Wizard: Stronger through Marriage

Chapter 125: Chapter 108: Contract, David’s Magic Pet!

Wizard Castle.

David rushed over as soon as he received the message.

”Lord Duke.”

Ye Zi stepped forward and saluted.

”Hmm, where’s Annie?” David inquired.

”Sister Annie has already taken the Earth Dragon Beast and Earth Dragon Lizard to block that beast,” Ye Zi quickly replied.

David’s gaze sharpened, looking toward the direction of the Black Forest.

Not long ago, Annie’s messenger guarding the edge of the Black Forest brought news that a Middle Extraordinary Magical Beast had broken into the Frost Wolf Forest.

Moreover, it was a Wolf-type Magical Beast, which immediately piqued David’s interest. If he could capture this Middle Extraordinary Magical Beast, the main ingredient for the Tier Five Frost Wolf Secret Medicine would be secured, so he rushed over at once.

”You guys wait here, I’ll go take a look,” David promptly said.

This time, they were facing a Wolf-type Extraordinary Magical Beast, unlike the Earth Dragon Beast that would stay in one place docilely.

If they didn’t promptly locate this Middle Extraordinary Wolf-type Magical Beast and let it break into Frost Wolf Ridge, it would undoubtedly be a huge disaster for Frost Wolf Ridge!

He quickly entered the forest, approaching the Black Forest; from the Snow Eagle in the sky, he could roughly determine the beast’s current location.

Roar, roar, roar—

Before long, David heard the Earth Dragon Lizard’s roars.

At this moment, in a certain valley, the Earth Dragon Lizard was battling a Ghost Wolf Beast.

The Ghost Wolf Beast’s body was covered in deep black fur, its eyes like two blazing red gems, sharp teeth like knives, gleaming cold!

Seeing it could battle with the Earth Dragon Lizard without falling behind, it was clearly a Tier Five Extraordinary Magical Beast, excelling in speed!

The Ghost Wolf Beast’s eyes glimmered red, its figure became a phantom, swiftly dodging the Earth Spikes constantly rising from the ground, suddenly leaping towards Annie, who was riding on the Earth Dragon Beast.

Roar, roar, roar—

The Earth Dragon Beast roared.

Then, it stomped on the ground with one foot, causing a wall of earth to rise.

In the next moment, the Ghost Wolf Beast’s figure collided with the earth wall, its claws glowing darkly, and with a flash, it shattered the wall!

Annie’s eyes showed a hint of panic, fortunately, the Earth Dragon Beast used its body to barely block the Ghost Wolf Beast’s claw strike, leaving deep bloodstains!

Roar, roar, roar—

The Earth Dragon Beast let out a painful howl.

At this moment, the Earth Dragon Lizard charged again, wrapped in a sandstorm!

Annie watched this scene, her eyes showing concern.

Originally, she thought bringing the Earth Dragon Beast and Earth Dragon Lizard would be enough to deal with this suddenly invading Extraordinary Magical Beast, so when she learned it was approaching Frost Wolf Ridge, she immediately brought them to resist.

But she had not anticipated that this Extraordinary Magical Beast turned out to be a Tier Five Ghost Wolf Beast, possessing incredible speed, and although the Earth Dragon Lizard could fend off its attacks, it couldn’t completely restrict its movement!

This instead caused her and the Earth Dragon Beast to fall into danger, several times nearly severely injured by the Ghost Wolf Beast’s attacks, with the Earth Dragon Lizard and Earth Dragon Beast barely managing to protect her.

She couldn’t help but envision the image of Duke Frost Wolf in her mind.

Unknowingly, this image had already deeply imprinted itself in her heart, and thinking of Duke Frost Wolf brought her a sense of security.

”Lord Duke, where are you?”

Watching the Ghost Wolf Beast charge again, she couldn’t help but murmur.

Boom!

The Earth Dragon Beast’s figure blocked the Ghost Wolf Beast again.

This time, the Earth Dragon Beast’s belly was slashed open, its body heavily falling to the ground, its belly oozing blood, dyeing the earth beneath it a blood-red!

Roar, roar, roar—

Fortunately, the Earth Dragon Lizard arrived once more.

At this moment, the Earth Dragon Lizard couldn’t worry about the Earth Dragon Beast. It wrapped Annie with its tail, attempting to take her away, as its impressive intelligence had already judged it would be challenging to defeat the Ghost Wolf Beast, possibly even dangerous!

Howl—

The Ghost Wolf Beast let out a roar.

Its figure directly lunged towards the Earth Dragon Lizard’s tail.

The cunning Ghost Wolf Beast had long recognized it as the Earth Dragon Lizard’s weak point, and that Earth Dragon Beast had fallen protecting the two-legged creature!

Seeing this, the Earth Dragon Lizard could only throw Annie aside, while it gathered Rock Spikes, causing pillars to rise from the ground, attacking the Ghost Wolf Beast!

The Ghost Wolf Beast moved nimbly, constantly dodging the attacks of the Rock Spikes!

Annie watched the Ghost Wolf Beast’s figure growing larger in her vision, her eyes showing despair; was she going to die here today?

She felt a bit unwilling.

Clearly, she had just found her Holy Land.

But she hadn’t yet seen the establishment of the Wizard Kingdom, hadn’t seen a world where wizards could live freely, and was she going to halt her steps here?

”Lord Duke, I’m sorry.”

Seeing this, Annie despairingly closed her eyes, awaiting fate’s arrival.

Yet the imagined feeling of being torn apart did not come; she slowly opened her eyes to see a figure standing in front of her, all too familiar.

Lord Duke?

She slightly widened her eyes, somewhat disbelieving them.

In the distance.

The Ghost Wolf Beast’s steps paused, looking at this figure before it.

It could sense a bloodline aura emitting from this figure, instinctively feeling pressured, its eyes showing a look of perplexity.

David glanced at the Earth Dragon Beast lying on the ground, then looked at the very disheveled Annie behind him, his face immediately darkened.
