Chapter 9 Fighting the Maple Demon

Chapter 9 Fighting the Maple Demon
”Damn it, I’ll send you all home today!
Baby Orange Essence, you clean up the mutant vines on the left, and I will deal with the wild boar demon on the right. After you clean up the mutant vines, come and help me. ”

”Yeah~” (OK)

The petite orange essence instantly became huge, growing to the height of the roof of a building in a blink of an eye, and stretched out several thick vines to entangle with the tree python on the opposite side.

Ye Yanran gathered the wood-type powers in her body, and released the ’vine entanglement’ skill on the mutant wild boar.

She found that the skills she released were not like in computer games, where she released a skill on a target and immediately bound the target.

The vines in her hand bound towards the wild boar demon like a spirit snake, and the wild boar demon was not a motionless stone, it sensed that Ye Yanran and the baby orange spirit were not easy to mess with, so it turned around and ran away.

Naturally, Ye Yanran would not easily let go of this beast that has harmed many human beings. She jumped down from the corner of the second floor, followed closely behind the wild boar demon, and was about to tie up the wild boar demon queen and clean it up.

After tossing and turning, the vines released by Ye Yanran finally caught up with the wild boar demon. The tough vines bound the wild boar demon’s hind legs and meandered up along its back, binding it firmly in an instant.

Although the wild boar demon was tied up, it kept struggling and let out loud roars.

”roar~”

Suddenly, the wild boar demon let out an angry roar, and then its body almost doubled in size, and a burst of earthy yellow light appeared on the surface of its body, breaking the vines that bound it one by one.

”I’ll go, this wild boar demon actually has skills.”

Ye Yanran didn’t dare to be careless, and hurriedly condensed an orange bomb, injected a full 20 points of power into it, and threw it at the wild boar demon.

The moment the wild boar demon broke free from the vines, the orange bomb thrown by Ye Yanran came in front of it, and there was a loud ’bang’ instantly.

The huge explosion power not only blows up the huge boar demon, but also blows up all the nearby objects, causing a burst of dust.Ye Yanran, who was a few meters away, felt her feet shaking for a while, and then a wave of heat rushed towards her face, causing her to take half a step back.

Only when the smoke and dust cleared did the blasted wild boar demon appear, its body had morphed into a normal size.Being ’embedded’ on the wall at the door of the dormitory, half of his body was blasted to a bloody mess, and even one of the two fangs in his mouth was blown off.

The roar in its mouth became weaker and weaker, and finally turned into a weak humming sound. Ye Yanran was about to step forward to make up the knife when she suddenly heard a system prompt.

[Drip: Kill the awakening-level ’Rose Tree Python’, the host’s experience value +10, and the orange essence’s experience +10. 】

In just a short while, the baby orange spirit had already killed the mutated vine.

Only then did Ye Yanran know that the mutated vine with a terrifying appearance was evolved from the common rose flower in the school garden. Thinking that the beautiful rose flower had evolved into such a terrifying awakened creature, Ye Yanran couldn’t help shivering .

She glanced at the vines that had been torn apart by the baby orange spirit, and planned to join hands with the baby orange spirit to deal with the wild boar demon first, and then check whether the rose tree python could provide her with new skills.

”Baby Orange Essence, solve it.”

Ye Yanran’s order hadn’t finished yet, when a huge vine suddenly protruded in from the door of the girls’ dormitory building, and swept away the wild boar demon that had lost most of its fighting power.

Seeing the huge vine that swept away the mutated wild boar, Ye Yanran suddenly remembered the 3-meter-tall maple tree monster on the playground. That maple tree monster was not only huge in stature, but also had very wretched underground sneak attack skills.

Ye Yanran had seen the power of that underground sneak attack skill before, so she didn’t dare to attack the maple tree demon rashly.

For this, Ye Yanran felt very guilty, she shouldn’t have used such a powerful orange bomb in the dormitory to provoke the maple tree demon on the playground.

Ye Yanran looked at the baby orange essence at the side, and asked tentatively: ”Baby orange essence, can you deal with it?”

Orange essence nodded slightly, and the two small oranges above her head shook for a while.

”Yeah~” (Yes!)
Hearing this, Ye Yanran breathed a sigh of relief, she and Orange Jing came to the door of the dormitory carefully, and looked outside through the broken door.

All kinds of sundries are scattered on the playground that used to be clean, like an abandoned garbage dump that has not been taken care of for a long time.

Outside the girls’ dormitory building, the giant maple demon’s hands turned into countless vines of different thicknesses, and it was grabbing the struggling wild boar demon and sending it into its huge mouth.

Ye Yanran let out a pitiful roar from the mouth of the wild boar demon who was blown all over by Ye Yanran. Seeing that the monster he had fought so hard was about to enter the enemy’s stomach, Ye Yanran couldn’t hold back instantly.

”This stinky tree dares to steal our monster, baby orange essence, let’s do it together!”

”Yah~”

The baby orange essence got out from the crack of the door, and became huge again. In an instant, it became as tall as the maple tree demon, and rushed towards the maple tree demon with big strides.

The maple tree demon who was eating had already noticed Ye Yanran and the orange essence. It wanted to enjoy the delicious food in its hands before cleaning up these two unremarkable little desserts.

Unexpectedly, the tiny orange essence suddenly became as tall as it, and dared to challenge it.

The maple tree demon felt that his majesty was being provoked, and threw the wild boar demon aside, his arms turned into countless thick vines and wound up towards the body of the orange essence. The orange essence was not to be outdone, and controlled the tough vines The vine and maple spirits wrestled together.

In the previous few battles, the baby orange spirit had won in a short period of time with the help of powerful wood-type abilities.

But the maple demon in front of him was not much different from the baby orange spirit in terms of size and overall strength, and the battle fell into a stalemate for a while.

Ye Yanran frowned when she saw how powerful the maple tree demon was, and released the ’vine entanglement’ skill again, controlling the vines in her hand to bind the maple tree demon’s arms to assist the baby orange spirit.

Suddenly, several vines came out from under her feet, and bound towards Ye Yanran’s legs. She had seen this underground sneak attack skill before, and she had been guarding against this wretched sneak attack skill all along.

She didn’t care about attacking the maple tree demon, and manipulated the vines in her hand slowly, entangled with the vines that came out of the ground, resisting the maple tree demon’s sneak attack from the ground.

The baby orange essence and the maple tree demon were fighting together, and it was difficult to tell which was the best for a while, Ye Yanran kept dodging the sneak attack skills released by the maple tree demon from the ground.

For a moment, the scene became anxious!
Ye Yanran knew that if she continued to entangle like this, she would drag down the orange essence sooner or later. While controlling the vines in her hand to fight against the vines that drilled out of the ground, she called the baby orange essence to condense orange bombs to blow up the maple demon.

”Yah~”

The orange essence baby sensed the situation at Ye Yanran’s side, and its big green eyes showed anger. It condensed an orange bomb, and continuously poured abilities into it until the energy reached the limit of the orange bomb.
