Chapter 23 Set foot in the ancient forest
After meeting up with everyone, Xiong Huai arrived at the ancient forest smoothly.

Langya took out the radar detector, but the radar detector failed here. Ba Ye wanted to turn on the live broadcast and have a live broadcast, but under the strong magnetic field, the live broadcast device also failed.

”What the hell is this place? It’s the same as Skull Island. It can’t be broadcast live.” Ba Ye was a little disappointed. Live broadcast is the greatest joy of it. The reason why he ventured to the ancient forest was to be able to broadcast live. Unexpectedly, it turned out like this , not only disappointed, but also lost.

Xiong Huai said: ”You’re still thinking about live broadcasting. Here, whether you can survive is a problem.”

To Wu Qi and the others, he said, ”You can stay or leave.”

Wu Qidao: ”Although it is dangerous to stay, leaving is even more dangerous.”

Made a choice.

Xiong Huai couldn’t bring so many people into the ancient forest. The only two people he brought were Tiantian and Langya. Tiantian wanted to follow him, and it was safest to be by his side, because he would protect her with his life. As for Langya , is a genetic warrior, and his strength is not weak. I came with him only to practice and become stronger, and I have already put life and death aside.

”Gui San stay.”

Xiong Huai left Gui San behind. Although Gui San was an earth-level mid-level mutant beast, his speed was too slow. Following them would only delay his speed, so it was good to stay behind to protect Wu Qi and the others.

”Yes, boss.” Gui San didn’t have any objections, but was happy to stay.

”Papa Xiong! I am weak and completely useless. Going with you will only become a burden, and I will stay too.” Ba Ye consciously chose to stay, calling him Daddy Xiong when he had nothing to do, and Papa Xiong when he had something to do .

”It’s useless even if you call me Grandpa Xiong this time. Although you are useless and you are still greedy for life and afraid of death, you have a pair of wings to observe the enemy’s situation.”

Xiong Huai flatly refused.

”I’ll take it as your compliment, so just go! Anyway, I have wings, and if I’m in danger, I can run if I can’t beat it.” Ba Ye spoke of running away with confidence.

Two people and four beasts set foot in the ancient forest.

The reason why the ancient forest is called the ancient forest is because the landform and ecological environment here are very similar to those of millions of years ago. It is full of mysteries, and humans dare not set foot on it easily.

The ancient forest is close to the European and American continents. People from the European and American continents often enter the ancient forests for adventure. Basically, they will never return, mysterious and dangerous. There are countless descendants of prehistoric creatures. They are the ancestors of many creatures in Blue Star. The blood is the most primitive. Once these creatures mutate, they become extremely powerful, and even heaven-level and legendary-level mutant beasts may appear.

People without long-term considerations must have short-term worries. The Huaxia Alliance sent Xiong Huai to venture into the ancient forest, just to kill the descendants of these ancient creatures before they grow up.

The trees in the ancient forest were tall and thick, some hundreds of meters high, surrounded by a few adults so thick, the branches and leaves covered a radius of hundreds of meters, Xionghuai, Jin Si, a hundred-meter giant beast, was also hindered.

”Bear Bear! Help!”

Ba Ye was chased by a huge mutant pterosaur. The mutated pterosaur sprayed flames from its mouth and burned it towards Ba Ye. All the feathers on Ba Ye’s butt were burned away.

Seeing this, Xiong Huai used his mental power to attack from a distance. The mutant pterosaur was only a mysterious high-level mutant beast, but he couldn’t withstand his mental attack. He was directly stunned and fell from the sky. After taking it, he opened his mouth and swallowed it.

”The host devours a mysterious high-level mutant pterosaur and gains 360 energy points.”

Mutant pterosaurs have ancient bloodlines, which are stronger than ordinary animal bloodlines, and the energy points obtained by devouring them are also higher.

Energy points accumulated to 14692.

”My beautiful feathers!” Looking at the burnt tail feathers, Ba Ye wanted to cry without tears.

Xiong Huai said: ”Did you provoke it first? Otherwise, how could it chase you down?”

Ba Ye quibbled: ”I didn’t provoke it, I just accidentally found a huge bird’s nest on the cliff, and there were two bird eggs in the bird’s nest, I was thirsty for a while, and I couldn’t hold back, so I ate both birds’ eggs.” Who would have thought that this big bird would attack me before I finished eating.”

Foodie Xiong Er said: ”You dead bird eats alone, the boss shouldn’t have saved you, he should have let that mutated pterosaur roast you.”

”Xiong Er, I know you have been coveting me for a long time, but I can tell you, I will not let you succeed.” Ba Ye stared at Xiong Er viciously, Xiong Er, a foodie, has long been coveting it.

Xiong Huai said: ”Okay, continue to search for me, find a powerful mutant beast, and don’t come back if you can’t find it.”

”If you don’t come back, you won’t come back. Goodbye.” Master Ba also lost his temper and flew away.

Sitting on Xiong Huai’s shoulder, Tian Tian said, ”Maomao, it’s not true that Ba Ye won’t come back!”

Xiong Huai said: ”Don’t worry, this dead bird has a hard beak and a hard shell. It will have to fly back when it encounters danger.”

Continue to move forward and use the system to search for mutant beasts around. There were many low-level mutant beasts haunting before, but there are not many mutant beasts appearing in this forest. If something abnormal happens, there must be monsters.

”Alarm! There are earth-level mid-level mutated titan pythons appearing fifteen miles away.”

Xiong Huai said to Jin Si: ”Get ready to fight, there is a prefecture-level mid-level mutated Titan python haunting you.”

But the earth-level mid-level mutant beast made Jin Si lose his fighting spirit.

Fifteen miles away, a giant titan python with a length of hundreds of meters and an extremely thick body was shuttling through the jungle at high speed. A mysterious high-level mutated storm leopard was eating the corpse of a mutated giant tiger. Looking in the direction of the giant python, although he didn’t see the titanic python, the animal’s sense of crisis made him know that a powerful mutant beast was approaching.

The Gale Leopard fled away in an instant, like a gust of wind.

The mutated titanic python chased after it, and its huge body moved freely in the jungle.

Xiong Huai wanted to hunt the mutated titan python, so he happened to come in the opposite direction. His powerful mental power covered a radius of several miles, and the magnetic field in the ancient forest also affected his mental power, so he could only cover a radius of several miles.

The Gale Leopard entered the range of his mental power.

”Xuan-level high-level mutant beast, Titan Python.” He locked the Gale Leopard and Titan Python with his mental power.

Bleeding Wind Leopard stopped suddenly, already aware of the danger ahead, how could Xiong Huai let the prey escape, let Xiong Er and Jin Si attack from both sides, and the Blizzard Leopard must be taken down.

There is a bear in front and a python in the back, and the Gale Leopard has nowhere to go.

The giant python is approaching, and Xiong Huai is also approaching, and the wind and leopard are about to break out from the left and right. Unexpectedly, Xiong Er and Jin Si have already surrounded him, the giant python suddenly attacked and bit the wind and leopard, Xiong Huai python snatched it. Food, opened his mouth, the power of devouring turned into a black hole, swept up the Gale Leopard, and devoured it in one bite.

”The host devours the Xuan-level high-level mutant Gale Leopard, gaining 340 energy points.”

Energy points accumulated to 15032.
