Chapter 359: Bragging Fangirl

In the digital space where voices could cross continents, a familiar trio lit up a call.

The participants of which were:

Emilia (Kaiden’s Wife)

Leia (Lady Leia)

Sarah (Princeless Princess)

It didn’t take long for the screaming to begin.

”W-wait, wait, wait! Hold on a second!” Emilia’s voice practically tore as she spoke, loud enough to make both of the others flinch and pull their phones away from their ears for a moment. ”Sarah, are you telling me you actually met Kaiden in real life?!”

”Yes!” Sarah squealed with all the smugness in the world.

Leia groaned dramatically. ”Unbelievable. You’re so lucky. Meanwhile, I’m huddled down in my basement like a rat, listening to my infuriating brother yap on the phone with his girlfriend about it being okay and how he will protect her.”

Sarah and Emilia were privy to a fourth voice making its presence known.

”Shut up, Leia!”

”Bitch, you shut up! How will you protect that chick when you’re trembling in the basement and she’s far away?”

”In times of need, we must support each other! You’re being a very unsupportive person right now!”

”Yeah, yeah. You can support me by sparing me from hearing you kiss your phone for the 500th time, loser.”

Leia then sighed dramatically as if she were being tortured by the universe, ”Do you see what I have to deal with? Meanwhile, you’re getting saved like a real princess by Kaiden of all people!”

”Hehehe~ yeah~” Sarah’s laugh carried so much pride and joy in it that it was nearly unbearable for the two recipients of her voice. ”I was just freaking out with my mom when *bam!* my walls literally broke down! And in came my knight in shining armor! He was so badass and handsome!” Her voice rose higher and higher as her excitement overflowed. ”I know the cameras they use for the broadcasts are frighteningly real, but trust me; seeing Kai in person shows that the cameras do him no justice!”

”Stop boasting or you’re going to suffer from bad karma!” Emilia scoffed with a lethal amount of irritation in her voice.

Leia sighed. ”Fine, fine, you won the lottery, I get it. So tell me this: how were the others?”

Sarah’s laugh rang again, full of uncontainable joy. ”Awesome! They were awesome! Luna was the same chaos girl we all know and love, spouting obscenities left and right as if it were her true language.”

”That tracks,” Leia nodded.

”And Nyx...” Sarah hesitated a moment, cheeks tinting pink. ”Nyx was the same chill gal, but I swear, she gave off this vibe like she wouldn’t have even minded if I got to know Kaiden a little more... personally. I think she even winked at me a few times, like ’go ahead, girl. Shoot your shot.’”

”Don’t get carried away! She didn’t do that, you’re reading too much into it!” Emilia snapped instantly, releasing her second scoff of the day, which was full of fire.

”What do you mean?” Leia disagreed. ”Nyx is my girl, she’s the best of all of Kai’s lovers. She has the most likable persona, I feel like we could be very good friends if we met.”

”Because you’re both hopeless perverts who don’t mind sitting in the cuck chair and watching...” Emilia grumbled under her breath.

At that, Sarah laughed even harder before she continued, ”And Aria...” her tone softened with a bit of awe. ”The same possessive, ultra-beautiful girl we knew she would be. I even got to see her go full yandere mode in person!”

”Oh gods, you’re so lucky!” Emilia whined.

”And Bastet... well, she was aloof and majestic all at once. A real Empress. Her tanned skin, feline features, and Arabian-style fashion sense make her a real exotic woman.”

Sarah’s words slowed as if tasting them. ”But... I think she likes to stir drama. She gets especially touchy with Kai when Aria’s moody. I feel like she enjoys playing with other people’s feelings.”

”Like a real feline,” Emilia laughed. ”Cats are superior to dogs, as always.”

Leia disagreed once again. ”Nah, dogs are the best. Especially this puppy when she begins barking for Kai...”

”Aaaaaand she’s horny again,” Sarah giggled.

”Please, at least don’t touch yourself in front of your brother, alright?” Emilia sighed.

”Do you take me for a weirdo?”

”...”

”Silence means no.”

”You’re a hopeless pervert, a menace to society who should be locked up.”

”Hey, you’re mistaken. Only Kai turns me on like this, and we all know I’m never going to pose a threat to him. No...” Leia’s voice pitched higher. ”... his large, muscular body is something I could never threaten. Instead, it would be him who grabs me, pins me down, with his weight pressing me into the sheets until I can barely breathe, entirely hopeless. Then he would begin whispering into my ear about being a good girl who should listen to him while he takes whatever he wants from me!”

Her giggles broke into a breathless moan as she kept going, clearly oblivious to the horrified amusement of the other two. ”Ripping me apart, plundering my body until nothing of value remains!! Hah, just leaving me as a drooling mess, writhing and begging for more! Mmm, I’d be his plaything, his cocksleeve, his ruined little cum dump...”

Both Emilia and Sarah let out a synchronized, world-weary sigh.

”Hopeless... Utterly hopeless!” Emilia decreed flatly.

”This is what becomes of a pervert who repressed her nasty fetishes for too long,” Sarah agreed, though she was covering her grin with the back of her hand.

But Leia just cackled unrepentantly, breathless and delirious. ”Lock me up all you want, but don’t forget: he’d be the one holding the keys to my cage, too! Oh, Kai~ break me, claim me, ruin me, rebuild me, use me until I’m nothing but yours! Ahahaha!”

”Shut up, you lunatic!” Leia’s brother’s voice came, making both women increase the intensity of their laughter.

”You shut up! Keep whining to your bitch about being her savior, I’m busy raving about a real hero! A real man you can never mount to, loser!”

”Alright, I’m done. Get over here.”

”You wanna fight, beta? Will you restore your pride by beating up a woman? You hear that, girlfriend?! Your boyfriend is a beta bitch!!! Are you sure you wanna stay with this domestic abuser?!! There are so many fish in the pond, you can surely do better! Just watch a single broadcast of Vallhalla’s Sinners and you’ll forget about this loser instantly!”

”I’m not playing games, Leia.”

”Me neither! Come and get it, bitch!”

As the sounds of a sibling scuffle overtook the line, Sarah’s attention was soon grabbed by something else.

The TV cut out for a while due to what was going on in the outside world, but suddenly, it came back. Instantly, chaos was painted across the whole screen. Smoke and fire trailed from collapsed buildings, streets littered with overturned cars and rubble, and civilians scrambling to flee in panicked droves.

And yet, in the midst of the carnage, a wall of heroes stood their ground.

The camera shook as the helicopter tilted, zooming in on the frontlines.

Kaiden was there, unmistakable with the eyes of a true fangirl scanning for him. His figure was cutting down monsters with unyielding power, and his girls could be seen fighting beside him. Aria’s lunar arcs split creatures apart, Luna’s stormblade sent waves of thunder rolling through enemy lines, Bastet’s solar fury lit the streets like a second sun, and Nyx’s levitating projectiles cut into monsters with surgical calm.

But it wasn’t just them.
