Ping’s words amused the woman, and the awkward atmosphere between the two instantly eased a lot.

”Hello, Mr. Chen, my name is Amy! How can I help you?”

Amy soon returned to her normal state and asked Chen Ping very ably.

”Oh, in two days, I will distribute exotic animal meat to everyone in Fog City for free. I hope you can help me broadcast this news...”

Chen Ping thought for a while and then added, ”As for the location for free distribution, I think Director Amy would be happy to help me find a suitable place, right?”

Amy listened to Chen Ping’s words carefully. Combined with Chen Ping’s online post some time ago, it caused a lot of gossip in China.

Amy quickly guessed Chen Ping’s intention.

”General Master Chen, as a great young man who serves the country and the people like you, we are very happy to help you, please don’t worry!”
