Esper Harem in the Apocalypse

Chapter 1164: The Cosmic Buffet, Truth and Dare

”Supreme Sovereign, honored guests,” the head chef bowed grandly. ”For our most prestigious visitors, I present the ultimate culinary challenge: The Abyssal Void-Crab.”

The chef dramatically waved his hand, deactivating the stasis field. Sitting on the platter was a massive, terrifying crustacean made of pure, pitch-black cosmic plating. It radiated a heavy, dense aura of absolute defense.

”This magnificent beast was harvested from the deepest trenches of a dead dimension,” the chef explained with a haughty, prideful smirk. ”Its shell is composed of hyper-compressed neutronium. It is an exquisite delicacy, yet completely indestructible. For three millennia, no cosmic entity, star-god, or titan has possessed the physical strength required to crack its shell to reach the sweet meat inside. We display it merely as a testament to the untamable wonders of the—”

CRACK.

A deafening, gunshot-like noise echoed across the silent dining pavilion.

The chef blinked his four eyes, slowly looking down at the platter. Erika, who had been completely ignoring the chef’s monologue because she was absolutely starving, had casually reached over and grabbed the Void-Crab’s massive main claw.

With a single, effortless squeeze of her hand, she shattered the ’indestructible’ hyper-compressed neutronium shell into a million pieces.

”Oh, sweet, it comes pre-scored,” Erika muttered. She pulled out a massive, steaming chunk of incredibly tender, glowing crab meat, dipped it entirely into a bowl of melted celestial butter, and tossed the whole thing into her mouth.

Her eyes widened. ”Damn, that is actually amazing.”

The head chef let out a horrified, strangled gasp. He stared at the shattered fragments of the legendary shell, his entire culinary worldview collapsing in real-time.

”Did... did she just...?” the chef stammered, his four arms trembling.

”Are there more of these back there?” Erika asked, licking butter off her thumb. ”Because I just wrestled a sea monster for two hours and I am starving. Bring out, like, twenty more of these.”

Janet clapped her hands together, thoroughly impressed. ”Oh, wonderful! The seafood here is so fresh. Thank you, Chef!”

The chef looked at Rudy, utterly traumatized. Rudy simply smiled, leaning back in his comet-carved chair and resting his arm across the back of Alice’s seat.

”You heard the lady,” Rudy instructed casually. ”Keep the Void-Crabs coming. And bring out the rest of the buffet while you are at it.”

What followed was a display of gluttony that nearly bankrupted the resort’s infinite pantry. Because Janet’s VIP status guaranteed that all food and services were entirely complimentary, the entourage held absolutely nothing back.

Erika single-handedly devoured a dozen indestructible Void-Crabs, shattering their priceless shells like brittle potato chips. Jessica, Rebecca, Ruby, and Reina cleared out the resort’s entire supply of starlight-infused pastries and dimensional fruits.

Elena and Alice enjoyed a sophisticated but massive array of perfectly seared cosmic leviathan steaks, and Rudy sampled vintage golden nectars that cost more than most solar systems.

The four-armed chef wept silently in the corner of the pavilion, frantically ordering his kitchen staff to literally conjure more food from the ether to keep up with the terrifying, bottomless appetites of the mortal women.

Rudy watched the glorious, chaotic feast unfold with a warm smile. The human politicians back on Earth were currently having a collective meltdown, the cosmic bureaucrats were buried under their own red tape, and his girls were happily eating a five-star resort out of house and home.

It was, without a doubt, a perfect vacation.

After nearly bankrupting the resort’s infinite pantry, the entourage finally returned to the Diamond Penthouse.

Rudy, claiming he needed some quiet time to digest the absurd amount of vintage nectar he had consumed, immediately excused himself and retreated to the master bedroom of the suite.

Left to their own devices, the girls gathered in the massive, glowing lounge area. Someone found a deck of enchanted playing cards, but the game quickly devolved from cosmic poker into a heavily gossipy session of Truth or Dare, with Jessica naturally taking charge as the ringleader.

”Alright, ladies, enough with the warm-up questions,” Jessica grinned, shuffling the glowing cards with a practiced flick of her wrists. She leaned forward, resting her elbows on the comet-carved coffee table. ”Let’s get straight to the real truth. Show of hands. How many of you have actually slept with Rudy already?”

Alice and Elena immediately raised their hands, completely unfazed and sharing a warm smile. Rize, Maria, Ruby, and Reina all enthusiastically shot their hands up into the air as well, giggling among themselves.

Rebecca’s face instantly flushed a brilliant shade of crimson. She looked down at her lap, keeping both of her hands firmly planted on her knees. Erika just snorted, crossing her arms.

Janet blinked, looking around the room in profound, utter confusion. She slowly lowered her cup of tea. ”Wait... what kind of game are we playing?”

Jessica didn’t raise her hand either. Instead, she slapped the deck of cards onto the table and surveyed the room with a confident, predatory smirk.

”Well, that leaves a few of us,” Jessica announced boldly. ”So, out of the ones who haven’t... who wants to get their cherry popped tonight? Because I am officially volunteering myself.” She looked around the circle, her gaze lingering on Rebecca. ”If anyone has any objections, speak now, and we can sort it out.”

Rebecca turned even redder, shaking her head frantically to yield her turn.

Janet’s jaw hit the floor. Her innocent, mortal brain completely short-circuited at the casual declaration.

”Hold on! Wait a minute!” Janet cried out, waving her hands in a frantic panic. She looked at Jessica with wide, horrified eyes. ”What is going on?! Isn’t Rudy your nephew?! Why are we taking turns?! You guys are getting laid?!”

Erika burst into a fit of manic laughter, falling backward onto the couch. Elena simply patted Janet’s trembling shoulder with elegant grace.

”It is best not to think too deeply about the family tree, Janet,” Elena advised smoothly. ”Cosmic rules apply.”

”But—but—!” Janet stammered, looking to Alice for a lifeline, only to find the Overlord’s primary girlfriend completely supportive of the idea.

”No objections here, Jessica,” Alice smiled warmly. ”He has had a long day dealing with bugs and bureaucrats. Have fun tonight.”

With the unanimous agreement of the inner circle (and the complete, ignored meltdown of Janet), it was decided. Jessica was going to be the special one tonight.

She immediately dashed to her guest room to prepare. She spent the next hour perfecting her look, slipping into a stunning, sheer black lace nightgown that left absolutely nothing to the imagination.

She applied a touch of starlight-infused perfume from the resort’s spa, checked her reflection one last time, and confidently strutted down the glowing crystal hallway toward Rudy’s master bedroom.

Her heart beat a little faster with anticipation. She reached the heavy obsidian doors and knocked twice, adopting her most seductive posture.

No answer.

”Rudy?” Jessica called out softly, a sultry purr in her voice. ”It’s me. I thought you might want some company.”

Still, only silence answered her. Frowning slightly, Jessica reached out and pushed the handle. To her surprise, the door wasn’t locked. It clicked open smoothly, revealing a pitch-black room.

”Playing hard to get?” Jessica smirked, stepping inside and letting the heavy doors shut behind her. ”Rudy? Where are you hiding?”

She walked around the dark room, feeling the soft carpet beneath her bare feet. After a minute of searching the shadows, she reached out and flicked the mana-switch on the wall.

The brilliant lights of the master bedroom flared to life.

The room was completely empty. The massive, cloud-silk bed was perfectly made, not a single wrinkle on the sheets. The zero-gravity balcony doors were shut.

Jessica stood in the center of the room in her exquisite lingerie, utterly bewildered.

She walked over to the pristine bed and noticed a single, crisp piece of resort stationery resting on the pillows. She picked it up.

Written in Rudy’s elegant, casual handwriting was a short message:

Jessica / Alice / Elena,Got a little bored digesting my food. Decided to take a quick trip to the Vampire World to handle some business. I will bring back souvenirs.- Rudy

Jessica stared at the note for a long, agonizing moment. The sheer audacity of the Overlord completely ruined her seductive mood. She crumpled the note in her fist and let out a long, frustrated groan that echoed through the empty bedroom.

”Are you kidding me?!” Jessica yelled at the ceiling. ”I shaved my legs for this!”
