Shelter: All-Class Survival

Chapter 86: Simple robotic armSweeping away the grass and trees in front, Chen Chen kept walking towards the shelter.

When the samurai sword swept across a withered twig, the vibration was transmitted to the haystack below the twig, and a dozen or so insects resembling mantises immediately jumped out, kicking their hind legs and flying directly towards Chen Chen’s chest.

Chen Chen hurriedly retreated and dodged, but three mantis insects jumped onto the jacket. Chen Chen waved one to fly, and the other two actually raised the mantis knife and cut two slits out of Chen Chen’s jacket.

And these two mantis insects will soon drill into the jacket along the opening!

Chen Chen’s footsteps kept retreating, and at the same time, he slapped a mantis to death, but let the other one get into the jacket.

Chen Chen was in a hurry, and after getting some distance from the other mantis insects, he turned around and ran away quickly.

While running, Chen Chen didn’t have time to determine the exact location of the other mantis worm. He slapped his palm towards his chest, and finally slapped the mantis worm that entered the jacket into flesh.

After Chen Chen and the mantis worms distanced themselves, the mantis worms seemed to have lost their direction. Although they were still showing their teeth and claws, they didn’t know where to attack.

Chen Chen also calmed down and waved his hand to let the Aberration Golden Ring Bee go up to fight these mantis insects.

A group of aberration bees with a thickness of five centimeters in the thumb rushed up and surrounded the dozen or so mantis insects. As long as they were pierced by a needle, the mantis insects stiffened on the spot, and then died within a few seconds.

The mantis insect’s forefoot knife is also very powerful. After hugging the Aberration Bee and waving it gently, the Aberration Bee is easily divided into two sections.

Fortunately, the aberration bee has a strong vitality, and when it died, it did not forget to stab the poisonous needle into it, and it killed the mantis insect one by one.

”It’s all high offense and low defense. If you can survive a sneak attack, you’ll have to kill both in a frontal fight.”

Seeing the battle between the bugs, Chen Chen quickly thought of himself.

Limited by the biological body, most creatures, including himself, are high offense and low defense, and this trend will become more and more obvious with the passage of evolution time.

Both sides use fists, feet and swords, and the result is likely to kill one thousand enemies and lose eight hundred. But if the weapons are upgraded to bows or submachine guns, the results will be extremely uncertain, and the casualties of the victor are likely to be in the single digits.

Chen Chen is like this right now. Almost every time he kills the aberration beast, he is prepared in advance. The first attack directly kills the aberration beast, or relies on the strong defense of the shelter... Only in this way can Chen Chen be safe and sound and deal with the aberration beast with ease. .

But if Chen Chen and the mutant beast were to fight in close combat, even if his swordsmanship reached the state of his heart, he would be very likely to be injured against a goat mutant beast.

Therefore, Chen Chen has always been unconcerned about melee combat. In Chen Chen’s view, that is too dangerous.

”Although I am high offense and low defense, as long as I return to the shelter, I will immediately become high offense and high defense.” At this moment, Chen Chen sorted out the role of the shelter more clearly, ”With the current defense of the shelter , it’s okay to come to five first-level aberration beasts, but I don’t know how powerful the second-level aberration beasts are…”

Chen Chen continued to return to the shelter after watching the golden ring bee kill the mantis and eat its corpse.

On the way back, he still encountered danger. A small snake the size of an index finger was hidden in the leaves, and Chen Chen suddenly attacked when he approached.

Fortunately, Chen Chen’s dynamic vision is extremely developed, and Chen Chen noticed the little snake’s movement at the moment, and then easily avoided it, beheading it with one knife.

”Agility at nearly four o’clock is not a vegetarian.”

When he walked to the shelter, Chen Chen also went to see the green vine that he had cut down.

After the tree was cut down, a lot of juice from the green vines was pressed out, splashing on the surrounding grass and trees, causing the branches and leaves of these plants to die directly.

”Powerful paraquat, can you collect these juices to prevent plants from growing wildly?”

Chen Chen tried it with the items he was carrying, and found that only plastic ceramics could resist the acid corrosion of juice.

But the problem is that he only has plastic containers such as water glasses, and it is impossible to collect them, so he gave up the idea.

Chen Chen was a little disappointed and said, ”It would be nice to meet plants like black vine again.”

This green vine is somewhat aggressive, but the black vine is much better in comparison, and its weeding effect is strong and harmless to humans.

Back at the shelter, Chen Chen unloaded the equipment, and put some small supplies he picked up into their respective storage areas, ate some meat, and then devoted himself to studying.

There is nothing new and good on the trading platforms today, presumably because most people are hiding in shelters.

Until two o’clock in the afternoon, Chen Chen switched between blacksmithing and learning herbal medicine many times, and finally something good appeared on the platform.

【Trading: Simple Robot Arm】

【Trader: Mechanical Tentacle】

[Introduction: You can tell by my name. In fact, I used to work in this field. After these days of continuous technical research, I finally made a robotic arm with relatively common materials. This robotic arm can pick up items up to 500g within 30 cm. The code is not perfect, but the basic operations are ok, and the local tyrants who like it can buy it. 】

[Trading conditions: 30 catties of meat or equivalent mechanical and electronic parts. 】

”Wow, the mechanical boss is really NB!”

”I haven’t released a new product for such a long time, and the moment I launch it, I’m going to blow it up!”

”This thing is useless, right? Can the robotic arm built in this case have arms that are useful?”

Seeing this news, Chen Chen immediately called Xiao Luo, ”Xiao Luo, look at the transaction of the mechanical tentacles, can you control this thing? Is it easy to use?”

Xiao Luo’s voice came from the small rubber speaker on Chen Chen’s chest, ”This Xiao Luo will not know until he has tried it, but it should be possible to read the introduction.”

Chen Chen asked Xiao Luo, ”Xiao Luo, can you develop this thing?”

Xiao Luo said: ”When the master buys the other’s robotic arm, Xiao Luo can analyze its structure and imitate it.”

”Uh,” Chen Chen continued, ”I mean, can you design one directly from existing materials?”

”Xiaoluo can’t do it a little~ Xiaoluo stores all kinds of industrial robotic arms, and Xiaoluo can’t design a new robotic arm based on the existing parts. He can only design it when Xiaoluo grows into an intermediate artificial intelligence.”

Xiao Luo said this, but Chen Chen was a little puzzled. ”How did you design the drawings of the shelter before? And you can do surgery? Are these techniques less difficult than designing a robotic arm?”

”Master, I combined the drawings of the shelter according to the large number of architectural drawings I have stored. Then, based on the various information collected, I simulated various disasters, and finally selected the drawings with the best effect.”

”Operations such as surgery are integrated by the machine after collecting a large number of information about doctors’ operations. It is enough to pack and store this information directly in Xiaoluo’s chip, and Xiaoluo does not need to design the surgical steps by himself.”

Chen Chen understood a little, ”So, now you can’t design new things, you can only integrate the original things, and there are too many missing parts for the robotic arm, you can’t design a suitable one through fine-tuning. already?”

”Hmm.” Although he couldn’t see it, Chen Chen felt that Xiao Luo was nodding.

”There is another very important point. Even if Xiao Luo designs it, the master probably won’t be able to assemble it.”
