Chapter 5 Headshot Variation Octopus, NO.13 Base

The power of the ion light cannon was extremely terrifying, and it caused substantial damage to the mutated octopus. Three fighter jets flew over and attacked continuously.

”Damn humans!”

The mutated octopus stretched out its tentacles to attack the fighter jet, and its injuries were recovering at a speed visible to the naked eye!

”Maomao, what’s the matter with you, Maomao!” Tiantian ran to Xiong Huai’s side regardless of the danger, with tears in her eyes, Xiong Huai wiped the tears off her face, shook her head, and signaled her not to cry, she said in a crying voice: ” I don’t cry, I want to be strong!”

The numbness in Xiong Huai’s body gradually disappeared, and he went berserk again at the expense of his physical strength. Although berserk can improve his combat power in a short period of time, it consumes a lot of power, so he must fight quickly!

He was paralyzed by the mutated octopus just now, and retreated madly, allowing him to save a little energy.

Several tentacles of the mutated octopus were crushed by the ion light cannon, but one fighter was also blown up. The new fighter is extremely precious, and losing one is a great loss to the base.

Just when the mutated octopus was about to finish off the other two fighter jets, the berserk Xiong Huai hugged the mutated octopus and bit the mutated octopus head without saying a word!
The mutated octopus is a soft-bodied mutated creature with weak defense, and it will headshot with one bite!
Xiong Huai was extremely ferocious, devouring it bite by bite!

”The host devours the Xuan-level elementary mutant octopus and obtains 600 energy points.”

”evolution!”

Xiong Huai chose to evolve again, consuming 203 energy points.

Panel data changes.

Host: Xiong Huai

Species: Mutant Iron Eater
Level: Yellow-level high-level mutant beast
Bloodline abilities: devour, berserk (double combat power)

Gene evolution: 0/1000
Attack: 420
Speed: 130
Defense: 380
Devouring power: 500
Comprehensive Combat Strength: 715
Power Points: 397
With genetic evolution, the combat power has also improved a lot. The limit of the combat power of a yellow-level high-level mutant beast is 1000. The devouring power is his bloodline ability. It must be strengthened so that it can devour everything and use the remaining 397 energy points to Increase phagocytosis.

With his current fighting strength, if he becomes crazy, his fighting strength will be close to 2000. If he fights against the mutant octopus again, he can completely defeat it!
Afterwards, they moved immediately, and Xiong Huai played his role again, lifting the cargo ship into the water, genetically evolved, and became a yellow-level high-level mutant beast.

His body was also elevated again, reaching a terrifying level of fourteen feet. His huge body was lying on the cargo ship. Fortunately, the cargo ship was big enough and had enough carrying capacity, otherwise it would really not be able to carry him.

The people on the cargo ship were not afraid of him, and some even took photos with him, which was a joy in their bitterness. After all, their crisis has not been completely resolved, and they will always face danger.

The cargo ship arrived at the port in the seaport area safe and sound, and the NO.13 base was established in the seaport area.

A group of people came to the seaport area. The mutant beasts and zombies in the seaport area were basically cleaned up. The destroyed seaport area was quickly rebuilt, and a huge high wall was built to prevent the attacks of those mutant beasts. Fortifications It is the top priority!

Under the leadership of Chen Cheng and others, Xiong Huai, the mutant panda, was not attacked. Chen Cheng had already asked his superiors for instructions. Otherwise, he would not have been able to bring a mutant panda into the base due to his position. Once he entered the base, It has attracted the attention of many people.

”What a big mutant panda, will it eat people!”

”Didn’t you read the notice issued by the headquarters of the base? The mutated panda is a human being. It is a friend of our mankind. It is worthy of being a national treasure of our country. It is also the best friend of mankind. I heard that it has a name, Maomao! ”

The status of pandas in the hearts of Chinese people is extremely high. Although they have mutated, their status is even higher, because the mutated pandas do not need their protection, and can even protect them.

”Hello! Beauty, hello! Handsome guy.” Mutant starling greeted these people in a very humane manner, and instantly attracted everyone’s attention from Xiong Huai to him.

”This mutant starling is so cute! I like it so much!”

”I like it too, if only it could be my pet!”

Mynah has gained a large number of fans, and I don’t know who snatched a pair of sunglasses from whom he put them on his head. Standing on Xiong Huai’s shoulders, he looks like a big star coming out on the stage, with one wing on his hip and one wing on his back. Open, as if posing for cool.

Its arrival brought short-lived joy to tense people, temporarily forgetting the danger outside.

Soon after, they arrived at the base headquarters. The defenses at the base headquarters were stronger. There were drones and intelligent robots patrolling all the time, all holding laser guns. The commander-in-chief of the base headquarters came out with the base’s senior officials. They all looked at the huge giant panda.

”Okay! It is worthy of being a national treasure of our country. If it is cultivated, it will surely become the guardian animal of our country!”

Su Yunlong, the commander-in-chief, said with relief that he has already made a decision, and he must cultivate it well!

Wu Xingrong, director of the Institute of Genetics, said: ”Commander, mutant beasts evolve through devouring. We studied the genes of mutant beasts and found that some mutant beasts with strong bloodline genes have bloodline abilities.”

”The panda is a national treasure of our country, and it understands human nature. If you want to cultivate it into a guardian animal of our country, it must have a powerful gene that is different from ordinary mutant animals!”

”Our research institute has developed a powerful phagocytosis fusion gene, but human genes cannot adapt to this gene. Perhaps mutant pandas can.”

”I propose to use a mutant panda for this experiment. Once the experiment is successful, the mutant panda can acquire powerful bloodline abilities by devouring the genes of other mutant beasts. Once it grows up, it will be extremely powerful.”

What?Want me to be an experiment?I am a national treasure! You treat me like a guinea pig?

Xiong Huai was a little upset at once, but this devouring fusion gene seemed very powerful, it could devour the genes of other mutant beasts, and possessed the bloodline ability of other mutant beasts, the system did not give him this function.

His awakened bloodline powers are devouring and berserk transformation, which are very powerful. If he has the bloodline powers of other mutant beasts, it will be really against the sky.

Su Yunlong said: ”Pandas are our country’s national treasure, and there is no room for loss. Does this gene have side effects? If there are side effects, you can’t use it for experiments!”

Even in the apocalypse, Chinese people’s awareness of protecting the national treasure panda remains unchanged.

Wu Xingrong said: ”I know that any gene has side effects, and the fusion of human genes with mutant animal genes also has great risks.”

”However, it is a mutant beast, and its genes are inherently mutated. There should be a great possibility of merging with the genes of other mutant beasts. Its adaptability is much stronger than that of humans. With its physique, the side effects are basically negligible. I dare to guarantee it with my life. If there is any mistake in the national treasure, I will pay it with my life!”

Su Yunlong said: ”Dean Wu is serious.”

Xiong Huai knew that these scientists were all lunatics, but he didn’t expect that he would even risk his life for the sake of the research results. This old man dared to bet his life, so why would he not dare.

Su Yunlong looked at him, but didn’t regard him as an animal, because the mutant beast already possessed a certain amount of wisdom, so he regarded him as an equal existence, sought his opinion, and said, ”Maomao, would you like to become the parent of this new type of mutant gene?” tester?”
