Wizard: Stronger through Marriage

Chapter 600: Chapter 255: Dragon Descendant Mage 2

”I am Drax Alfar, a Dragon Descendant Mage with the bloodline of the Dragon Race,” he said in a low and resolute voice.

”I am here to seek the Elven Queen and the mages to jointly resist the Demon invasion.”

His presence commanded the attention of all the elves present, for they knew that someone with such a powerful bloodline inheritance possessed strength far from ordinary.

A Dragon Descendant Mage can not only wield Elemental Powers but also summon unique abilities inherent to Giant Dragons, such as storms, flames, and the devastating might of lightning.

These abilities make any enemy feel insignificant and powerless in his presence.

”We have learned that Demon activities are frequent on the Alien Race Continent, and as someone who possesses part of this ancient inherited power, it is my duty to stand up against all of this.”

Drax said in a deep voice, ”My ancestor was a magnificent Giant Dragon, which taught me how to harness this power and made me understand that in the face of evil, we must unite.”

In such an unstable and perilous environment, a powerful and capable leader undoubtedly becomes a crucial symbol of unity for other races.

And the aura that Drax emitted, akin to that of a Giant Beast, unquestionably convinced everyone of his ability to provide calm judgment and battle strategies.

”Welcome, Drax Alfar,” the Elf Queen also rose to her feet.

”We urgently need a strong and wise mage like you to lead us in the fight against the impending Demon invasion.”

Drax’s gaze swept across the Elf Queen and those present like a searchlight, his voice low and powerful:

”In the face of the imminent Demon crisis, we cannot fight alone. We need to form a stronger alliance, a branch of the Wizard Alliance that consolidates the power of all races.”

A trace of excitement and expectation flashed in the Elf Queen’s eyes.

She realized that this was not just a simple meeting, but a strategic conference that could change the fate of the entire Alien Race Continent.

This also symbolically represented the mages’ acceptance of their identity among the alien races.

She responded slowly, ”I completely agree with your perspective, Drax.”

”Forming the Wizard Alliance will enable us to create a sturdier defense line. Our Elf Race is willing to join the Wizard Alliance and jointly resist the threat of Demons.”

”Indeed,” Drax added, ”The Wizard Alliance has already reached a consensus; in the future, alien races will also be able to become part of the Wizard Alliance.”

Actually, the status of alien races in the Wizard World can be somewhat awkward.

Initially, many alien races viewed wizards as Extraordinary Magical Beasts.

Only Dragon Descendant Mages can be exceptions; after all, Dragon Descendant Mages are far more powerful than ordinary people and hold very high status within the Wizard Alliance.

”I invite other alien races, including Beastmen, Dwarves, and other creatures that can oppose the Demon forces to join this branch, to share knowledge, resources, and power together.”

”What an inspiring idea!” The Elf Queen snapped back to reality, her eyes brightening.

”If we can achieve this, it not only strengthens our power but also breaks the former discrimination and prejudice between alien races. This will be a historic progress!”

The atmosphere in the room grew increasingly tense and exciting.

She never imagined that amidst such a crisis, different races could actually come together.

And this thought brought endless hope, revealing a new path to the future.

Drax looked at the Elf Queen, his voice steady and magnetic, ”Your Majesty the Queen, considering my Dragon Descendant bloodline and my influence over various races, I hope to gain your support to become the President of the Exotic Race Continent Wizard Alliance. As the leader of this alliance, I will spare no effort in safeguarding the interests of all races and jointly resisting the impending Demon threat.”

The entire room instantly fell silent.

She hesitated for a moment, not immediately responding, but instead slightly furrowed her brow, seemingly contemplating this significant and serious proposal.

She finally spoke, ”Your strength and leadership ability are undeniable, but as President, you will bear enormous responsibility.”

”You need to coordinate the complex relationships between various races and deal with the uncertainties from Demons and other threats. This is a heavy burden, and I need time to consider this request.”

”I understand your concerns,” Drax calmly replied, ”If we can unite, we can overcome all enemies.”

He continued, ”I do not wish to use bloodline or power to force anyone but rather hope to leverage the trust and cooperation formed by our shared crisis.”

The Elf Queen nodded, ”Everything you said is correct, but I must consider the potential impact of this decision on the entire Elf Race and the residents of the Mist Forest.”

Drax took a deep breath, knowing this was a sensitive topic.

”I am willing to show you my sincerity. In the upcoming time, I can lead us to gather evidence and information to prove my ability.”

After a period of careful consideration, the Queen finally spoke:

”Very well, if you are willing to take on such responsibility and show your sincerity and ability, then I can temporarily support you.”

”However, please understand that all this must prioritize the interests of the entire Alien Race Continent over any individual or force, and that’s our bottom line.”

Upon hearing this, Drax smiled, ”Thank you for the opportunity and trust you have given me. Regardless of what the future holds, I will do my utmost to serve the Exotic Race Alliance and all its allies!”

As both sides reached a preliminary consensus, Drax took his leave.

The smile on the Elf Queen’s face gradually faded, and she then went to discuss with David how to handle this matter.

David sat quietly in the Elf Queen’s study, contemplating the conversation they just had.

He could sense Drax’s earnest desire and determination for the position of the Exotic Race Alliance President.

He understood that if no action was taken, Drax would have a significant chance of obtaining that position, which might bring some uncertainties.

However, since Drax still wanted to ally with the Elf Race, it indicated that Drax certainly had competitors.

”Your Majesty the Queen,” David began slowly, breaking the silence, ”I think we cannot place all our hopes on Drax alone.”

”Although he possesses tremendous strength and leadership capabilities, he is, after all, a Dragon Descendant and might harbor biases against other races.”

The Elf Queen nodded slightly, ”I understand your concerns.”

”But I also see the leadership charisma and spirit of unity he exudes. Perhaps, he can be a new start, forging closer ties between various races.”

”But have you not thought about it?” David continued, ”If we can find a more neutral and unifying candidate, it would be more beneficial for the entire alliance’s development.”

”I’ve been considering that if I could transform into a Sea Dragon Race member and establish connections with creatures from different seas, I might be able to promote this proposal more effectively.”

”You can transform into a Sea Dragon Race?” The Elf Queen looked at David in surprise.

”Yes.” David nodded confidently, ”As a mage who harnesses Life Energy, I have the ability to change my form through Magic.”

”Moreover, the bloodline mage legacy I have been studying recently can also help me possess the Sea Dragon Race bloodline.”

And the Sea Dragon Race is not only of dragon heritage but also of the Sea Race, combined with the Dragon Descendant Mage status, an ideal candidate for the President of the Alien Race Continent Wizard Alliance would emerge.

”How confident are you?” the Elf Queen asked.

Through their continuous dual cultivation over time, she had already known that David himself was a Life Faction Mage.

Otherwise, it would be impossible for her to continuously gain Life Energy through cultivation and thereby break through to the Fourth-Ring Level!
